Did my Pre employment Medical Checkup here. Nurses always have a hard time when collecting my blood cause my veins are pretty hard to find, so they always end up poking my hands. Nurse Doris was amazing! She done it on my arm, fast and swift with only one try. Painless! Super professional.

Shirlyn is very professional throughout my entire interaction with her. She is warm, compassionate and have a high level of attention to detail. She demonstrated a level of care and patience especially when I was taking my eye test which had a few pauses in between but she did not rushed me and waited for me to read off whatever I can see. Shirlyn also displayed a high level of empathy, kindness and empathy which made the whole experience a very smooth yet lasting impression.

I have been going to Trinity for 6 years now, and was disappointed to see the level of harsh reviews and low rating. So as a loyal patient of the clinic I am doing my bit to bump it up by awarding 5 stars. I’ve never had any issues with the medical staff hence I keep going back. I know all the senior doctors, some of whom have retired now or semi-retired. Ok perhaps the administration staff can be a little abrasive sometimes but let’s face it .. it’s a thankless task to deal with a stream of impatient sick patients. I think this is nothing the management of Trinity can’t easily fix with some customer service training and client centric values installed! I am happy to highlight a newish doctor at the clinic, Dr Michael Liu who I found to be excellent. Very compassionate caring and engaging with a focus to get to the bottom of medical issues and put in place the correct treatment. So do reconsider Trinity and ask for Dr Michael. (Mon, Tues, Fri) Thanks Alan
