good location, they have automatic machine for check in and check out also assist by the receptionist. front man at lobby very helpful, I used hailing car ride to the hotel and driver dont have change for the money, helped by the front man he find the change to the hotel office, incredible service since day one, clean room service by Lynn, many breakfast option menu. Everything is great!

We had our wedding banquet held at Orchard Hotel and Shawn, our coordinator assisted throughout the journey. There were some details which we found incorrect but he was very willing to make amendments. The banquet went smoothly and staff were very helpful with our needs even when it was last-minute. We are really appreciative of the team given how tight our schedule was being a weekend lunch. Rooms were smaller than other bridal suites we have been to, but after the banquet being fatigued, we don't really need a bigger room. Breakfast was simply awesome!

Good location at the 'top' of Orchard Road but most attractions at the adjacent Orchard Towers are closed down!?! So you need to travel farther afield other than for the excellent Muddy Murphy's Irish pub' next door. The queues for breakfast were unacceptable.

The room is quite spacious. There are convenient stores nearby. If you want to buy SIM card or exchange money, there are also shops nearby, which can be found easily on Google. The morning buffet offer the Indian, Chinese and western options.

Excellent location, neat and clean spacious rooms and tasty food.. However something inconvenient was the Checkin process.. Once u reach the check-in counter they will take the passport and check it. Later they will take you to a computer based self checkin counter and do the checkin.. I had a sleepless night and wanted to sleep asap.. But this check-in process was testing my patience.. They are not providing u bottled water, a water filter is provided in the room.. Every time u need water, u will have to switch on the filter and collect water.. Not easy at night, if u need some water while sleeping.. ( they have provided a jug for collecting water from the wash basin, for pouring into the filter. But the height of the jug is more than the height of the filter so that u can't collect the purified water in the same jug for drinking at night)

Checking in is still dreadful. Always get it wrong and always a huge wait. Stopped the complementary water as well. Not even glasses in the room to drink from! No porters either now. Stayed here over 30 times and the quality just keeps going down. Time to find another hotel.

A very decent hotel with complete facilities such as gym and swimming pool. It’s a stone throw away from the infamous orchard road. The breakfast spread is good too. Will come back again.

I used dayuse.sg to reserve a room for the day, and it worked very well! The hotel is beautiful and modern, with restaurants on-site. I ate at the buffet-style restaurant in the lobby and was pleasantly surprised. There was sushi, roasted meat, a variety of desserts, and much more. The room was sleek and modern, clean and comfortable. Very nice overall, and I'd definitely consider staying here again during my next visit!

Great place to stay, super location, rooms are good and comfortable . The spread of breakfast is awesome with food available for all types . The service staff is awesome and serve with a smile .

Positives are location and rooms. Negatives are Indian food options in hotel restaurants or in the area. Location is really good, 2-3 MRT stations at walking distance, lot of huge malls like Ion at walking distance, lot of good clubs at walking distance, bus stop is just 15 steps from exit. Rooms are spacious as compared to other Hotels in same range and rooms are clean, daily room cleaning and decent room service. They have a very wide spread for buffet breakfast but Indian food taste is bland, lacking any salt or spices, so you won’t try again. There are no Indian restaurants in this area apart from Sahib which is in the same building and really good but expensive. Overall a decent stay but can avoid including breakfast as part of booking.

Has a beautiful lobby and the staff I believe it’s either a Vietnamese or Burmese female staff is very warm despite seeing it’s a busy day for the them.The room condition is better than expected, well maintained and clean.The room does not have a pen or notepad for you to use but I think it’s fine, probably need to call to get one.The tall Indian man who was standing by the door was kind to assist me when checking out.Great stay! Value for money!

We stayed here for Christmas, and it was enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat. The location was convenient, close to bus stop and shopping malls. However, the furnitures in the room were rather old.

Location - It’s at the other end of the main Orchard Road, but if you know the shortcut, it’s about 10 mins walk to the other side of road where Tang, Ion and the rest.Customer Service - The service was excellent overall. One exception a lady calls Tina who manages the seating in the breakfast restaurant is below service expectations, and seems rather rude, Room - family was spacious.

Stayed at the Orchard Hotel for the Taylor Swift eras tour. The Hotel itself is in great condition, and no problems at all with the amenities, but the staff/service was very hit or miss. One staff will say one thing, you'd do it, then a moment later a different staff will tell you, "no, do x instead". It created a very stressful/ confusing experience. 24hr room service was available, and they give you the option of customizing/adjusting your order; but when you do ask for a specific cooking, they'll won't do it. The staff actually told me that I ordered "too early". I wanted a scrambled egg instead of a sunny side up egg with my Nasi Goreng, at 11pm. Please note that the Nasi Goreng is part of the menu, and not a special order.

The check-in process was a disaster. Reached the hotel at 0900hrs. Was in a long queue for an hour and finally managed to check-in only at 1015hrs. Only 2 staff and they were clearly overwhelmed. Please do something to increase front desk staffing coverage.

Hotel rooms were really clean and they provided shampoo, body wash, body lotion and conditioner, which was really nice. There's a bathtub. The hot shower is amazing and the water pressure is quite strong. Breakfast was cool! There's japanese miso soup and rice, western scrambled eggs, sunnyside up, sausages, hard and soft boiled eggs, toast and jam, fruits, oats and raisins, salad, malay food, indian food and chinese food. There's also waffles and small cupcakes and kuehs. However, the plates, utensils and cups might be abit dirty(?) they have some black spots on them so gotta watch out for those. Location was pretty good. Maybe about 10 minutes if you walk slowly to Shaw Building, Tangs and Ion. The gym's has a pretty good selection of equipments. There's 3-4 treadmills and 2 cycling bikes. They had some dumbbells and three gym machines. The pool closes at 10pm but i think the gym is 24hours.

