Accompanied my wife for the 1st time in this clinic few months ago. Greeted politely by counter staff. I was skeptical in the beginning due to the reviews but Dr Wong is a friendly and professional doctor. She answered most of our questions in the most easiest way that we can understand. Staffs are all friendly and approachable. Back to our hometown, we had forgotten to get a memo for insurance. Was told 3-5 working days but received it right the next day.

At first, just like other reviewers here. I'm rather anxious to meet Dr.Lisa Wong due to the overall ratings. I was referred by a GP to meet Dr. Wong to exam my condition. I would like to tell everyone to REST ASSURED.. It was a delight. :) Dr. Lisa wong was quick and efficient to address my condition.. Most importantly, She gave realistic expectation and timelines. It was my first surgery, I was rather nervous.. Despite busy for surgery preparation, Dr.Wong and other medical staffs took time to comfort me during pre-surgery process.. and I know can trust her fully to take care of my conditions. All the medical assistances and nurses was so helpful. The front desk staff ladies were very nice too. Overall it's a professional and straightforward progress from exam to road to recovery.. Highly recommended Dr.Lisa Wong!🌟

I’ve known Dr Wong for a very long time but this is an unsolicited honest review. Today, I accompanied my sister-in-law for her follow-up appointment with Dr Wong. My sister-in-law has always found Dr Wong patient, helpful and willing to provide further clarification if needed. I, too, observed her to be likewise. I can vouchsafe that Dr Wong is professional, approachable and offers objective gynaecological advice.

Very professional and attentive gynae. She's also patient and answer many of my questions. Her charges are very reasonable unlike most other gynaes. Team of nurse and reception staff are very nice and friendly too. It's stressful to visit gynaes but everyone here put me at ease!
