Worried by reviews on here but went Friday morning, there were seven people in queue but was seen within an hour. Lovely doctor - friendliest I've ever seen in my life! Very warm, helpful and thorough. Receptionist also helpful.

Quick registration this Friday afternoon, even for a foreigner. After a Covid test I was examined by a doctor. Very professional, and after ten minutes I had my medicines. Total time, less than 40 minutes after I entered the clinic.

I like this clinic because of its long opening hours. The queue there is usually short. Doctors are generally friendly and helpful. However, the staff are often very impatient and sometimes slow. Also, like most Raffles Medical clinics, the air-conditioning is super powerful so be aware of this.

Went there on 23/02/2016 for annual medical checkup for the fifth time. Staffs are courteous and efficient. Doctors are patient, courteous and professionally helpful. Air-conditioners are working fine.

Reached at 9am thinking to avoid crowd but the room are almost full already! By the time I finished all pre-employment test it was 11am and now there is no more crowd, just 1-2 patients waiting. Suggest to go at 10.45am.
