Dr Joan is the sweetest and the staffs are q nice. But if there a lot of patients, waiting time can be as long as 2 hrs but I went off for breakfast and they texted me when my queue number was nearing. Very clean place. My go-to private neighbourhood clinic. & there's free blood pressure test station!

Queue for doctor consultation was long, but staff allowed me to step out to buy hot drinks as I was having flu. While I was out, they even sent me a reminder SMS when my queue number was coming up soon. The wait for medication was also relatively short compared to other clinics in the area. This clinic is now my clinic of choice and will definitely be recommending it.

The clinic environment is clean and cooling. Lots of seats in the clinic. I can get a queue number and head down when its near my turn. Staff is friendly and polite which makes my experience a good one. Dr Tay is professional and patient. She listens attentively and gives advice.

My name is Thava Mani and I am writing this review as a special shoutout to Vivian from Pinnacle Clinic Yew Tee. I have been calling the list of clinics to get my SinoVac vaccine done and unfortunately I have been treated like I am a disturbance. The staff in the other clinics have not been very forthcoming with information or politeness. Upon calling Pinnacle Yew Tee, it was most certainly a breath of fresh air after all the stale air I had encountered. It was 31st August 2021 at approximately 9.20 AM that I called Pinnacle Yew Tee and Vivian attended to my queries and booking with utmost courtesy, warmth and professionalism, suffice to say this combination is not easily attainable. It was a pleasant experience and kudos to you Vivian and Pinnacle Yew Tee. It is employees like her that will keep your organization in good esteem. Thank you Vivian and Pinnacle Yew Tee.
