The Malay nurse and the Chinese male nurse were very friendly and caring. However the Lady Dr. Was not. Once I went into the room I smiled at her she didn’t bother she just faster do her things. Best part was she gave me a tetanus shot when I wasn’t suppose to have one. I asked her 3 times and said I wasn’t informed and it wasn’t in the form. She just browse my form briefly and said it was. She just take the vaccine and put in my arm. When I came out I told the nurse that attended to me before. She rushed to ask and tell them. Dr then was suddenly so nice and apologetic. Maybe you have many patients to see but I work in customer line as well. Doesn’t hurt to smile at least.

Very understanding and knowledgeable doctor. Trust in her management for my diabetes. will follow up. Ppl who give low Stars , pls dont go anymore cos the clinic is already very busy. Pls stay away so that the queue is shorter for us.

The counter staff Mr Pua and the doctors are very friendly, jovial, courteous, and helpful not only to me but also to other patience which I observed while waiting for the doctor. I believe Healthway had taken the previous bad review seriously. Keep up the good effort in continuously improving. Highly recommend. PS Please dun forget to reward your staff with the Good Job

Dr Michelle Ng at this clinic as well as her staff, Jermaine, Shameela as well as May. All of them are friendly and very helpful in addressing patient needs. The 3 staff Jermaine, Shameela as well as May, has been greeting people with wide smiles and jokes around the corner to ease the patient pain and waiting time. Thats why even though the clinic is crowded, the atmosphere is still enjoyable. On the other hand, Dr Michelle Ng has been constantly providing nice and amazing feedback in terms of medicine as well as supplement to take to reduce the chance of people falling sick. I have been very grateful for their service and I am looking forward for this nice service group at TPY to bring better condition for patients at TPY

I must commend the front staff earlier, Gary Pua for his great service. He’s overworked manning the reception all by himself but still put on his best friendly attitude. Doctor was also nice.

I have been a few times and opine that Dr Joyce is a reliable doctor who gives trustworthy diagnosis. Do note that the clinic is closed for a short time around 12pm or 1pm for lunch.
