I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Ms. Bridget during my maternity tour, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service she provided. As a Senior First Service Officer, she was both professional and incredibly supportive. Hospital Tour by Grace is highly informative. She shared many helpful and practical tips. It was a pity most room types were occupied so the group only managed to view 3 rooms. Nevertheless the info shared by Grace helped us make a decision. Jas Wong and Michelle from the Information Counter were equally professional and helpful. Both provided us with a lot of info. Their friendliness and approachability make us feel very much at home.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to the nurses and servers at Thomson Medical who took such great care of my wife during her stay. Special thanks to Jasmin Wong, who is from a third party vendor but went above and beyond to cater to my wife's (and Myself) dietary needs and be attentive to her needs. The staff at Thomson Medical, from the nurses to everyone who supported my wife, truly made her experience a comfortable and positive one. Having stayed at another hospital (Mount ********) before, I can confidently say that Thomson Medical is 10 times better in terms of service and care, despite having similar charges. Thank you all for your dedication and hard work in making my wife's stay a pleasant one. My wife delivered with no issues and was entertained by the doctors and nurses. My wife was in good care with Dr Wu (Anaesthesiologist) as he explained and distracted her during the procedure. We are extremely happy with our Gynae, Dr Tan Toh Lik, he proposed many countermeasures to my wife regarding c-section and helped her sew well that she is very happy about. We also appreciate his patience throughout our pregnancy journey, even though waiting times to his clinic can be long, for which we understand later he won't chase or patronize his patient. I visited the Thomson OPD urgent care center this morning and had a positive experience with the Doctor and nurses. Dr. Dhinesh Prasad was very thorough, took the time to discuss all possible reasons for my symptoms and explained findings in detail. He was prompt and his friendly manner made me feel very comfortable. Nurse on duty (Ava) was very attentive and assisted me up to the end. Thomson woman hospital is one of the great strong establishments hospital in Singapore where I can highly recommend to everyone. The cleaningness is promising clean and comfortable. All the staffs and nurses are performing professionally taking care all the patient. Doctors are well deserved earned the trusts from me as a patient. I am grateful the lactation lady and nurses gave us a lot of great guidances about taking care baby and breastfeeding to me as a fresh mum position. Food is very good and healthy standard as for a hospital. I am happy. I love the papaya fish milk recipe for breastfeeding. I want to express my greatest heartfelt gratitude to the Thomson Medical team of nurses (in particular, Rosi) who went above and beyond basic care to assist me and my baby after I gave birth via c section. (My stay was from 20 to 23 October 2024, room 630) Rosi is a true gem. She had a wealth of experience on everything that a new mom needs help with - from taking care of herself to taking care of baby such as carrying, latching in different positions, manual expression, pumping, ways to ease pre engorgement or in the event in engorgement, certain food to avoid for c section moms and even life advise on new life with baby after going home. It was really nice talking to her, and she had given me the best care, support, knowledge and the most invaluable advises. Rosi left me and my husband with very deep impression and made a significant difference in my motherhood. I am truly grateful for her kindness, support and extra thoughts for me. As a first time mom, I feel so blessed and lucky to have met such a kind, experienced, capable nurse during my stay at Thomson. Thank you again for everything that you do, Rosi. You are a wonderful nurse and Thomson is lucky to have you! I wish Thomson Medical will continue to have more nurses like Rosi ;)

I've had the best experience so far at TMC: from the nurses who have taken care of me during my routine check-ups in the labour ward and during my overnight stay (Aileen, Richie, Maria, Susan, Flerida, Arlene, Chequtitia, Norhidayah -- apologies to anyone whose name I've spelt wrongly and those whom I've missed out!), to the personnel who have helped me with figuring out the maternity package (Jas Wong, Jing Feng). Apart from the stellar health services provided, their Whatsapp interface to enquire about the various packages offered for expectant mothers have been extremely responsive, without any of the AI bots which I greatly appreciate. Valet parking here is complimentary, and you'll only be charged TMC's standard parking fee at the gantry, which was great! The care and hospitality we received from the nurses and doctor were outstanding. Nurses Zhang Yan, Marilyn, and Mary Ann, along with Dr. Jemima, were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and patient with our questions. They frequently checked on my partner's condition, and Nurse Zhang Yan, in particular, demonstrated impressive experience and professionalism. She provided us with an estimated final bill, considering the possibility of additional tests after 6pm, to manage our expectations. In the end, the bill was lower than the estimate since the tests were completed before 6pm. Nurse Zhang Yan explained that she preferred to give a conservative estimate to avoid any surprises when we received the final bill. Definitely a very pleasant experience here :)

Delivery was smooth at TMC but nurse missed out one of my baby milk feed even though we get them to push her back to the nursery for feeding. Overall will still consider TMC again if i have a second child. On a side note, Thomson Nutri meal was bad. Delivery timing was not specific. Food was repetitive. I had green peas almost every single day (at the start). Papaya fish soup was totally different from TMC during admission. Brown rice had foreign object (sharp plastic) found in my rice and the zip of the warmer bag delivered on last day was spoilt.

The lactation advisor shi min was a breast saver. She was very patient and went through tips on breastfeeding. She even taught us how to syringe feed and check the baby feeding volume through poo and urine frequency. The hospital tour by Angie was very helpful as she gave quite a number of tips and advices rather than just touring around the hospital to view.

Today, 40 years ago, my son was born here. I was very worried because he was born prematurely for nearly two months. I am very grateful to the medical staff for their warm and patient comfort. The best doctor in Kangsheng Hospital, Dr. Lawrence Ang P S, was the one who delivered both of my children. I recommended many of my friends to go to this doctor. Everyone’s babies were delivered smoothly by Dr. Lawrence Ang. My friends also like this doctor very much. I remember when I gave birth to my eldest son, on the day of the prenatal check-up, the baby’s fetal heart rate was not very good. Dr. Lawrence Ang suggested that I go to the hospital to check the fetal heart rate because I was one of his last patients. Dr. Ang asked my husband if he was driving. , we had not bought a car at that time, and Dr. Ang told us to wait for him in the parking lot. He would go back to the hospital to visit his patients later, and asked us to take his car with us to the hospital to test the baby's fetal heart rate. This would also It saved us time. My husband and I were filled with gratitude and admiration for this doctor. He did not have a condescending mentality, but had great love and love and was willing to help us. That journey along the way was a moment I will never forget in my life. The doctor drove us to the hospital in his car to test our baby’s fetal heart rate. After the fetal heart rate test, the baby was fine and was finally born smoothly. Now my eldest is 5 years old. , but the doctor’s actions have always moved me. He is really a good doctor! Started off with singlife insurance sharing, ppt slides sharing of maternity bundles etc. Grace gave additional info on postpartum, breast milk production recipes, what to do during labour and when you’re having contractions.
