My mother was discharged from YCH on 7 Aug 2024. I arranged for Lentor Ambulance to send her back home.The whole experience was great starting from making the reservation. The caller was clear and reservation was simple through just a phone call. Transport fee was the cheapest from the various ambulance services which I had checked. The medical team was on time and was gentle during transferring mum to the bed. I would definitely recommend Lentor Ambulance service to others in need.

Kind ambulance staff, understanding and gentle toward patient. Overall everything is well, even driving responsibly is well taken care of, no hard brakings or speeding. Care for patient during transport is excellent. Calling their line to book an ambulance is quick and they have record if you book same day, they'll know it is a return trip upon your call.
