I am not sure about all the bad reviews for the hospital. My 80 year old mother was admitted to tower B A&E around 930 pm for seizure and due to COVID we were not allowed to accompany her. We were told to wait for an update. The doctor called us in about 30mins for medical information and another 1 hour told us to go home and wait for an update. The nurse called us again at 530am the following morning for updates and ward information. I was in the hospital again that morning to gave mom a few personal stuff. I must thank Ms Christine at admission for her assistant to connect to the ward's team seeing it is COVID ward and no visitation. The extra help was appreciated. The visitor registerion desk team was lovely and helpful as well. Mother was discharged on day 3 and over the 2 nights at the hospital she was well taken care of by the Dr and team at Ward B5. This is the first time she praised the nurse team that they were very patient and gentle. She had been to a few hospitals this year and this is the only one she was comfortable with. The Ward was very clean and spacious. I just want to thank the team again for their hard work.

Hospitalised twice on two different occasions and month, the service was commendable even though understandably the A&E patients were sometimes on demand but the assessment and procedures was made as seamless as possible. Had undergone surgery with good care support from the nurses and doctors during post-surgery, the follow-up appointment check-in process was quite smooth and on time according to the appointment date and time.

Convenient as link to Jurong East MRT station,link to Westgate Shopping Mall too. But if taking taxi,my suggestion is maybe put some sign at expressway so that taxi driver know which Exit to turn to Tower B or A or C as Saturday,the taxi driver dropped me at Tower A n told me that he couldn't locate where is Tower B. I already saw the sign,Tower B n C is turn left while Tower A is right but the taxi driver never noticed. Rating 4 stars is because no matter is some doctors or nurses are very friendly.
