It's my first time visiting HOP Medical Centre and I had a great experience. All the staff are friendly and helpful (esp the uncle that ushers everyone and explains the packages) The procedure was smooth, fast and well coordinated. It's a 10/10 experience.

I came in for a health screening as part of a health initiative at work. The staff at the clinic were very warm, professional and spoke good English. They explained all available tests without trying to push for patients to upgrade their packages. The whole experience was organised, efficient and value for money.

The person who shared about the different packages was very professional and clear. No hard selling. Sincere and share based on needs. The nurse was very skilful when drawing blood. All in all, smooth and painless screening.

Efficient queue, not much waiting time. Waited 30 minutes to register followed by having my blood and biometric being taken. However, it was a little awkward to have another patient (he was taking his blood) in the same room as I am when my biometric was being taken. The room was small. Generally the nurses / receptionist are sweet and friendly. Nurse Liew ensure my tests complete smoothly. Spent 2 hours to complete 2 clinical tests and 1 ultrasound, I didn’t have to wait too long and there are light refreshment available. Great job!

Pleasant and clean environment. There is a doctor to explain the relevant tests so that patient can select a suitable screening package. Nurse Margaret is very experienced and skilled in drawing my blood as I have very fine veins which is challenging. Recommend this centre for health screening.

Blood Test station is superb. Malaysia was so experienced and professional, I did not feel a thing at all when she was drawing blood from my arm. I saw her poking in the needle in my arm but I didn’t feel any pinch or pain at all.

Nurse Irian is very professional & experienced. I shared that I always had issue drawing blood for health screening but he patiently tell me not to worry. His confident smile & assurance calms me down & am very impressed with his service. Thank you, nurse Irian! Nurse Selvi helped to draw blood for my husband. She was very friendly and experienced too. The whole process was swift and smooth. Thank you, nurse Selvi!

The founder is friendly and very comprehensive with the introduction and explanation of the processes. The procedures are timely even though I had a lot of people in the queue in front of me. And the lady withdrawing blood did not use force on the cotton when pulling out the needle which I feel is better as when nurses use force it might make the needle penetrate deeper, causing more pain.

Convenient location, warm and welcoming environment plus the medical team is very friendly, patient and efficient. Done in less than an hour considering the crowd. They also provided snacks after blood test since we are required to fast 8 hours before the blood test.

First time with HOP for health screening today and the experience was great ✨ Overall experience breakdown: • Nurses were engaging, friendly, and understanding given my first official health screening. The nurse helping me with the bone density and ECG tests (Candy, I believe) took time to explain the results as well. • Doctor was really knowledgable, chill, and candid with me asking questions. Opted in for the doctor consultation before the screening and he even advised me on the suitable tests for my situation/concerns. • Duration of the screening was really efficient as per promised (Mine took 1 hour - but it depends on your package). • Nurse shared with me that it gets crowded on Saturdays/Mondays, quick tip is to avoid these days if you are in a rush. I was surprised by the crowd when I arrived, but the processes were smooth and different nurses will bring you around to their respective stations.

The facility was exceptionally clean, and the staff took the time to thoroughly explain everything. I have to give a special compliment to Ms. Mala, the phlebotomist. She was incredibly calm and composed, which helped me feel at ease. She was extremely skilled in her trade and, even though I'm usually terrified of needles, she reassured me and I didn't feel a thing. Thank you very much.

Doing my health screen here and from an easy process at the start with the blood works, it became a crazy long waiting game. I am not a huge fan of blood works and nurse Mala skills and gentle approach helped made the process relatively pain free and stress free. However, after that it was waiting and more waiting. Waited 20mins to see the doctor who was nice and thorough. Then waited 10mins for the bone density and been waiting for more than 40mins to get the ultrasounds and X ray done. Maybe the experience would be better if I skip the radiology work. For someone who has to get back to work after a healthscreen maybe skip the ultrasound or plan an entire day off.

Founder of the HOP medical program is very hospitable & shows concerns over general health wellbeing to their clients. Other than the basic blood test that I have done, can't comment about the quality of the other services but for sure the pre-test briefing is a super plus point as it helps clients better understand what other areas to look out for on an individual level! Team of staff generally professional.

Wow. First time at HOP. Super impressed with the service. Even had a briefing by the founder of HOP on the various packages that the centre offers in both english and chinese. The founder of HOP Medical Centre has a very comforting and grandfatherly presence as he greeted me and conducted the pre-screening briefing on the various health screenings available. The nurse, Marla, who took my blood, found the vein on my arm with ease. I told her that other nurses and doctors have had difficulties finding my vein, but she told me that they were mistaken and my vein is as big as her little finger. I am impressed by the service and cosy setting of HOP Medical Centre and look forward to coming back for future health screenings.

1st time here with my husband for his corporate health screening and I have to say it's the most pleasant experience I had so far when it comes to health screening centre. The place at Palais is new and everything looks perfect. The staff took time to explain to clients the different screening markers, a value added difference from other centres. The staff were also very warm and efficient, overall the atmosphere is light-hearted and cosy. I would recommend this centre to everyone!

Very good experience with the HOP team! Mimi is very patient and caring and she took her time especially when I always had a hard time with my blood test she did well and even offered to do a plaster change when needed. I will definitely recommend this clinic for your medical checks.
