Dr Tan is professional, approachable, honest and meticulous. He is patient and takes time to ask necessary questions. This clinic's charges are very reasonable, on the lower end, and they do not prescribe unnecessary medication.

Took my daughter here for her Pfizer vaccination booster and my helper for her 6ME. We were attended to by the affable and gentle Dr Tan, who was so good with the injection that my daughter didn't even react to it. Even my helper who had her blood taken, commented that Dr Tan was really quick and gentle. The whole process was efficient and fuss-free. The overall experience was among the best I've had in a GP clinic. It completely explains why there are always queues at this clinic despite so many other clinics around the area.

Did my first remote supervised ART and it was amazing! Easy to book the slot, very fast and accurate info received beforehand. On the day of the test, doctor was on time and explained everything in detail, took my husband and I only about 10mins to go through it all and certificates were received shortly after. Overall a great experience, will book them again if needed. Highly recommended!

Flying back from USA and had to do a supervised ART. Found Dr Tan from Mei Ling Clinic Queenstown on the website. The process was quite fuss-free. I sent an email then in seconds, a reply email asking for some fields to fill up and to return email. After that a time was fixed to WhatsApp call or zoom to do the ART. When the time comes, I WhatsApp the clinic mobile to inform them I’m ready to take the call. A message was sent to remind me to get my passport and ART kit ready, and a pen to write on the ART kit. Once that’s prepared, I messaged again, then Dr Tan called me. He was super nice! I was fumbling with what to do and how to position the camera. He was very patient and give me clear step-by-step instructions. He was reassuring when I finality got the ART done, telling me to take a picture of the results and my passport together and send to him and he will handle the rest. True enough, in minutes I got my notarized document for my travel! Thank you Dr Tan, thank you Mei Ling clinic for such an efficient and reassuring process for my supervised ART! Really appreciate!

Dr. Tan is warm and very patient. I did my remote ART with Dr. Tan. I was pretty stressed initially as I'm not sure how I'm going to handle this video thingy and test kit. But Dr. Tan provided very good guidance. I'm so relieved it is done now and I'm ready to travel back to Singapore to see my parents whom I've not seen for more than two years!

I was stuck in a foreign country needing an urgent ART test done immediately so that I could fly back within 20 hours. Since it was night time, I couldn't get an appointment where I was. However I am so glad that Singapore government has stepped up to allow overseas Singaporeans to do a remote ART test with a Singapore doctor. I called around so many clinics and no one picked up. It was a late Saturday afternoon in Singapore. Luckily Dr Pauline Neow picked up the call and agreed immediately to do the test with me. The instructions provided for payment, steps and paperwork were very fast and clear. The response time couldn't be faster. She was very professional and efficient and understanding throughout the process. I received my certificate within minutes of completing the paperwork and tests. Excellent service. I am definitely recommending her to all my fellow Singaporeans travelers. Dr Neow is a life saver!

Dr Neow is a very experienced and caring doctor. She can correctly diagnose my illness and her medicine works. Her fees are also very reasonable because she doesn't give you medicine that you do not need. I used to bring my toddler to see her and ever since she introduced my son to probiotics he fell sick less often. Recently, I went to see her again for a leg wound and covid - I was not disappointed. She was able to pinpoint the problem and give the right medication. This prompted me to give her a 5-star review for being one of the best doctor I've seen - caring, dedicated, ethical and smart.
