Y. T.We stayed in a room without window but I wasn’t missing it actually. The hotel is located near to public transport (smrt) so it’s easy to get anywhere. We used the pool on the rooftop during hot days and it was a really good option how to cool down.
R. P. S.Budget friendly hotel for solo or family trip. Rooms are OK as it's budget hotel and you can book with or without breakfast option. You can find eateries, 9-11 shop and metro station are just walkable distance. Nearest MRT station is Lavender (EW 11) which is just 7 - 9 min walking distance.

Friendly. And the room was super clean. Love it. It's only walking distance (10 mins) from lavender mrt. Highly recommended for foreigners, especially those traveling with family. Then if you are hungry, u can find food anywhere!

M. M.Arrived at 2:45pm. Got to enter our room at 3:30pm. Our room smells like wet old towel. Size is as expected. Beds are comfortable. Toilet - no bidet. Room had no windows but we’re aware of that.
Restaurant under renovation. Front desk were all great to communicate to. Was able to leave luggage after check out. And stayed at the lobby while waiting for our pick up.
C. P.Room was okay & clean, and facilities were very decent. Rooftop pool was quite nice. Great location too - very near the MRT and the neighborhood feels homey.
Corridor to our room kinda smells a tiny bit like spilled “Mala” soup, though.
S. I.The hotel offers a decent stay for a short visit, they even have a swimming pool. However, the rooms' poor soundproofing detracts from the overall experience, making it less than ideal for longer stays or light sleepers.

C. P. U.In Singapore, all surrounding is clean. Even the budget hotel, that is no anything to worry about, strategic place. MRT n bus station is close enough. Near convenience store and foodcourt.
Ohh there is swimming pool top in 4th floor.
S. A.Stayed here for a week to visit a friend in Singapore as they had decent prices and the rooms looked nice (and offered amenities the other Ibis Budgets around town didn't).
Staff was courteous and helpful the entire stay, the rooms were very clean and well stocked with goodies such as water and Nescafe (a necessity as I did not book breakfast). TV had local channels + HBO and ABC Australia, Wifi worked most of the time (connection was spotty around the bed). Bathroom was OK however the shower tended to flood the entire room, would swap for one with a proper separator vs a flimsy curtain. Aircon was powerful enough to cool the room in an hour.
Only used the rooftop pool once and while it was small it was nevertheless clean.
Very nice hotel in the city center for not a whole lot of money, would stay here again.

A chilled neighbourhood. Very calming and relax.
Can drop luggage while you explore the city.

C.Booked a superior room with double bed for a one night stay on a whim as I had expiring Agoda credits. Location is pretty good as there’s MRT station and Aperia Mall nearby. The hotel also has a private carpark. Although it’s a budget hotel, room amenities are well-equipped with all the basic necessities such as shampoo and shower gel, toothbrush set, towels, bottled water, coffee and tea, instant kettle, mini bar and hanger. Room is spotless upon checking in but there was no toilet paper, which was quickly resolved after approaching the reception. Our stay includes breakfast at Our Dining Place which is the hotel’s tenant. Buffet selection is not wide but has the basics such as stir fried Maggie mee (which tastes awesome), steamed egg, toasts, hotdog etc.
Our only and major complaint would be about the soundproofing of the hotel. We were woken up by loud banging of doors and blasting of music early in the morning.

The only comment was the look of horror when we tried to check in. Then we found its the wrong hotel as two units close together. Confusion rained. Need to make more clear the fact that two hotels are close by. But we did manage early check in once we reached right hotel.
The only issue so far was previous dirty towel was still in room from previous stay.
Otherwise OK so far.
T. M.It’s a boutique hotel so understandably the amenities are limited. The room is sufficiently sound-proof as I did not discern noise from movement outside. Another attraction is the free parking but the lots are limited so am glad we got a lot even on a weekend.

J. C.Pretty decent place to stay. Good food served as well. Comfortable place to stay in. Nearby to MRT and bus stops, grocery, variety of places to eat around, a currency exchange outlet available nearby, walkable area (+ safe to walk around).
S. M.A very good budget hotel with all essential services. Guests are offered free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfasts. The location is very convinient for communication and good numbers of eat-outs, fair price shops , Malls etc. are available all around the hotel. The rooms are well furnished and the hotel rooftop swimming pool offers a good time-pass for its guests. The hotel staff are mostly well behaved and co-operative. One would love to stay in this hotel given the opportunity.

Plenty of convenient stores around and can buy foods nearby. MRT Lavender stn exit B is 5 minutes walk.

