Been coming to this clinic since I moved here. It has become my go to. Besides it being near my home, the doctor and staff there are personable. Susan has been very supportive and helpful with information She manages the queue as best as she can. Based on severity of situation. I’ve been asked to wait a few times too. My family and kids have been patients to this clinic for more than 1 decade. Dr Lee and Dr Ong are always very clear in their explanation. Counter service staff are excellent and helpful. If the queue is too long, they may even suggest us to go home rest (if u stay nearby) and ring us when the queue number is near.

I have been visiting Mission clinic at Bukit Gombak for years and along with my family. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Dr Lee is very patient who takes time to listen and explain and does not rush through the consultation. He is definitely a doctor whom me and my family can trust.

The doctors are attentive, very patient, caring, and responsible. The clinic staff is approachable, friendly, empathetic and careful. However, patients need to queue very early outside the clinic even before opening/before the doctor’s arrival if they wish to have face-to-face consultation with the doctor (ie. between 8.30am to 10.30am; after 10.30am only tele-consultation is available because the doctor goes off to another clinic). The clinic is closed in the afternoon daily and open on a few evenings during week nights. For patients who drive, no parking problem. The multi-storey carpark above the clinic always has vacant lots and is serviced by a lift. The clinic is easily accessible for wheelchair users.

Nurses here at Mission Clinic are super friendly, super efficient, not rude at all. Dr Lee did a very good job in diagnosing symptoms for my visit and in subscribing medications. Overall very pleasant environment for patients of all ages. Thabk Doctor and Nurses.
