About the space, its not that tiny as the review I read before. Because its in Singapore, the size with the price is still reasonable.
The thing that I love about this place was the neighborhood. It has slow non hectic morning like usual common touristic place in Singapore. I still can had and enjoyed my morning coffee from nearby.

A. S.I had a wonderdul stay for 6 days. As other's mentioned the room is a bit tiny, but those arriving in singapore for exploring this will be not an issue since room will be used only to sleep comfortably without any disturbance, wonderful bed, and the toilet was very nice with good water pressure.
Hotel is located just 250 meters from Lavender MRT station and bus stop so public transport are super easy to access.
Just across the hotel you can find a hawker center and super market so food and essential items can be bought.
The staff's were friendly and proffessional, rooms were cleaned upon request no questions asked, water dispenser is available in each floor so that you can get enough water.
Overall in my experience the hotel was JUST PERFECT.

C. C.Arrived close to midnight and Jes helped me promptly get checked in. Room is small but that is expected and was a good size for me. The bathroom space takes up probably half the room space which I think is too much. There's a lot of excess space that could be given to the bedroom. Area was quiet after hours and aircon was great. Always someone at the desk when I went past. Left at 5am and Jes was there again to assist with check out. Service can't be flawed in this regard. Close to public transport and in a less touristy area, it's a nice area.

and this hotel is very close to the MRT, it's very easy for us to go anywhere, near the hotel there are places to eat, there is a supermarket, complete very . and the staff here are very friendly, when we were waiting downstairs they wanted to chat and give suggestions on where to go and recommend walking in Singapore.
I really recommend this hotel for all of you who want to come to Singapore.

Y. W.The staff are super helpful. I’m staying for about one week. They helped me upgrade my room and only charged small amounts. They’re super responsive. The staff is the reason I would give high stars for but not for the room.
For the staying experience, the room might be small even for a double bed room. They put a lot perfume on hotel and it may be for good for majority but as for me, it makes me headache. Thankfully staff help me change room and that helps a lot!
They will clean your room every day if you want to request for, which I greatly appreciate. However they will not change sheets. I can tell this because I got a dirty sheet in the beginning and I can keep telling it stays here. The room’s cleanness level is not matching with 4 stars.
The toilet glasses are not fully cleaned. You can tell from water marks on it. And the noise bothers me during my last night staying. When a group of young people checked in on next room and they’re laughing aloud and punching things at 3am. The staff called them but it did not change anything.
The location was good. You got what you pay for. Overall it was not comfortable but fine staying but the staffs are super nice.
V. H.Love love love this hotel, very worth the price. Theres not much space in the room, but enough for single occupancy with 1 small and 1 big luggage (still ok for couple but there won’t be personal space haha).
Room is very clean and well maintained. Bathroom also clean and does not stink. Walls are also not thin, unlike other hotels in SG with similar price point. AC is also cold, too cold for a small room haha. Bed is perfect and pillows too. Nothing to complain about.
Location is also perfect (if you are bored of staying at Orchard - so basic right). 3 mins walk to Lavender MRT where you could find various F&B places like: Kopitiam, Liho, McD, Old Chang Kee, Jollibean, Hawker center and many more. Across the hotel is a Fair Price, and a stone’s throw away you’ll find alot of new hip cafes like (MILET, La Levain, Chye Huat Hardware, etc) with GOOD pastries. Tried walking and only took 15 mins to Haji Lane, 20 mins to Bugis, and 30 mins to Raffles Place (City Hall MRT)
Receptionist and cleaner were also really friendly and helpful!

U.Stayed in the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. The staff was great, really helpful! The location was really convenient, the train and bus stations were close by, you can travel to the main tourist locations in about 20 mins. Lots of great hawker locations right by the hotel that has great food and a variety of options. The bakery by the train station had amazing breads that was so soft and fluffy! The room was small but comfortable for me and my partner and we had two large luggages, two carryon’s and two backpacks with us.

Room is small, quite hard to open 2 hardcases at the same time, but can always manage. Important thing for me is they have bidet in the toilet. Only 3mins walk to Lavender MRT station. There's Fair Price supermarket infront of the hotel and a great walking distance coffeeshop.

Reception and housekeeping staff were all friendly and helpful tho housekeeping might forget about toiletries at times. Fresh room with very good amenities and the bathroom was really spacious. Location was good, near several food places, very near Lavender MRT station and bus stops. Wi-Fi connection was very good too. Had a greatly enjoyable stay. I'd go back again. Thumbs up!

M. S.It’s so rare to stay in a hotel where the staffs are friendly in Singapore. But Beverly Elements has the friendliest and most accommodating staffs. The hotel is new, so all the furniture, AC, etc are in perfect condition. Plus, it’s so close to Bendemeer & Lavender MRT station.
B. W.Pros: Rooms are extremely clean, beds super comfortable, very nice shower with good heat and water pressure, location is great, 2 minute walk to SMRT station that is well connected as well as buses.
Cons: WiFi was absolutely shocking for a hotel at this price level and in Singapore which has some of the fastest average wifi in the world. Got 1 bar of signal from our room, could barely load webpages and cutout on top of that, they need to get a wifi extender.
The room is absolutely tiny, I get singapore is expensive, but there is hardly space to open up a suitcase in there, can hardly move with 2 people standing up. $100 per night for a room of that size is tragic.
We had an issue with our sink the first day, drain wouldn't come back up, informed reception and they said they would get somebody up, took 1.5 days before they did. Fire alarm also went off at 3am and lasted for 15 minutes, had to go outside and wait for the fire department to come and it was declared a false alarm. They then tested it twice the next day briefly.
Overall: comfy beds and a great shower, abysmal wifi and bad value for the size of room
R. B.This is a nice hotel, clean, well organised, fresh air, good facilities and service. I can't fault it. The rooms have a nice ensuite bathroom, good views, it's quiet and peaceful.
I came from a cheap hostel called wink downtown, worst i'd ever seen in any country, so compared to that this hotel is heaven.
It's expensive for what you get, back in australia you'd pay $100 a night for a room like this in an area much, much nicer, here it's 170 for a room half the size, but that's just singapore. It's a giant expensive city. This is one of the cheapest places i could find that didn't look bad and i'm very happy with it.

