I started seeing Dr Leow to treat my heart palpitation problem in late 2019 and he has helped me tremendously to control the problem. For the past few years I have regularly consultation sessions with him to further manage my high cholesterol problem so that it wouldn’t cause any cardiovascular issue, and thus far my cholesterol level is in a much healthier range than before, thanks to his help. Dr Leow is a very patient and friendly person. He is like a friend who is genuinely concern about your health. So I highly recommend anyone to go consult him if you have any cardiovascular issues. And lastly, the staff there are really polite and wonderful :).

I highly recommend Nobel Heart Centre! It's hard to find a combination of great doctor and staff at the same time. They are very attentive and welcoming. Dr Leow is very warm and friendly; he listens, explains, and answers my concerns. He doesn't ask me to do anything that was not necessary. The nurse and staff are also warm and friendly. Visited Nobel heart Center after a referral from my GP. The entire experience was fantastic starting from the reservation phone call, receptionist , radiologist and not forgetting Dr. Leow’s consult. Unlike my usual clinic experience, Nobel heart Center gives me a calm and hospitable vibe when I arrived. Although I am unsure what my final diagnosis will be when I first met Dr. Leow , he eased my tension and anxiety with his friendly small talk. Thanks to his patience and explanation on my test result, I was able to make lifestyle adjustments and look after myself better. For someone who is looking at professional consultation and knowledge on preventive care, I would definitely recommend visiting Dr. Leow.

I would have given Dr Leow 10 stars if it was an option 🤣 I was referred to see Dr Leow from Mount Elizabeth Novena A&E. A cardiologist who showed great empathy and patience. He took time to explain test results to me in great details. He then explained a second time patiently to my husband cos he was late. Dr Leow comes across as someone who is sincere and genuine. I’d like to express my sincere thanks to Dr. Leow and his team at Nobel Heart Center @ Mount Elizabeth Novena. This is the very first time I visit a specialist in Cardiology so am quite unfamiliar with some of the basic knowledge, procedures and terms in this field, also very nervous due to uncertainty I fel with my condition. To my assurance and surprise, with such a high level of reputation and experience, Dr. Leow is also super patient and approachable, explaining in details to me all related points and details I need to know about my condition. In addition he also spent time introducing to me some extensive range of medical knowledge covering part of my other medical conditions as well, that really helped me better appreciate my health status. Not to mention that every staff at the clinic including Cath, Solaida, Ross and Sera - all have been very amiable and helpful in guiding me through the procedures and checkups.
