Dr Wong portrayed high professionalism in her specialty. She would first assess and educate on my root cause of balding. She then outlined options of treatment based on one's comfort in terms of commitment of time and cost. In the progress of treatment, she closely charts out the results (visible fuller hair and almost no drop of hair) and effectiveness (many fine hair growing to fill the gaps). I am one very happy customer and I actually had to go for frequent hair cut !!! I highly recommend Dr Wong to anyone who takes a practical and scientific approach to regain hair growth or reduce hair loss. The key motivation for me was the effectiveness of treatment and the investment was actually lower than many other unproven methods that I have tried before.
