Thanks to Dr. Tan for assisting me in getting back to my walking stage. I clearly recall being in a wheelchair and unable to move at all when I first visited Dr. Tan clinic because of a meniscus tear and a baker cyst on my right knee. In addition to setting up rehabilitation for me, she took her time and explained my problem to me. She did not rush me into surgery. But after that I decided to have surgery after talking with my husband about it so that I could resume my usual life instead of hobbling or using a wheelchair. After surgery I was so worry that I couldn’t bend my leg but with the encouragement from Dr Tan I never give up. Slowly I could see that I progress well from wheelchair to now I could walk. Take this opportunity I also would like to thanks her assistant too for helping me schedule appointment to match with my timing. Appreciate everything that you all have done.

Dr Tan really looked after me after I damaged my tendons after a fall. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and very professional. Similarly to other reviewers I find her very approachable and she always treated me with kindness and empathy. This extends to all the staff in the clinic. I had a second fall in the hospital unfortunately and Dr Tan and her staff really helped me get through that incident. Dr Tan is very meticulous & gentle, especially when changing out my wound dressing. She is always very assuring that my leg is doing well & indeed my leg operation was such a huge success that i am able to fully walk by 6-8weeks. I was a patient of Dr Tan Sok Chuen when I first injured my knee a few years back. Because of her care and expertise in ortho, I thought of her the first thing when my son was being referred to a orthopaedics by his podiatrist due to ingrown toenail. Dr Tan performed the toenail resection surgery on my son and he has no recurrrence since. 5 stars for the excellent service by Dr Tan herself and her staffs are friendly and helpful too.

Dr Tan is a very patient and professional doctor. The effort she took to carefully bandage my mother-in-law fractured arm (repeatedly checking if she was in pain) and explaining in details the procedure and the risks involved was amazing. Wonderful knee repair work by Dr Tan. She was very patient explaining what op I was going to do. With visuals and mock up parts And drawings. Did all her necessary checks of other underlying conditions to make sure no complications. Very reassuring the entire time right before the surgery and even after. Held my hand before the GA kicked in and worked some OT magic. I have a friend who did the very same op else where and still can’t bend their knee in the second week. I could bend mine (albeite a bit painful) 90 degrees 2nd day post op - trust she did a good job for that difference Also have to thank her clinic staff which constantly checking insurance stuff on my behalf so make this process seemless