M. A. (.Stayed here for a couple of days and we booked one superior room and one deluxe room. and here are the pros and cons of this hotel
Pros:
1. Location is great. It is located a block away from the subway (MRT) and has tons of food courts and restaurants within walking distance. Also about 15 mins walk from Mustafa which is basically a one stop shop for everything.
2. Hotel is very clean. Self-explanatory.
3. Beds are on the firmer side but comfortable and rooms are fitted with modern basic amenities. They don't provide plastic water bottles but does provide a glass bottle to refill and the water filtration system. Go green!
Cons:
1. Rooms are tiny. Hard to open a full sized luggage in the room so we had to throw the luggage on the bed to open it up. This also means that there's very little space to store your luggage as one side of the bed is to the window, top is to the wall, bottom has a 1-1.5 ft gap (where we stored our two carry on luggage and one check-in suitcase) in each room. In the superior room, the other side of the bed is by the sink so you can't necessary store anything there. And in the deluxe room, there's enough space to walk to the bathroom.
2. There's no hand soap by the sink. Management, please provide handsoap by the sink. For those living in superior rooms, it's not feasible to walk to the shower everytime to get body wash and then return to the sink outside the bathroom to wash our hands in the sink.
3. Walls are pretty thin. We could hear the tv (which was playing rather loudly) in the next room but I don't think that would be a big issue for most as most people don't play they tv that loud.
Advice: go for a double room as the rooms are narrow as is, I can't even imagine how small the single rooms were.
Overall, I wouldn't mind staying here again if I am on a budget and not carrying much baggage.

W. A.Beverly Hotel Elements is perfect for a 4-star hotel.
The newly opened hotel has everything one would want in a hotel — from super tidy rooms to short-distant metro stations, to grocery stores and food spots that are open past midnight.
You can find FairPrice right opposite to the hotel and Seven-11 (opened 24/7) right opposite to FairPrice. You can also find plenty of food spots just a few blocks away, including McDonald’s, Burger King, and Subway, which are all halal friendly.
The major tourist spots are not too far from the hotel and it is easy to get around. Lavendar MRT Station is at 3 mins walk. Bendemeer MRT Station is at 6 mins walk.
The hotel is super tidy and always smells nice. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Special shoutout to Clarice for always being there and helping me with the know-how of the city!
Although you may find the rooms quite small with no good views out the window, they are all pretty well maintained as well.
Regarding the noticeable improvements that the hotel has room for:
The rooms are a bit pricey and pretty small. There are no side tables, no desks or chairs. So you only get to eat food and work from the beds provided.
The TVs only have a few channels, but having support for YouTube had me covered with entertainment for the most part.
The views right outside the windows are not very attractive but I liked that the large windows let the sunlight in.
Overall, my stay at Beverly Hotel Elements has been amazing and I’d definitely stay there again with no second thought.
P.S. If anyone can help and tell me the name of the scent they use in their corridors and reception, I’d be very thankful. :)

m. b.The room was very small, so there was no space for luggage, but the staff was friendly and the wifi was good. It was nice that the room was clean and tidy, and it was a 3-minute walk from Lavender Station, so there were McDonald's, Subway, Burger King, and supermarkets nearby, and there were water purifiers on each floor, so I drank water from the water purifier. Security was good as you had to have your room key to use the elevator.
김.I don't think there is a hotel in Singapore with this much value... It's a small but clean room that only fits one bed, and the bathroom isn't as small as you might expect. Considering Singapore's extremely high accommodation costs, there's no place like this. As a poor backpacker, when I go to a hostel, I get hit by all kinds of unmannered guests. Since it's Southeast Asia, I couldn't help but watch the cockroach parade, but I spent a little more money to come here, and I'm very satisfied. I think I'll come here again next time I travel alone.
P. J.Everything is good hotel. There is only one disadvantage: the room is small. Stay here and you will get a new and clean room. Good quality equipment used in the room Shower cream, shampoo are always replenished. And I like the fresh smell. It smells like lemongrass. As for the bed, the soft pillows are at an okay level. Sleep and don't have back pain. The service of the staff is good. The atmosphere inside the hotel is good. Below the 1st floor is a small garden. Makes your eyes feel moisturized and comfortable. The location is also considered good. There is a supermarket. It's across from the hotel. It closes at 11:00 p.m. If you want to buy anything, just go. Walk a little further and you'll find 7-11. The only downside here is the small space in the room. Another thing is that there's no hair dryer. But if anyone is not serious, go for it. We stayed here for 4 nights in a row and felt very good. In the future if we have the opportunity to stay here again.

The review right below says that one more person didn't have the wifi. You liars... This is a fatal drawback for travelers. If I had known that the hotel didn't have wifi... I would never have booked... Well, it's still clean. There is a McDonald's/Starbucks/Lavender Station/Mart right in front.

It should be noted that we had left various clothes, ((no more room in the suitcases)) we were still at the reception, that the bellboy came to bring them back!! ||Afterwards, the building adjoining the hotel was demolished and there was noise relating to the construction site, but it’s Singapore and it’s common! Construction schedules are well respected and only start at 9:30 a.m.|If we return to Singapore, we could come back, and the enlargement/extension will be a plus for this accommodation.
