Thank you for going above and beyond for your patient, Doctor Chong Jia An. My mum and I are truly appreciative of your assistance and generosity, taking precious time to go through her LPA in great clarity. Obviously, the effort with elderly is doubled comparatively, he was very patient and making sure she understood the terms and conditions. He explained in ways that was easily relatable to an older person. I would certainly recommend MyDoctor@Canberra clinic for LPA, I’ve learnt a few important info myself as he explained. The genuineness for his patient is a huge plus point. Great job Doc!

Dr Chong is fantastic. A friendly and caring doctor that is willing to spend time explaining his views and concerns. I did my first PCR swab at his clinic and he was gentle and skillful so I felt minimum discomfort. Highly recommended!

Very good experience with MyDoc at Canberra. Counter staff (receptionist) are friendly & professional. Before visiting I whatsapp them to check on opening hours, they were responsive. Dr Chong is friendly, professional & knowledgeable, gave good advice on what medication can/cannot be claimed under GE. Trusted clinic! (My visit was on 05-Sep-2022 evening. )

Excellent service. Came here to take a Pre-Departure ART Test. Very friendly receptionist and the process was seamless. Doctor was professional, friendly and good at explaining the whole procedure, completely stripped my anxiety away from anything. Whole thing took me <20 mins to complete, and I was sent the results in less than 30 mins. After receiving them, you also can go to take a hard copy. Would highly recommend this place!

Got my pre-departure PCR done here. Staff was very friendly and accommodating (needed to book a later appointment time to fit into our transit flight schedule). Swab test was administered very quickly and professionally too.
