The treatment given to my father was nothing but exceptionally outstanding, from Doctor Jason Lim to the few, very kind and patient nurse staff (whom some went over the mile to ensure that my father would be safe and okay), did me nothing but leave an impression that compelled me to type this review out of immense gratitude. Generally the consensus can be made that the replies online were delivered in ways that are rather prompt, efficient, swift, informative and necessary. Relevant calls were also made upon requests and I was instructed well through conversations on how to better monitor and manage my fathers situation. Deeper details on how they went over the mile will not be revealed for their protection, as "over the mile" treatment should not be an expectation from us, given their positions. The team responsible for contacting patients and handling aftercare and of all the involved processes will ensure that your needs will be catered to the best of their abilities upon seeing and gauging the situation the patient is facing and the treatment that is required thereon. I can assure that whoever looks into this clinic will surely be in good hands, as of this dated team of management with the Doctor.
