Came here for a blood test. Had a very smooth experience overall. Nurses and phlebotomist were also really nice and caring. Was a pleasant experience ☺️

Always go to parkway east hospital about 15 years already, good service from drs and nurse's ,my 2 kids born in this hospital excellent service from Dr Aziz and Dr Low and nurses ,recently had a surgery in this hospital April 6 ,my first operation I was so scare😰 but Dr Heng Tung Lan, Dr Yeo Seow Woon ,Dr Pang Yi Ping Cindy and nurses was so friendly and professional, when I interred operation room Doctors talk to me, make my mind busy and make me laugh 😆 I didn’t even remember how I fell asleep 😴 just remember waking up about 2-3 minutes later and doctors telling me that everything went well and that they are sending me to my ward ,I say to myself it was fast but my operation was about 4 hours long, just want to say thank you 🙏 for doctors and nurses for excellent service care 🙏 and registration counters,FNB staff ,house cleaning staff for taking good care of me during my stay in hospital ,thank you so much 🙏

I was treated so well by all the staff at parkway east hospital especially from Ward 4. Rubiah from F n B showed concerns regarding my diet and check on anything to replenish. All the nurses are well trained and showed a lot of care and loved for me when I was very sick, gudos to Toh (morn shift) and devi (nite shift). My Doc Natalie Chua is so nice and make efforts to visit me even at wee hours to make sure I am well. Sheela from administration also very patient to me to explain my financial. Well done!

The service is beyond excellent. Staff Rubiah is very attentive. Goes the extra miles for the patients and during this covid period with no visitors allowed. This means alot. Understanding the paitent’s in pain and accommodating as much as possible, really moves me. The nurses in level 3 are god sent. This hospital has a dream team. Thank you doctors, nurses, the staff of east shore hospital. You guys made my stay a pleasant one.

One of the older private hospitals around with very small rooms. So even if you pay for a single room, it isn't very comfortable. They have limited facilities so if it is something serious, they will still refer you to other hospitals. A & E isn't the fastest. Even when relatively empty, they are still pretty slow. A & E nurses are nonchalant towards patients' discomfort - since they probably see this everyday. Limited dining options - the delifrance sells cold and stale food. Only for people in the east who need to see a doctor fast, and want to avoid CGH (because it is the worst hospital in singapore). P.S And the parking is horrendous. Limited lots with no nearby available parking either.

Service of this hospital is very good, esp. Rubiah from F&B , she is very polite and hospitable. The physiotherapist Kelly Qiu is superb. Not only she thought the exercises that i needed for recovery, she also shared other exercises for my general well being patiently . 5 stars!! Oveall, i find the F&B and the rest of the staff who attended to me (e.g. Julia, Raine, Surya) are very hospitable and provided very good service compared to other pte hospitals that i was warded before. GOOD JOB !! Thank you very much to All who have attended to me!

F and B staff r pleasant, patient n accomodating. Good varieties n selections .just wonder if toast bread cld also b incl otherwise bread served is cold. Perhaps instead of creamer, can incl milk for cofee/tea as creamer may have hydrogenated fat which is unhealthy. Also pls tone down salt in Soups.Thank u!

The FnB staff Rubiah was attentive to my need she was observant and notice I was unable to open my food as I was on drip and help me. She also offered me a banana as she notice I brought my own banana that was too ripe.. really appreciate it…

Went to the ENT specialist clinic back in 2017. Dr. Dharambir is very proffesional in his department and gives good advice on treating ear infection. Namaste Dr. Dharambir 🙏🏻
