Y. L.Personable and down-to-earth doctor. He asked if I needed a specialist letter - and I initially decided not to go. I only decided to request for a referral letter later that day. Doctor and his staff were kind enough to assist me with my request and even helped follow up with my insurer to ensure that I get properly referred. Thankful for your assistance.
V. L.Doctor Roy Ong is our trusted family doctor and friend over 20+ years. Proactive screening, accurate diagnosis, balanced and effective treatment. His staff are experienced, friendly and helpful. The clinic might be small but it is consistent and vigilant in times of pandemics.
D. O.Opening hours not punctual. Eg 6pm open but 6.20pm still closed. Doc is great, but med dispensing takes a long time.
