Dr Tay really treasure his patients. He is my family’s doctor even before I was born. More than 20 years taking care of me though I switched clinic after starting work and visiting panel clinics covered by company insurance instead. Today went back after many years and is touched and happy he remembers my family and ask after their well being. He is honest and straight forward. the clinic check with me repeatedly if I wanted the dengue test as it was not covered in my insurance. Thankful for the care of the entire clinic over the many years. My parents still visits him and is happy the staff always show concern over them. Hopefully when I start my own family he will still be healthy :)

But when I think of my patients...maybe a few years more, see how." Those were the words of Dr. Tay when we casually chatted after a consultation many years ago. He's been our family doctor for more than 20. He is an experienced, skilled doctor; a gentleman; and someone who is not afraid to straight-talk, just so that his patients would take greater responsibility for their own health. As I read these unjust, negative reviews about him here, it's clear that not everyone appreciates the above attributes of his. So, before you decide to visit him the next time, ask yourself: what exactly do you look for in a doctor? One who gives you what you want, or what you need? If it's the latter, Dr. Tay won't disappoint.