10minute walk to the high end malls. Has a connecting grocery but not a 24hrs one. Rooms are old and need renovation. Shower area is too small but they have a bathtub that needs thorough cleaning too. They do provide complimentary coffee, tea, toiletries and quality bedroom slippers.

I like to stay here when I come to Singapore as the location is strategic and easily reached with any mode of transportation. The room is also clean, and they have a good room service.

I got newly renovated room, but the carpet is still old. Service at the reception upong check it is too long. Service at the restaurant upon breakfast is really bad.

It is in a great location for a reasonably priced hotel. The staff were courteous and efficient. When I had an issue outside of what they were required to deal with, they couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommended.

In the heart if Orchard road shopping district and close to Mount Elizabeth Hospital. Friendly staff. Very easy to get a taxi to and from. Comfortable beds. Room amenities could be improved. Empty minibar, but the mini fridge is useful. Overall had a good experience. Would stay again.

Had a pleasant eight night stay here. Good location and room was comfortable. The overall service was great. The breakfast was ok but very crowded with lines everyday but that maybe a seasonal thing; the Indian food at breakfast buffet was especially bad consistently on all the days I was there. Special mention and thanks to the great service and food at the Club. We booked a Premier Club room which was totally worth it as we got a good deal. The service was very personalized and I would like to thank Le Qi, Yen, and the attending guy, the server for their good work. They took good care of us and made it special and comfortable for us. The overall experience and service we recieved like laundry, housekeeping etc was very prompt and efficient.

Staff are a bit full on for my liking and the check in seems to go wrong a lot. For me and I witnessed a few other guest have the same problem. Room were clean and services whether you want it or not. Food was expensive but this Singapore. The room were expensive but I was there during the granprix. Luckily I didn't pay, it was a business trip. Gym and pool were lovely.

Delightful staff but a dark, gloomy decor and absolutely no ambience. The only five-star aspect of it is its great location right on Orchard Road. The one unexpectedly great thing about the room is the bed - enormous! And really comfortable! Probably the best hotel bed ever. But, apart from this, the room is mediocre: cramped bedroom and scratched fittings in the bathroom. And the cursory cleaning just isn't good enough.

This is my first time in Singapore, and the Orchard Hotel is pretty good. If you arrive early, remember to ask the front desk if there are any available rooms. If so, we can help arrange early check-in so you don't have to wait until late. The cleaning staff also did a good job and kept the room tidy.

November 2024 Orchard Hotel Singapore is located on the famous Orchard Road. The hotel is divided into left and right buildings, with the lobby bar and restaurant in the middle. The second and third floors are conference spaces. The Orchard Hotel Singapore has been established for a certain period of time. It is a famous hotel that has been stationed on Orchard Road in the early days and is very famous in the local area. Therefore, the history and usability of the hotel's facilities are very obvious. The hotel does not provide hot water kettles or cold water that are common in hotels. What he provides is an integrated cold water filtration system and heating system. Just pour the water into the water storage tank at the back and choose filtered water or hot water, which is not common in other hotels. The breakfast in the hotel is 10 points gorgeous. Featuring Western, Chinese, and Nanyang flavors as well as plenty of Indian flavours. People who have a bad appetite will be very disappointed when they come here, and people who don't have a big appetite will also feel sad. The hotel is a bit far from the nearest subway station, but it's acceptable. The MRT station is located at ION Orchard, a great place for shopping and dining. About 2 kilometers south of the hotel, you will reach the Singapore River, and another 3 kilometers to Clark Quay. If you have the opportunity to stay in this hotel, the transportation suggestion is taxi or Grab which is more convenient. However, when leaving during your commute, you will pass through the crowded Orchard Road section, so you need to reserve time for your trip to avoid wasting precious time.

The hotel could be great if they only were taking care of it.The check-in/out experience is terribile. They ask you a deposit of 100S$ per night, but if you complain hard they will not. Self service laundry costs 22S$ per washing machine, if you care about separating white, black and so on, it s cheaper to go to the near by Zara and buy everything new.The room is nice but with no accessories, no even a glass is provided.Pretty unlucky way of managing the hotel that has everything to be grate.

Check-in was a bit slow as there were only two receptionists busy. But I arrived earlier than the stipulated check-in time of 3pm, so I understand. The guy who received me was a guy named Len, he was very enthusiastic. I curiously asked him where he was from, and he said he was from Brunei. During the chat, I also learned that he was an employee of Huazhu Group before. To be honest, I have stayed in many Huazhu hotels in China, and their staff service levels have always been very high, so it is not surprising that Len has such a professional performance. This can be regarded as a lot of points for Len. After all, Huazhu's service experience makes people feel more at ease. Len speaks Chinese very well and is polite. The whole reception process made people feel very comfortable. The room was okay, although a bit small, but this is Singapore after all, so there is nothing to complain about. However, there are a few hairs in the room. Anyone in this field knows that this kind of small problem is unavoidable sometimes. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended, especially the staff who speak Chinese, making communication very convenient! Finally, I would like to express my special thanks to Len from Brunei. He really took good care of us. Hope to see him again next year!

The overall service of the hotel is very good. There is a buffet downstairs and customers' problems are handled promptly. It is located on Orchard Road and has convenient transportation. It is surrounded by shopping malls. Room 930 has a good experience. It is clean and hygienic. Sister Iynn is very good at cleaning.
