K. S.I recently stayed at COMO Metropolitan Singapore, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and genuinely accommodating. The room was a perfect blend of modern elegance and comfort, offering a serene escape in the heart of the city. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the luxurious linens to the thoughtfully curated amenities. The facilities were top-notch and the location made exploring Singapore effortless.
Dining at Cote was an absolute pleasure! The menu, with its selection of beautifully prepared dishes, was a true culinary delight. Each plate was a perfect balance of flavors and artistry. The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring every detail was attended to with care. The ambiance was both charming and sophisticated, making it the perfect spot for a special evening. Cote truly exceeded our expectations, and I can't wait to return for another memorable experience.
Overall, COMO Metropolitan exceeded all expectations and provided a truly memorable stay. Highly recommended!
E. T.The design of the hotel is great but the staff are terribly rude and they judge the guests based on appearances a lot. I wasn’t here to stay but visiting a family member who had a room. The food was good but I all staff attitude needs a major rehaul! Great for a weekend couple stay but icy atmosphere throughout.
C.We stayed one night and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff at reception were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful in explaining the hotel complex and checking that we had everything we needed.
The room itself was fantastic and impeccably clean. We stayed in the Metropolitan Suite which was a great size with a lounge area and kitchen. We were celebrating a birthday and they were kind enough to surprise us with some decorations, a handwritten card, a delicious tart from Cedric Grolet and a bottle of wine.
The in room mini bar was complimentary and we had extra bottles of water brought up during the turn down service which was greatly appreciated.
The hotel facilities are also excellent, we really enjoyed the roof top pool as it had nice city views and was a great way to start our morning!
We really loved our stay here and can't wait to come back in the future!

Our package guaranteed an extra rollaway bed and I emailed Luxury Escape and the hotel and confirmed it twice. Even at check in I was told the rollaway bed was already set up in the room. We walked into the room and no bed. We returned to the front desk to ask for help, then we had to wait for them to call housekeeping, and then wait for housekeeping to come and look and they didn't seem to believe the rollaway bed wasn't there. All the back and forth and waiting cause us to have to cancel our dinner reservation.
Finally, the bed came. But there was no duvet cover or a blanket, only a thin flat sheet. So we had to call and wait for it to be delivered. Needless to say this is quite disappointing for a 5-star hotel.
We purchased our stay via Luxury Escape and it came with lots of extras. We found that some staff were familiar with the offers but some didn't and denied us. For example, we were told at check in we could order anything from Bruno for free and just needed to ask for help from an attendant. We were denied 5 out of 12 times.
The room itself was nice, and we loved the spa scent. We enjoyed the rooftop pool especially the glass bottom floor! Breakfast was great with lots of selections! Location is great as it's just off orchard but tucked away from all the hustle and noises!
D. W. (.Conveniently located right across from Paragon Mall and within walking distance of Mount Elizabeth Hospital. Each time I return, the experience gets better, making it even more enjoyable. I love their quiet gym and keep coming back to COMO Singapore whenever I'm in town. As their motto states, it truly is a home away from home. Thank you to Ruby, Alfie, and the friendly COMO SG staff for their great work.
One thing could be improved is on the COMO Shambhala part, staffs is not as smart and as helpful as the one on the hotel part.
R. L.This is one of Singapores most modern five star hotels and packed to the brim with technology, wellness and indulgences.
The lobby has a robot barista, and a transforming art wall, has to be seen to be believed.
Gardens abound giving the whole hotel a last feel.
The rooftop pool is stunning, with exceptional views. And famed pastry chef Cedric Groulrt had a patisserie in the hotel-wow.
The wellness area, Como Shabala is one of Singapore’s best and includes a huge gym with the latest weights and cardio equipment, a red light room, infra red sauna and ice bath, and hyperbaric oxygen chambers.
Pilates and stretch classes are available as well as a next level spa.
Rooms are flooded with natural light and high tech facilities including BOSE speakers.
The Korean Bbq Restaurht Cote is extraordinary. But the whole stay experience here really reflects the r future of luxury hotels globally.

T. M.The hotel is fairly new with amenities and rooms which are newly built with design elements that is modern and minimalistic. During the check-in process, the staff told me to wait at the lobby and I was offered a complimentary coffee. However, the staff forget and I went to the counter to ask again. They attended to me immediately and apologize for the delay. I feel that the staff portrayed professionalism and were very friendly in handling my check-in process. IMO, perhaps there can be a proper queue ticketing for guests to check-in. Apart from that, the room is spacious, fitted with automatic blinders, high-end wardrobe and a mini pantry (fridge is big enough). The bed was so comfy and the room as a quality bluetooth speaker. Smart TV and Wifi were also provided in the room with fast internet speed. I would recommend that this is one of the best few hotels in Orchard.

