My family has been going to Dr Ivanna for many years. She’s a very patient, caring doctor who will listen to concerns, check your medical history, and ask questions to ensure she gives the right diagnoses. She’s great with kids too, and always gives them stickers after each visit. The nurses at the clinic are also polite and communicate clearly. Overall, a five star experience and we couldn’t be more grateful that her clinic is in the Bishan neighbourhood!

Dr Goh is always very friendly, assuring and warm towards her patients. There’s always a long queue here so do be there early to register and get a queue no. I think the clinic staffs are helpful and friendly too. This has been my regular go-to clinic for the past few years. Appreciate their good work! Thank you Dr Goh and team! :)

I was wary of coming here because of what reviews said about the receptionists. Either the clinic restaffed or their receptionists underwent some training, because they were very polite over the phone and in person. Dr. Goh was also very gentle and patient. She will make you feel at ease even if you feel awkward about whatever issues you are facing. Will def come back and would highly recommend this place for anyone who would prefer to see a female GP (I also appreciated how on the phone, the receptionist would preempt you whether Dr. Goh would be in or if it would be a male doctor rostered for the day.)

I and my wife have been visiting Dr. Ivanna for last 1 month, and I feel what sets apart Dr. Ivanna from the rest is her sincerity, kindness and thorough observation in terms of treating the patient . She makes sure that all underlying disease are discovered... and provides the medication accordingly. Thank you Dr. Ivanna.... keep up the good work....and last but not the least supporting staffs are also nice and considerate despite high patient influx.
