Dr Lian Wee Bin has been my paediatrician for 20 years, and I am thankful for her help through my life! I highly recommend her and SpecialKids Clinic for their services in paediatric care, especially for kids with specials needs and their parents! As an autistic young adult, I recognise and understand that Dr Lian and her team has been vital to my personal development. As a child, I had all the troublesome behaviour traits of an autistic, such social and communication issues. When my parents and I saw Dr Lian and the team at SpecialKids, Dr Lian and team helped to refer me for the appropriate early intervention programmes, like therapy and youth mentoring programmes, which allowed me to better manage with the issues that my autism presented. She also assisted my mother with advice on how to raise a child with special needs. I am happy to report that I have graduated from university and am a fully contributing adult to society, and a lot of credit is thanks to Dr Lian and her team.

The first time we meet Dr Lian was in October. Dr Lian was very detail and patiently explained our child's condition to us. Theraphy teacher esp. Chester and Nina very helpful and clear in giving parents advices on what we can do or play at home. And lastly, thank you to all staff at Clinic (esp. Ms Livy😊) who always help us to arrange theraphy schedule.

Me and my husband are very impressed with Teacher Nina in conducting Speech Therapy lessons for our preschool son, who has speech and language delay. Teacher Nina is able to make the sessions fun and enjoyable for him. He is always looking forward to see her every week. He loves playing with her during the lesson. We also see a fast progress with his speech. From a kid who does not know how to tell us how his day was going, to a kid that is telling us what he's done in school and whom did he play with. This progress was quite fast, after he was just in his 3rd lessons with Teacher Nina. She is also very helpful and clear in giving parents advices on what we can play at home with our son to improve his speech. Overall, we are very very pleased with his improvement.

This was the first time I took my child to see Dr. Lian at Specialkids Child Health & Development Clinic. The clinic’s pre-visit consultation was extremely detailed, allowing the doctor to quickly understand the child’s situation and problems in advance. During the consultation, Dr. Lian also showed her excellent experience, identifying the difficulties and problems faced by the child, and quickly developed an assessment plan suitable for him. Finally, what made me feel more efficient was that the clinic quickly prepared a schedule for the child. From these, I have a stronger trust and sense of security in Dr. Lian and the clinic team.

Dr Lian and Teacher Nina is lovely and supportive. My son loves coming to skill and even without seeing them for a long time, he ran to them with open arms. Kids with special needs are sensitive. I guess they can feel it when they are being welcomed.

Best centre for special kids, my son really improved a lot within months. All teaching and non teaching staff are delicate and devoted in helping kids. The admin staff of both centre (Livy, Sidney and Vanessa) always there to offer help. All these is because of Dr Liang’s passion to help kids. BEST IN THE INDUSTRY.