T. M.Brand new hotel so we tried the opening special. Very modern aesthetic, spacious room, but the shower doesn’t drain well. Most staff are nice, breakfast was one main per person with unlimited fruits, juices and yoghurts.
T. M.Located beside Paragon which is in the middle of Orchard and Somerset MRT, it is the place to stay for shoppers. Check in was quite busy but there were chairs for waiting as well as a robotic arm making coffee which is complimentary. Booked the basic King room and was given a corner room so there was a panoramic view which includes MBS. As we're on mid floor, it got semi blocked.Nice touch of complimentary desert from Cedric Grolet to celebrate a birthday. Pillows were feather and were too soft, not sure if they had other options. Nice gesture of late checkout extended to C5 status even though we didn't book direct. Room requests came quickly.Pool at rooftop, semi see through glass floor and some bubble areas. Rooftop airconditioned bar available as well.
T. M.It was a very lovely and strategic hotel located across the Paragon. The only thing I was a bit bummed of is the breakfast variety which only provides limited amount of menu instead of buffet. However, the food was exceptional and it’s definitely worth it! Love the coffee machine robot on the 6th floor!

The hotel's lobby boasts a delightful robot coffee barista who makes great coffee, adding a fun and lively touch to the space.
From check-in to check-out, the staff were unfailingly friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs.
One minor suggestion for improvement would be to offer a selection of caffeine-free teas, such as chamomile or rooibos, in the guest rooms. When we requested these, the staff unfortunately brought the same caffeinated varieties already provided. Another area for potential enhancement lies with the in-room minibar service. While appreciated and refilled daily, the quantities seemed insufficient for two guests, containing just a single beer or soda which is not great if you want to enjoy a drink together.
The rooms themselves were spacious, with a welcoming ambiance and thoughtful amenities like a Chromecast-enabled TV, bedside USB charging ports and a Bluetooth speaker for some music. The bathroom products were delightfully fragrant and of high quality. Notably, the noise isolation was excellent, and we never heard sounds from neighboring rooms or the corridor - a definite plus for an undisturbed stay.
However, the true highlight was the fantastic pool area, where we enjoyed refreshing cocktails each day while cooling off int the water. There is sunbed seating available right by the pool area, unfortunately there is no shade coverage over those loungers. During the peak sunshine hours, it can get quite hot. The addition of some umbrellas, shade sails, or even some well-placed trees would go a long way in making the sunbed seating more usable and enjoyable, especially on those really hot days. Other than the lack of shade options, the pool and its surroundings were top-notch and perfect for a laid-back, relaxing experience.
The hotel's breakfast offerings were delicious, and we also savored a very tasty dinner at the on-site restaurant one evening.
Overall, we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for those seeking an exceptional stay. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent amenities, and attentive service made for a truly memorable experience.
A. J.Superb. Very modern sleek and friendly hotel with amazing rooms. (emerald suite) for us. So comfortable and well appointed. Very chic and modern one of the Best rainfall showers I have ever had the pleasure of being under. Good mini bar in room. Sky bar and pool staff were all very good and helpful. Very pleasant and always had a smile for us. The pool is a work of genius. Being an infinity pool. It goes one step further by actually stepping out over the edge of the 19floors and you find yourself looking through the glass floor at the street and traffic so far below. What a great concept. Also on floor 6 you have the already almost famous coffee barista robot. Which excites everyone from young to old. It delivers a great selection of hot and iced drink. With some great flavours and twists such as panda drinks too. Ps rooms were very clean and done on a daily basis also with an evening turndown service. Thanks to everyone who made it a great vacation.

M.Absolutely Worthwhile Stay for Chris**as Eve!I had an incredibly valued experience at como where I paid a mere $241 for a truly magnificent standard room, including early check in and late check out! The quality of the room exceeded my expectations and felt reminiscent of the luxury one would find at the Andaz hotel, but at half the price! The staff members were exceptionally friendly and approachable, adding a welcoming touch to the stay.The hotel boasts top-notch amenities and interior that truly stand out. They have a complimentary coffee machine which offers options like Bailey's latte! The beautiful infinity pool, situated perfectly in the heart of Orchard also provided a stunning view and a serene place to unwind.This experience was beyond satisfying, and I am already looking forward to returning, hoping that the price point remains! It's a definite recommendation for anyone seeking a luxurious yet affordable stay in Singapore.

