Me and my child took the covid pfizer vaccination today and it was painless. This is my 6th booster and my child's 5th. The doctor was really good. No pain, amazing! Dr John Borrison is a nice doctor. But again, I stopped sending my helper to this clinic for her 6 monthly checkup because MOM did not get the check up from the clinic. When I asked them why, they said it was submitted which it wasn't. So I asked for proof of submission and also CCTV to prove my helper was there. The counter staff got angry and argued with me. I stopped going there for checkups and send my family to Platinum Clinic just across the road instead. The funny thing was, the clinic has a sign to ask customers not to be rude to their staff. Who wants to get angry and be rude if the staff were good? But the staff on duty today are friendly and nice, the rude staff not there now, I hope.

Service was good.. i went to J9 one care but was rejected immediately without checking if my daughter have been there before.. as my daughter is below 6 yrs old.. the one at J9 one care straightaway rejected me as they said the doctor today do not see kids below 6.. all the clinic at J9 was doing tele consult.. had to travel wit my daughter who has high fever to 431 one care.. thank u 431 one care for the fast service.

Read the reviews and saw lots of bad feedback. But just give it a try. The reception all good. Neutral. Got manners. The doctor also good and friendly. Unsure if it’s just because of my luck or there’s change in management . But I guess we just got to treat people with kindness and be more understanding. Is true when we not well, easily cranky but also need to consider the facts If the clinic is too crowded and the reception or nurse also having their challenges.

Opening hrs are OK. Under raffles heath insurance. Overall, there is room for improvement from seeing doc to counter service. Hope to see this clinic continue to serve

Repeating patient here whom have visited for many times. So far my experience has all been pretty solid, with the doctor patiently offering his take on my various ailments. They do have at least 2 or 3 different doctors there on a rotation basis, but so far I am pretty happy with all of them. Nurses are generally ok. Can't really say much as my interaction with them are quite limited, Though my.impression of them slants towards the positive side.

My heartfelt thanks to Dr Lee Yanqing. His dedication to his patients surpasses anything I have seen. Along with being a dedicated doctor, he has got a great personality that brings warmth to my heart. I'm impressed by his superb skill in performing the procedure for me. He is truly an asset to OneCare Medical team and a real gem in Yishun :)
