Parkway Shenton’s vaccine pricing lacks transparency. During my first visit, I was unexpectedly charged an additional $10 administration fee at the point of payment, without prior notice. On my second visit, I was again surprised by a $5 injection fee, which I was not informed of beforehand. The surprise charges were not pleasant at all. Parkway should have clearly communicated all charges when I booked my initial vaccine appointment. When I requested a detailed breakdown at the counter, the staff informed me they couldn’t provide a printed receipt with the details, but could only explain them verbally.

Registration was done by friendly staff, wait time was very manageable and the environment is very comfortable and clean. Brought my 5 year old child to see the GP and we got the necessary meds which are working. Best part is the opening hours, which makes seeking consultations much more accessible.

Developed a perplexing skin rash on my face that confounded previous doctors I went to see, and the medications they prescribed only seemed to aggravate the rash. But Dr. Tricia swiftly identified the root cause and the medications she prescribed began showing results within just two days. The clinic is clean, with comfortable seating, and even a mini children’s area that helped keep my son busy while we waited. Clinic staff were also very polite, attentive, and professional - we had forgotten to bring masks during our first visit, but the staff willingly provided them to us! Highly recommended!

Very pleasant experience with a comfortable waiting area and dedicated toilets which make the sample collection a lot more pleasant than having to use a public toilet. Staff are professional and friendly.

Did Executive Health Screening here. The Clinic does not provide film print out for pelvic ultrasound (or any ultrasound result). They provided usb that CAN NOT be opened directly in Mac (you’ll need to download free apps). If you go to government hospital, they can not open the usb there as well. Personally, i think this is an unnecessary hassle, especially when you need to bring your result to see the specialist. Other than that, the facility is brand new. The clinic is nice and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I bring my unwell helper today to consult with Dr.Melvin. A staff there named Veinna helped me in dr’s room with full of her warm heart. She helped to assist my unwell helper to get some water before her urine test and she helped my helper assist to the washroom. She was so polite and kind. Meanwhile waiting, I were chit chat with her and she do offer me the services at PARKWAY MEDICENTER. Besides, she explained well about the Health screening packages. Doctor on duty was Dr Tricia and nurses Sherry and Emma, they were professional and carried out first aid quickly to stop the bleeding. Really appreciate that there is an urgent care centre in this area which provide immediate care rather than going to A&E. Thank you to the health professionals!!

Deep from my heart.... i really appreciate all the staff who helped me overcome my fear of needles and i took 3 today!! Since young i have needle phobia and always struggle even at 41years of age. A big hug and thanks to Joey, Jing Ting, Rachella and Sheryl who made me so comfortable and even played music and kept my mind distracted to draw blood and also take another 2 jabs on both my hands.... i never thought i would have this much courage..