They added new items to the menu and glad that they serve breakfast also.
Love the breakfast set. Is so affortable and yet delicious.
Lunch and dinner set menu also available at very resonable price and yummy food.

By the way. OTC employed stafv from special school (APSN). Is hard to find such bosses who apperciate and give employment to them. Lets show our support to the lovely boss and also support out local.

브.Stayed here for a couple of times. This is a friendly budget hotel just a few steps away from MRT Lavender Station. Staff are very nice accomodating. With convinience store at the lobby and a good French restaurant.

D.Have stayed here twice in a row in the past 2 years for family holidays. The hotel rooms are small, quite clean, lighting is a bit lacking, elevator, daily room service, there is a small restaurant, a comfortable rooftop pool. Easy to check in/out, friendly & welcoming staff. Close to the bus stop, the Lavender MRT is a short way. Close to fair price, 711, hawker, Aperia mall, the surrounding atmosphere is also comfortable, shady.
R. M.The hotel is simply and functionally furnished. There is the option to borrow an EU adapter free of charge at reception if necessary. The breakfast buffet was good. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful, especially Kian is great. Thank you very much for your kindness. On the last day we were also able to make use of the free luggage storage.

It's clean, everything is cramped and old. Black toilet flies everywhere. The pool is so shallow that no one can drown. The water burns your eyes.
Breakfast is sparse and not yet organized
I.I was very impressed with the service staff. Everyone was clean and managed to allocate space well. The breakfast was very delicious. The staff in the breakfast room provide good service. Smiling brightly at everyone Definitely have a chance to go again.

Delicious breakfast The disadvantage is that it is not suitable for people who do not like narrow spaces. And the room won't keep much sound. The rest is very worth the price.

S. R.It's okay for a budget hotel, it's cheap and it's enough to sleep. You have a fridge, you can take a shower and a delicious breakfast is served, there is even something different every day. If you're looking for something cheap and clean for a few nights, you can't go wrong here. Very nice helpful service. Pool available to cool off 👍🏻

T. M.1. Advantages - Location: You can easily find it by taking the MRT EW Line, which is connected to Changi Airport, and getting off at Lavender Station. Major tourist attractions, including Marina Bay, can be reached in approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour by subway. - Price: I think it is value for money at around KRW 400,000 for 3 nights in Singapore, including breakfast. - Service : The staff are generally friendly. In particular, the female staff member who I often met when going for breakfast was very interested in Korea and gave me simple greetings, so I was able to enjoy my stay here. - Other: There is a fairly large supermarket called Fair Price right nearby. . When I buy things at the supermarket, I don't feel like the prices are more expensive than I thought. If you like exercise, there is a gym near the hotel so you can exercise. If local food doesn't suit you, you can also walk to familiar restaurants such as Burger King or Subway. If you come out of Exit B of Lavender Station, there is a restaurant area, which is nice.2. Disadvantages - Cleanliness and facilities: Still, since it is a hotel, cleaning is definitely required. Please change the bedding as well. However, because it is an old facility, there may be some inconveniences. In particular, the bathroom can feel like an old home. It wasn't a big problem for me because I'm the type of person who doesn't care much, but if you're sensitive, it's something to worry about. - Breakfast composition: I understand that if you pay for breakfast separately, it costs about 10,000 won. In Singapore, where the cost of living is high, most restaurants charge 10,000 won as standard, but you can often see them charging closer to 20,000 won. Considering those aspects, it is true that it is an attractive enough option. But the taste isn't all that appealing either. To give an easy analogy for Koreans, it would be good to think of it as the quality of a lunch that costs about 5,000 won at a Korean university or workplace cafeteria. However, if you purchase a room plan that includes breakfast, you can eat at a cheaper price, so it may not be a bad idea to consider it at least once. - Other: Since the room is located on a relatively low floor, if you open the curtains, you can see the street outside. You may feel like you can meet people. I don't know if they took care of it so it wouldn't be visible from the outside, but it's true that it's burdensome. :)3. If you can tolerate the shortcomings mentioned in the overall review, this may be the only option in Singapore for a stay in this price range. This is a recommended place if the purpose of your trip to Singapore is not to heal at your accommodation, but for sightseeing or a business trip. I plan to book this place again the next time I visit Singapore on a business trip. Let's save money on accommodation and use it to visit other tourist attractions or buy souvenirs :P

The hotel is good, they clean every day, towels are changed
At first I got a room without a window, it was really unpleasant. The rooms are small, sometimes it turns out that the air conditioner blows directly on the bed. Otherwise no complaints
