My children have been visiting Dr. Oh’s clinic since baby time till now. To me Dr. Oh is good and yeah some time there are many patients outside waiting she would tried her best to consult as soon as possible as she also does not want others to wait too long. As for the clinic assistants since the operation of this clinic, there are good or rude clinic assistants. I would be very frank to feedback to Dr. Oh herself. Current clinic assistants are good but I believe there is still a need of improvement. Waiting time is definitely long.

Dr Oh and the nurses are all very nice. I love that Dr oh is very thorough in her examination. During our first visit, the first thing Dr Oh did was to ask for my son’s past medical history (the number of times he had bronchiolitis etc). The clinic does prioritize kids with high fever, which I think is a nice touch. No parent would want their infant with high fever (>39deg) waiting around in the clinic for too long. However, do make a call to check the queue status before heading down just in case.

Despite the heavy crowd into lunch hour , Dr Oh & her team were still dealing with the incoming patients and skip her lunch to handle her neverending patients. Her diagnosis are always on point as compare with other Doctors who are hit or miss with their diagnosis that result in 2nd or 3rd trip to get the proper right medication for my kiddo.

My girl has been seeing Dr Oh since she was 14 months old. Dr Oh is experienced and swift to make correct diagnosis . My girl had an infection from mosquito bite then and she immediately asked us to check into hospital when she saw the bite . Luckily I went to her because the previous doctor did not assess the situation correctly and it dragged on for five days before I found Dr Oh. By then my girl had to be hospitalized to treat the infection and thank goodness Dr Oh is very experienced and immediately told us to go hospital . Other reviewers mentioned she will highlight if other doctors make wrong diagnosis and this is unprofessional . I didn’t experience this before . However, I as a mother don’t think this is unprofessional. I will want to be warned if other docs are not competent enough to make right diagnosis . Dr Oh is the only doc my girl warms up to since young and my girl used to be a whiny loud baby who will struggle a lot and cried loudly during consultation . Other docs will give an impatient look coz my girl is really very “aggressive” when struggling . I always felt embarrassed and apologetic but Dr Oh is the first doc to tell me I shouldn’t apologize and she is just so so patient with difficult kids . My girl is now 7 and throughout the years we have always had great experiences with the clinic . Even the staff are polite unlike what others say. Honestly I think how parents talk to and treat the staff also matters right. I don’t see how this clinic and Dr Oh can receive low ratings. Even though my girl is now 7 and we can see a normal GP I still travel all the way to bishan to consult Dr Oh when my girl is sick.

Dr Oh is always trustworthy, accurate at the diagnosis and comprehensive treatment to provide complete care to my kids. Two hours of time spending at A&E plus blood and stool tests came out with the same diagnosis as Dr Oh’s after her 5 to 10 minutes check without any tests before we went to the A&E few days after Dr Oh’s visit.

Dr Oh is a really caring doctor. My son was breathless and wheezing very badly. Unlike other doctors, she immediately cancelled the bill and wrote me a referral letter so that I can quickly rush him to hospital. This is the first time I've experienced a Dr's concerns beyond the medical bill and am really touched by her action. My son is much better thanks to the prompt treatment he was able to receive as a result of Dr Oh's quick diagnosis, advice and action. Thank you Dr Oh for saving his life!

Dr Oh and the nurses are all very nice. Long waiting time are expected, clinic staff with give us call when is closer to our turn. Dr oh is very thorough in her examination.

Dr Oh is a great doctor, she doesn't over prescribe as compared to our previous doctor in TPY. Always concerned about the kids.

Dr. Oh is very knowledgeable and caring. Unlike another clinic nearby, service staffs are polite. Prices vice a lil expensive but it's worth it. Expect long queue.
