Went to Healthway for PCR test. Dr Shaun Lim and the nurses are very friendly and helpful. They handled the situation professionally and it really helped to ease my anxiety. Doctor went out of his way to make arrangements with MOH and even called to inform my test result the next day. Thank you all! 🙏

Was contemplating which clinic to see cause there are so many along the towner road stretch, glad I came to this, doc is efficient (in a good way) and the receptionist is really funny cause she was panicking that she couldn't connect the tv to channel news asia. Just wanted to tell you dont worry - many people have their phones, so not many would watch the tv! :) but glad you are trying to make it happen for everyone

There are two doctors. The young doctor will finish consultant within 3 minutes. The elder doctor will talk to you around 10-15 minutes depends his emotion.

2023 Follow-up Review: Changed to 5 stars because the former rude female doctor and receptionist no longer work at the clinic, leaving only the previously nice male doctor and the decent receptionist. 2021 1-star review: I recommend avoiding this clinic. I usually visit this clinic and find they have two doctors: one male is okay, but the other is just terrible. Today, I brought my elementary school child to see the doctor. When the receptionist heard the symptoms included a sore throat, they immediately became alarmed and rudely told us that the doctor today couldn't see children under 12 and told us to leave immediately. Another parent with a child also came to register and was similarly told the same thing. One of the receptionists even pointed a finger at that parent's nose and told them to find another hospital. It was truly eye-opening.
