Clean environment. Staff were friendly. Doctors are kind and approachable. The only downside is sometimes it’s very slow in clearing patients. Overall good.

Well, there does seem to be staff-related issues but I must say, saw a Dr Aw both times (2 years apart) and she's probably carrying the show - extremely patient, observant, and was able to explain her diagnosis and plan in clear and concise terms. I mean, sounds like what you SHOULD be experiencing with a doctor but having had my fair share of horror story GPs... so this is one of the more reliable / confidence-inspiring ones. Only a star taken off for the slightly lengthy wait times (reg + pharmacy) but to be honest, I'm not sure how much of that is just inflated expectations.

I did not go here at first because of the bad reviews - big mistake. I saw Dr. Choudhury who was excellent, took his time, explained treatment in detail, everything made sense and has worked for me. I went through three different doctors before finally going to the one that is a three-minute walk from my apartment. Will come here again - most of the reviewers seemed to have issues with the wait/registration; I would rather wait a little and receive good care and sensible treatment.

The pediatrician, Dr Gowri here at Raffles Medical is nothing short of amazing. She is extremely skilled, patient, friendly and excellent in dealing with kids. She was very versatile and even sat on the floor to play toys with my toddlers to warm them up. The only doctor that my kids actually look forward to visiting. Highly recommended!

Recently visited for diarrhea and fainting and the doctor named, Dr Tan Su Hui was amazing, very helpful and informative and has a very caring approach to her patients. Very difficult to find these kinds of doctors nowadays.
