Was feeling very unwell on a weekend. And needed to see a doctor and get some medications. It was late night. 11pm. Dr Chen and Miss Jay provided excellent service. Doctor was very kind, friendly and professional. Miss Jay was really caring as well. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

Was seen by Dr Tang due to back pain / sprain. Friendly doctor and staff, which makes the whole experience great. Will be back again if I need to see a doctor again. Not to forget, it’s 24 hours!

Minmed connect app is not useful as it is stucked on the update details page. My mother has done the health screening but because of this, I'm not able to pay and receive the report. Now they don't even reply my call or messages. My mother might have wasted her blood for this. I wish the IT backend team will do something to solve problems 1st, before letting the service team start to handle the situation. Updates: finally got the report after 8 days. They 1st email me so that I'm able to get the basic report, then after the report on the app. At least they try their best to deliver the report back. Thank you.

Visited on 30 jun night. My mum has eye pain and nausea. The locum doctor on duty (I don't know name) quickly diagnosed her with acute glacouma and ask us quickly go to A&E, which saved her eyesight. Thank you!

Staff are friendly and helpful ,the process to see the doctor is relatively fast, however the entire clinic is warm and stuffy. AC needs major overhaul .. very uncomfortable waiting area.

Clear explanation from doctor

Honestly everything was okay up to the point where I went in to have the Doctor's consultation. The staff at the counter were friendly and able to provide easy enough instructions. Dr Ritcher Louis however , I suggest be more mindful with his words, especially when talking to patients and to not rush the consultation. I was interrupted and felt pressured to explain why i was there in a fast manner, leading to me forgetting to talk about certain crucial information about why i was seeing the clinic in the first place. I was in and out of the consultation room within 2-3 minutes and most of it felt like the Doctor did not hear most of my concerns or give me a chance to explain myself properly. Even quoting what he said "Honestly i think this is nothing". Although my condition was "nothing" to a doctor, it may have been worrying for a patient that may have concerned for a period of time. I work as a nurse so I don't understand was the rush and the atmosphere like he was trying clear patients. Just hope the rushed atmosphere gets cleared.
