I had a very positive experience with my laser treatment and definitely would recommend...attentive and detailed dermatologist with experienced, well- trained and professional clinic staff . I consulted Dr Louisa Tan in Sept 2020 for treatment to improve my skin. I had an oily T-zone, noticeable open pores and old acne scars at my chin. Dr Tan recommended laser treatment and gave a clear, comprehensive explanation of the effects and expected downtime, as well as post-treatment steps. Post-laser treatment, she prescribed creams to calm the skin. She gave clear instructions on application, types and purposes of the creams. I already noticed some improvement after the 1st laser treatment. I returned for my 2nd laser treatment 8 weeks later and she tailored the treatment accordingly based on the progress. I am happy with the results and have noticed a significant improvement to my skin. I have been returning to the clinic from time to time to purchase certain recommended skin care applications which are decently priced for their quality.

Dr Louisa Tan is a very professional and knowledgeable doctor! Great experience visiting their clinic at West Coast Plaza, staffs are knowledgeable and friendly as well. Products are good and affordable. Skin condition improved a lot after using their products as per instructed by the staff and Dr Tan! Definitely highly recommended for all to visit!

Luckily, I got to know Dr Louisa who was recommended by a friend. Dr Louisa is very professional, treatments are given according to patient’s needs. Dr Louisa is fantastic and I love that she's not a hard sell kind of person. She gives you the info and leave it up to you to decide - no pressure. The BBL treatments are great and it helped to clear up my skin. And the down time is zero which is the best part.
