I’m coming from indonesia . I’m the satisfied customer here . the hospital regisration also so easy. My kids is 3 yo and have a cough. He can’t throw his pleghm all by his self . I already visited 2 doctor in indonesia and cannot cure my kids. Thankyou so much Dr Chu Hui Ping for being kind to me and my kids, my kids all well now , he’s healthy again!! Always attended by caring staff like lilian, cindy, Evelyn and head nurse kelly here. Dr issac is always accurate in his diagnosis and my son recovered soon after his prescription.

After visiting several pediatric gastro specialists in Singapore for a long time. Only one at Raffles Hospital, with Dr. Chu Hui Ping. She is very patient with children, really pays attention to children's details, very smart and wants to solve children's health problems, especially in the gastro area. Only she has the right diagnosis. Appropriate and controlled use of medication. She is very diligent in anytime controlling my child even though we live far from Singapore. Since March till now, already 7 months. She never changed. We are willing go back to singapore from jakarta many times for controlling my son's health with Dr. Chu, because she is very reliable and responsible, and has very broad insight. There is no doctor who wants to bother taking care of the child's hospitalization process, only she wants to step in to ensure that my child gets a room and a complete examination. Thanks for front desk staff also, all are very friendly and helpful 🙏

Children’s clinic front desk staff are so busy! Yet patiently dealing with lots of people. Many long term staff whom we can recognized since my child started seeing Dr here since 16 years ago. Keep up the good work.

Been following Dr. Wendy since my kid was an infant and she's always been attentive, careful and caring. The nurses are all also very patient and ready to answer my questions. Children's department is always crowded and busy (so a little understanding goes a long way), but they tried to take my walk-ins a few times.
