My first visit to Healthwerkz Medical@Bedok and saw Dr Chong. He’s very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He didn’t rush through and was very patient, no wonder there’s a long queue waiting to see him in the evening. The two nurses at the Recep were also friendly and helpful. His pricing was also reasonable for a neighbourhood clinic compared to some I’ve seen before, just a couple of rows behind. Keep up the great service and highly recommended!

My whole family have been seeing Dr Chong and Dr Kay for years. Both doctors are very experienced, professional and equipped with very good medical expertise. The nurses are super nice too. Got once we thought our dad nearly got a stroke as he was sluring. Luckily Dr Chong was around and was able to diagnose him quickly and thoroughly and realised his sugar lvl was super low and told us to get him food and drinks immediately. While consuming the food and resting outside the clinic, Dr Chong came out to check on him to ensure he was okay before discharging him. Thanks to Dr Chong for going the extra mile to ensure all is okay. If you are looking for experience and professional doctors and value for money consultation fee, they r the clinic to go to.
