V. N.friendly service staffs and Dr Gerald, his diagnosis with medication explaination throughly. will make this clinic our family clinic,
N. S.Staff as well as doctor were extremely friendly and professional. Came in with an asthma attack at 2am. Doctor was thorough and patient while administering treatment. Medications I received were comprehensive as compared to previous clinics I used to go to. Bill totalled up to be slightly pricey (I’m not sure if they’re a CHAS clinic) but definitely worth the service esp because it saved me a trip to the A&E
k. w.Receptionist were friendly and very professional when answering to our queries . Doctor was very polite and calm when explaining his diagnosis. Very clear in delivering his diagnosis and did not show an ounce irritation when we raised some very very silly questions. We really felt taken care by the entire clinic . Good job ! Please maintain this high standard !
r. k.The two indian lady who serve me at the counter yesterday was very pleasant and nice appearance eventho one of them is new, she were very nice and friendly.. The doctor on duty and counter staff was good in handling patients and very good patient care. It is a new clinic and the environment was so pleasant and warm . The charges was very reasonable for public holiday compared to other clinics. I will give 5 star for the doctors and staff care .

A. A.1st visit on 15 Feb 2023, 6pm, blk 103. Newly opened clinic. Wonderful clinic asst Devi. Courteous, polite, clear in her communication, professional. The only one at the counter. Hopefully the other clinic assistants whom I've not met yet are the same wonderful ppl. Clinic assistants play a VERY important role I must say. Please maintain your wonderful customer service standards to keep your patients and not be like the other nearby clinics. Locum Dr was calm, clear in his explanation, professionally too. Will change my GP from now on until of course this feedback gets jinxed.
M. Y.Dr Joyce Xie was calm and patient with my questions. She educated me on how my illness came about and how she can help me recover. Careful and detailed in her consultation. I will recommend my parents to give UniHealth 24-Hr a try.
A. N.First visit here as I was urgently looking for a late night or 24 hours clinic to look at and dress my wounds from a biking injury. Service rendered by the receptionist and medical care by Dr Fung was efficient and attentive. Keep it up!
