L. S.I rented a room from HeiHomes for a bit over a year, and it was a great experience. The common areas were always super clean, which I really appreciated. The design of their flats is stylish and comfortable, and my room was no exception. The flatmates were friendly and helpful, and we eventually became good friends.
The management always responded quickly via WhatsApp and was prompt in resolving any issues we encountered. They provided household items or replacements if something wasn't in good enough condition.
Plus, the rental price is very fair considering the location. But what I valued most was the contract flexibility. Not having to commit to a long stay was really convenient, as was being able to leave with relatively short notice. The utilities were included in the price, which is also convenient if you don't want to set up new contracts.
Frankly, I chose HeiHomes after doing some research and visiting units from other coliving agencies. HeiHomes had the friendliest and fastest customer service, a fair price, and the cleanest and best-decorated units. I would recommend it for both short and long stays in Singapore.

L. P.Hei Homes is by far the best place I have stayed in Singapore. Throughout 2 years living in Sturdee View apartment, I find the staffs very helpful and the weekly cleaning service excellent. It was a full of sun light flat and every single corner is photogenic and Instagramable. If I am not leaving Singapore, I will continue my tenure for years. I love that I had housemates from different countries and we got a long very well. I will miss my time with Hei Homes and highly recommend it for any one who is looking for a place to call home.

Not only was the home absolutely beautiful and comfortable, but the customer service was on point.
TinTin went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable at all times and had everything I and the home needed. Especially during and after the circuit breaker when you spend most of your time at home.
I also needed to adjust my dates of moving in and out a few times due to COVID and again, the team again went above and beyond to ensure smooth transition.
10/10 would recommend.

s. k.The stay at hei homes was very smooth and amazing. The apartment was properly furnished and all the necessities were available for use, I didn't need to buy even a single utensil. You just need to come with your personal luggage and everything thing else wa made available. In fact, I would love to stay again.

Positive points:
- I liked how they would supply products that are common use (toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, laundry stuff) since these products are always complicated to share the costs in a coliving situation. (And I know Cove doesnt do this because i had close friends that stayed with them)
- All the heihomes houses ive been to are super well decorated and beautiful (ive been to central green besides my own) and this is really nice to have since sometimes coliving places lack a home look and nice decoration makes all the difference.
- They were always super responsive and attentive when we contacted them
- I havent had experience with other coliving companies in Singapore but since I had a lot of close friends at Cove i feel like hei homes was way better in general
- Whenever we needed something fixed they would handle everything, saving our time from having to search for the service
Points for improvement:
- Some things in my apartment were pretty old and even though a few of us complained over our time at the apartment not much was done about it (we had an antimosquito door on our balcony and for the service area and both had problems and it was never fixed. The exhauster hood above our stove was so old that it fell onto the stove once when my flatmate was cooking and never got fixed )
- Sometimes they would schedule things randomly without asking us if anyone would be home and then inform us later and we were like ok but the door is closed and no one is home haha
