Y. I.Dr Nurhidayati is unparalleled in the depth and breadth of her knowledge and experience of OBGYN, and that is only exceeded by the individual care she gives for each of her patients.
She delivered my first baby with the utmost professionalism, held me as I cried when I learned my second pregnancy had ended in a miscarriage at 10 weeks, and guided me through my 3rd pregnancy to prevent/ catch any complications at the earliest.
Her bedside manner far exceeds that of a "sterile-rushed-doctor" approach as she takes time to get to know and care for each of her patients as individuals and that means the world to vulnerable expecting mums.
Her clinic is so well run and so prompt with appointment reminders, test result updates, and so on. Kudos to the team - Hana, Wendy, and Kalista - for maintaining such a cool and zen space - virtually and irl!

w.Waiting area is warmly and invitingly lit, rather than illuminated with some shocking, unwelcoming white light; the receptionist Hana is also friendly and efficient with handling administrative work 😆. Additionally, Dr. Nurhidayati is displayed patience and specialist excellence who is able to fully explain in-depth medical concepts in layman terms, allowing me to gain a comprehensive understanding of my own condition :)
A.I had a great experience at this clinic. Wendy, the clinic staff was friendly, meticulous and efficient. She ensured I had sent the documents and verified my insurance coverage prior to the visit to ensure there were no surprises.
Dr. Nur, the gynecologist, was personable and patient with my questions. She provided a few options for me to consider. I left better informed and know that I found the right doctor.

I was selective with the clinic / doctor for any vaccination after having a bad experience with another clinic last year.
My friend recommended Dr Nur to me for HPV vaccine (3 doses). My Fiance and I consulted her on some fertility questions though our appointment was for vaccine initially. She gave professional advice and addressed my concerns. Both the clinic assistants, Laura and Hana were friendly and helpful. The booking of appointment, registration and payment process were fast and smooth. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at the clinic and will be returning for my 2nd and 3rd dose.

G. T.Dr Nur is a really helpful and patient gynae doctor. I first consulted a doctor on Doctor Anywhere app and had to see a specialist. I made an appointment to see Dr Nur on the same day. She was very professional and guided me through the blood test results in a detailed manner. I would be back to see Dr Nur as my obstetrician soon too.
