I had my vaccination booster done here on Tuesday and it was a breeze. I walked in, registered and within a few minutes I was in to see the doctor. I did not get his name but it was the fastest injection I have probably ever had. The needle was out barely before I even registered it was in! Swift, smooth and no fuss at all. I waited for the observation period and was then cheerfully told by the counter staff to collect my vaccination certificate before going. Definitely glad I came to get my booster here.

Hello, I am writing to compliment the hospitable service me and my family received from the staff. This is the first time we came to your clinic and we are really very impressed by the good customer service from your staff. I would like to compliment this female receptionist who answered my call this morning at 10:19am. She was extremely patient, helpful and super nice. The call only lasted for a minute but it was enough to leave me impressed by the good attitude from your staff. Not sure if it’s the same staff who served my parents from around 6:45pm-7pm. My parents specifically instructed me to leave a good review on your page and to especially compliment the female receptionist (yall know how aunties have a ton of questions right, apparently my mum bombarded the staff with many questions but the staff was so patient with my mum and both of my parents really appreciate the level of patience she has amidst of all that busyness in the clinic) who left us such a good impression of your clinic. Keep it up!

Took my dad for covid 19 booster vaccination. From registration to vaccination all done in 15 mins. Clinic staff very knowledgable and very streamlined process. Doctor very kind and he walk out to do the vaccination for my dad as my dad not able to walk far. Kudos to the thoughtful doctor. Highly recommend.
