I was recommended to Dr Janna by my insurance agent for my Ptosis procedure. I am thankful to the whole team as they always assure that I am comfortable during my surgery and follow-up appointments. Dr Janna is professional and attentive to my pain threshold level, often checking if I am feeling OK. When I had some concerns and wanted to do a revision, he was also accommodating to my request. He also made extra effort to check on the stitches post surgery. Adele is friendly and caring towards me during the whole surgery. She made efforts to ensure I am comfortable from the time she help me to prepare for my surgery. Post surgery, she constantly ensure that I am alright and resting well in the recovery room. Patsy is always helpful, doing up all the administrative work nicely. Ensuring I understood the details of the charges and making sure my claims is processed accordingly. She also tried to help me relax and keep calm when i felt pain during my surgery. They made me feel I am more than just another patient. I feel the genuine care and the efforts that they put in to assist me is above and beyond. Thank you! I would definitely recommend Nassim to others should they require their service.
