It was a walk in but I was attended today at about 3pm after a short wait. I needed to extract a bad wisdom tooth. The dentist and assistant did a wonderful job. Quick and painless and i felt well taken care of. I don't have their names but they definitely have my heartfelt thanks! Keep up the good work.

This is my 1st visit to Geylang Polyclinic as CGH discharged me .To further help my medical condition, needs future observation and prescription ,I chose G. polyclinic to do that. From Convid protocol check ✅, appointment entry ,see doctor 🏥, collection of meds,make future appointment and payment all done digitally with staffs offer 🆘 with smiles 😊😁 with 😷🎭 on of course if you are observed properly in their faces and 👁️👀. They are friendly, attentive and prolite to walk-in or patients with appointments. Attached were my digital receipts and appointment slips.

Very efficient and fast visit when I went there on a weekday afternoon. Booked an appointment via HealthHub app for 12pm, registered by 12.15pm and could go for my consultation by 12.30pm. The doctor who consulted me was also helpful and gave me a referral.

Adore the nurses. They are awesome with the babies. Sadly low rating due to long waiting time. Waiting for the Doctor with a baby/toddler who is trying to get home for nap is madness. We are working adults trying to fit in the work schedule with appt. I waited almost 30mins before finding out i have 3 more in queue ahead of me. I left after asking the Dr to confirm that its just a routine check up. I would suggest to parents that when your babies are older and you know that he/she is ok, skip the doctor check up. Especially when you have your own private PD to go to if needed. To the polyclinic mgmt, i feel sorry for your doctors but also had to demand her to talk to me first coz i rather just leave.

Efficient and effective! Facilities and services available include pharmacy, radiology, emergency, chronic care, diabetic care, anticoagulation, etc. Just like that of a mini hospital and better. 😉 The staff are caring and it feels like home.
