It was a great experience despite the fact it was my first time there seeking a female doctor for my personal woman’s issue. Dr Hsu is one amazing doctor who went out of her way to listen patiently and made me feel comfortable and assured that I was in good hands. Indeed the experience was truly good that I would refer her to any woman seeking consult on female issues. Met Patricia at the counter and she gave me such a warm reception that I instantly felt very comfortable. Once again I want to thank both Dr Hsu and Patricia for their patience and genuine love extended to their patients. One final comment is that I sincerely hope that Dr Hsu could be available for consult for more than one night in a week.

Dr Wong is a very detailed doctor that helps in the visitation experience. The front desk Ms Tan is helpful and friendly. She is very detailed in explaining about government schemes. Highly recommended.

Been living in that area and just notice this clinic just opened not long ago. Visit recently due to my bad migraine. Doctor & receptionist was very nice & understanding due to my condition as i was vomitting on a short frequency. Always go to the nearby clinic but the service is really different. the other clinic staff was rude & clearly has no manner. Walk in and was ask to sit for 10 mins when the clinic is empty. Totally recommended this clinic 👍🏻👍🏻 Very smooth trip and i was out less than 30 mins 💯💯

I went to the clinic for a full body check up, Dr Hsu was very helpful and explain to me on what test i need to do as it was my first time. The result came out quite fast, the nxt day i went down and Dr Chan explained to me in details on which concerns he has abt my health and what i need to follow up on. Recep Patricia was very helpful too, even assisting me with the price chart for body check even when the clinic is already closed, she is very friendly and attentive.

Selected this clinic for my $2 Screen for Life - Health screening. As I will depart to another country the following day, this clinic was available for me to complete my health screening as per my request. Dr Michael Wong was attentive to every details I have shared about my recent health-related experiences. Dr Wong was able to share with me “blue Chas card eligible” health screen tests for me which I very gladly accepted the recommendation because the price offered is very much subsidised, definitely way below the ones offered by private hospitals, insurance companies and maybe even polyclinics. Strongly recommend anyone with the blue CHAS card to speak with Dr Wong about subsidised health screening. It was a very consultative experience with Dr Wong where we understood each other on expectations and outcomes of the screening I was about to complete. Very pleased to meet a professional who is passionate about patient experience and importance of 2-way communications.

Dr Michael is an attentive, approachable and caring doctor who is well-versed in caring for all ages groups. He has shown commendable and genuine care to my son and parent in law and given sound and helpful advice. His clinic premises are also clean and welcoming, with a play area for children, which my son enjoys. There is also ample parking at the HDB carpark nearby. It is also near our place and completely sheltered from our house. Being just at PLAY@Toa Payoh Heights (more famously known as the free play area with water), it is a great choice for those who stay near Toa Payoh West CC or in the HDB areas near The Peak - as it's nearer for us to walk over to Union, rather than cross the road to the market at Blk 126, or to go to Toa Payoh Central to visit other GPs. I heartily recommend his clinic to anyone who needs a consult or a GP for long-term follow up

Highly recommended👍🏻 Staff was nice and doctor did an extremely good job at explaining and in his diagnosis. He is the first doctor that was able to pinpoint my sinus issues and offered solutions and follow ups for it. Able to use CHAS card as well, so consultations are affordable.