There is a sink , microwave , coffee machine & utensils . Smart TV allows you to connect to your Netflix or chrome cast . Good view from high floor . This hotel is quite new , overall gives a sleek & minimalist feel . Bed is comfortable however the pillow was too soft .. Breakfast have different sets for you to choose from .. portion can be improved 😅2 ☹️ down sides to a perfect staycation- the microwave wasn’t cleaned up from the previous guest , there was left over bits- my room’s TV screen ended up occupying 1/4 of the actual screen , some faulty issue

The staff wish guests would have a good experience at the hotel and for the hotel to receive good ratings so they try to provide the best experience to guests. I know the staff did their best to make my stay great. Special thanks to Celine and Kiki! A big attraction is a robot making coffee for you at the lobby of the hotel! This is unseen anywhere in the world i know for a hotel. I would recommend Como Metropolitan for guests.

Loved the amenities provided & smell of the shower gel, body lotion- simply luxurious ! Super comfy bed & pillows. Automated window blinds ! Rain shower feels incredible… best I have tried in the world ! Definitely recommend to all , and I will be back again !

🌟 Our four-night stay at Como Metropolitan Orchard was an unforgettable experience right in the heart of Orchard Road. We were greeted with warmth and exceptional service from the moment we arrived.
✨ Highlights - The ever-helpful Izhar, the duty manager, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Special kudos to Xindy, whose vibrant personality truly stood out. She's a gem and a credit to your organization.
💭 Food for Thought - While our stay was fantastic, we couldn't help but feel some letdown. Housekeeping was inconsistent, with items replenished on some days but not others. Turndown service was hit or miss and lacked plate cleaning assistance.
🤝 First Impressions Matter - The doorman and bell service are vital in setting the initial tone. However, we noticed a difference in energy and enthusiasm between this team and the Front Desk staff on the 6th floor. Surprisingly, we learned about the complimentary mini-bar from a fellow guest rather than during check-in.
☕ A Café Interlude - The café experience, while not extraordinary, met our expectations for a fine establishment. The staff performed their duties diligently, but there were no standout moments.
🏨 The Nitty-Gritty - We appreciate the upgrade offered due to the various issues we encountered. Additionally, single-ply tissue was a surprise in standard, and we suggest adding hand-wash gel to the pantry area.
🌟 In Conclusion - Our first experience with Como was a pleasure. We were enticed by a promotional campaign that offered good value. We believe Como Metropolitan Orchard is a work in progress. We look forward to returning to see how it continues to build on its brand name and create distinctive experiences. We believe that Como has the potential to stand out in the future. 🌟

hospitality felt more and better than most another 5* hotel in singapore (other hotel staffs always rush in something). i met samantha, i got service more than i expect, she even sent to my room the bruno milk i ordered for my kids. she is super friendly and kind. thanks for made our day!

M.Excellent location , good room size , excellent croissants , excellent Laksa and curry dishes ,, only thing is there should be tables reserved for hotel guests at the Como cafe and not tell hotel client that they have to line up for breakfast on a first come first serve basis , luckily I insisted reception help me book a table for my breakfast meeting !

T. M.The hotel is really comfortable, the room is spacious and clean, the layout is good, and the facilities are new. The sound insulation is good. I stayed here for two nights and had a good night's sleep. Infinity swimming pool with stunning views. Breakfast is a semi-buffet. The food is exquisite and delicious, and the price is high! There is a coffee robot in the lobby. You can enjoy it before going to your room. It is worth appreciating! The only drawback is that it's quite a distance from the MRT, which takes about 15 minutes to walk. However, you can walk most of the way through the underground streets, so it won't be too hot.
T. M.Stayed in the Marks room, facing the main road, but the sound insulation was very good and no noise could be heard. Special praise should be given to the bathroom, which is very spacious. The sink is large enough to hold washing supplies for two people, and there are wall-mounted cabinets to store many items. The toiletries are exclusive products for the hotel, similar to white tree oil products, very unique! The only drawback is that the hotel facilities are not too many and are not suitable for families to enjoy a vacation. Free breakfast is provided, semi-buffet style. You can choose the same main dish as you like, and you can eat any fruits and drinks. It’s perfect for those of us who don’t have big appetites! To check into the hotel, you need to take a second elevator. The sixth floor is the check-in lobby, and you need to transfer to another set of elevators to get to the room floor. Another surprise is that there is an automatic coffee machine in the lobby on the sixth floor for free for residents. It's worth adding.
T. M.The waiters are very nice. The hotel is located on Orchard Road, which is in a great location. Next to the hotel is Paragon and other large shopping malls. Shopping and dining are very convenient! There is a barista robot on the 6th floor of the hotel, and the infinity pool on the top floor is even more impressive! !

T. M.Very very nice 5-star hotel in Orchard area. Clean spacious room. Impeccable service with seamless check in and a very nice welcome gift for our anniversary which we did not expect. We were very well taken care of by the wonderful staff, who also helped us find the clothing item we left at the pool. Complimentary free flow coffee by the robot barista was just icing on the cake. Would return for sure.
