Brought my mom here on Sunday morning, & it was typically busy. Receptionist Fatin was very professional and efficient from registration to payment. Her customer service is tip top. I’m not sure of her partner’s name but she’s also friendly to the patients & approachable. Dr Jimmy Chew’s a patient physician. I felt like our consultation took a while but Dr Chew took his time to explain my mom’s condition & gave good medicine for her. I really appreciate this kind of treatment from GP because they don’t just show that they want to quickly clear the queue. This team is really passionate about patient care and it shows. Not many GPs will have this kind of welcoming ambience.

I am at yr clinic by right i should & will feel v.stressed up. Coz my son's condition does not sound gd. But yr staff Ms Wani's very bubbly personality managed to calm me down. I dont see a tired grumpy face but what i saw was a very pleasant & full of passion heart.. i am really very thankful to her Excellent service. Her colleagues Saliza and Elly are very dedicated front line staffs too. A BIG THUMBS UP FOR HER TEAM.
