Myself and my family visit Raffles Medical at Bishan whenever we are not well. They have improved tremendously and the services are very good. Very patient doctors and nurses. Thank you.

I had to said I’m impressed with how this clinic entertain their patient. I had to go down to clinic as I had this very bad symptom of dizzy and muscle pain. I still remember this one man named “Ahmad” from this clinic patiently ask me what happen and give a very good service even though I can see how busy he was . Then, I entered doct room for consultation and Doctor Ang was very attentive . 27 years in my life , this is my first time going to clinic happily and planning to comeback here even though I stay at Yishun 😊 .

Received a call from clinic 2 days after health check that the report was ready! Didn’t expect it to be speedy. Appreciate the follow-up call based on feedback. Follow-up appointment in the morning was smooth and swift. Dr Ang was detailed and patient in explaining and she did blood test in a painless manner. Staff at reception was helpful too! Thank you for making the experience better! [One month ago] Appointment was made via Health Hub app at 4pm. Front desk staff said that waiting time would take about an hour and I could go out, walk around and return to clinic by 5pm. When I went back to the clinic at 5pm, I continued to wait another 40 minutes for my turn. Doctor did apologise for the wait. I asked if they prioritise walk-in versus those who have made an appointment. When I came out of the clinic, the lights were partially dimmed as the clinic was closing at 6pm and the staff were getting ready to head off. Communication was missed out between the doctor and the front desk as I was told that I could go off, without making an appointment for follow-up. It was till I asked the staff at front desk, then the doctor popped out and updated her. When I asked for available dates for follow-up, the staff at front desk told me to let her know of my available dates instead. After sharing my 2 dates which were not available, she told me that Mondays are not available. I feel that waiting time of almost 2 hours can be improved, and there can be clearer communication between doctor and front desk to have proper follow-up.

Look its really straight forward, if you have a problem, simply tell the doctor with the 'KIS' principle (keep it simple) and he'll understand with proper diagnosis. With this i would like to thank the doctor on duty at 930pm on 22FEB19, straight to the point, efficient and direct diagnosis. It could be that they were closing in an hour, but i prefer such a doctor! With regards to the counter staff. Has anyone here ever tried to be nice to people first without any reciprocal expectations? try it out. The nurses were really nice and friendly =) Won't say that I would want to go back (because i don't like being sick) but would recommend this place if anyone is seeking medical treatment.

Can't speak for the doctors but the ladies at reception who registered me and administered my ART test were warm, friendly and got the job done quickly. Queue ticketing system in place which adds good structure.
