Reviews of Pullman Singapore Hill Street
Staff were friendly and helpful and got me a taxi to the cruise terminal on my last day. I loved swimming in both hotel pools which is why I chose the hotel. The rooftop pool is fantastic for its views while the larger pool on level 3 provides some shade during the heat of the day. Both were spotlessly clean. The seating around the pools was useless as it all got wet when it rains. The view of the bay from my room was lovely. The hotel is in a great location near an MRT stop but I needed to change lines to get to most places I was interested in going. My bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Very happy with my stay. Breakfast was ok but the room isn’t large enough for all the guests particularly from 9am till 10am.

The staff is professional and attentive, ensuring a seamless stay. Many Pullman properties are located in prime locations, making them ideal for travelers seeking convenience and luxury. Overall, Pullman Hotels deliver a sophisticated and reliable experience.
Good location of the hotel. We booked a Studio Suite and the room certainly met our expectations. Access to the Lounge proved to be a major plus as one can enjoy a quiet, quality breakfast and afternoon drinks/small buffet. Rooftop bar offers an impressive view. Members of staff contribute to the overall quality experience. Special thanks to the people at the reception! They went above and beyond with their service-minded attitude and commitment to offer us the best possible solutions. They more than justify the 9/10 quotation.
I recently stayed at Pullman Singapore Hill Street for two nights with my partner, and the experience was truly wonderful from start to finish. The service from the staff was impeccable, from check-in to check-out. A special thank you to Muqlish at reception for accommodating our early check-in request so seamlessly—it was greatly appreciated.
We had breakfast both mornings at the in-house restaurant, Madisons, and were blown away by the wide variety of options available. We also enjoyed lunch there one afternoon and absolutely loved the Impossible Burger and Steak Burger—both were perfectly prepared and incredibly delicious. A big thank you to the F&B team and chefs for their excellent work.
I must give a special shoutout to Tiffany, who truly made our dining experience exceptional. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail stood out every time we visited the restaurant. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and it did not go unnoticed.
The rooms were stunning—clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Kudos to the housekeeping team for maintaining such high standards.
Overall, our stay was nothing short of fantastic. Thank you to the entire team at Pullman Singapore Hill Street for creating such a memorable experience. We can’t wait to return!
Booked here for a weekend stay and the hotel did not disappoint. Checkin was a breeze, and the front desk is very accommodating. I was able to checkin early, which I was very appreciative with as I was feeling tired and needed some nap.
The room was elegantly styled, looks modern while classic. My room have a great city view, even at the 5th level. Room was clean and comfortable overall.
The hotel is very central in the city. A few steps away from the City Hall MRT, and many food and shopping options around. Orchard shopping district is nearby as well.
Thank you for the great stay.
**A Truly Unforgettable Luxury Experience**
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning hotel, and it was, without a doubt, an experience I won’t soon forget. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for what turned out to be a truly exceptional stay.
The location of the hotel is ideal, especially for anyone looking to indulge in some shopping. Just a short walk from some of the best malls in the area, it’s perfectly positioned for those who enjoy exploring boutiques, high-end stores, or simply browsing. Additionally, the hotel is well-situated to access other city attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring everything the area has to offer.
The room itself was a sanctuary – spacious, elegant, and immaculately clean. Every detail, from the luxurious bedding to the well-curated amenities, contributed to an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation. It was easy to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing, and the tranquility of the room made it feel like a true home away from home.
One of the most memorable aspects of our stay was the outstanding service. The hotel staff went above and beyond in every way to ensure our experience was perfect. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and attentive. It’s rare to encounter such genuine hospitality, and it made all the difference in our stay.
What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the thoughtful gesture they made for our wedding anniversary. When we returned to our room, we were overwhelmed with emotion as we found it beautifully decorated with balloons, rose petal and heartfelt touches that made the occasion feel even more special. It’s these little personal details that really make a stay extraordinary, and we were deeply touched by the staff’s effort to make our celebration unforgettable.
To top off our experience, the breakfast at the hotel was absolutely delicious. There was a wide selection of options, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes that were both flavorful and satisfying. It was the perfect way to start each day, and we looked forward to it every morning.
In summary, our stay at this hotel was everything we could have hoped for and more. The combination of a fantastic location, impeccable service, beautiful rooms, and personalized touches made it a luxury experience we’ll always remember. Whether you're staying for a special occasion or simply enjoying a getaway, I highly recommend this hotel – it’s the perfect choice for anyone looking to experience the best in hospitality and comfort. We’ll certainly be back.
The rooms are amazing and the service was good.
You can ask for a variety of pillow for different firmness. Newly built in 2023. The interior of the rooms are well thought out and is modernised.
Short walk to all the major malls, to fort canning, Funan mall and to museums.
Breakfast is good. Executive lounge has a speciality cocktail known as “summer on the hill” since Pullman is on Hil street.
Spent 5 days in the Pullman for a business trip. The location is really great, right in the center of Singapore. Staff super friendly and attentive. Had a room on the 9th floor which was really nice, size was ok, however one thing was really annoying, there was no closet in the room, only a few coat hangers. No other ways to hang your clothes (like running gear), same in the bathroom. Other than that the room was good. Had breakfast in the executive lounge which was excellent and quiet.
Went almost every day to the gym, it´s small, but modern equipment. The main pool is quite large and great after an exhaustive gym session.
Roof-top bar with the small pool is nice too.
Excellent stay overall. Room comfy and spacious.but pillows a bit awkward. All limitless accor member welcome was good. Roof top excellent..breakfast repetitive...and my son was not eating at all after 4th day
Another amazing stay at the Pullman Hill Street with Ryan and team! It’s our second stay here and when we got here, it was yet another further heightening of standard from when we were last here just a few months ago! The team remembered every detail of what we shared with them at our last stay, and practically welcomed us home, even in our own language in our room! It’s just day 1 and we had multiple memorable moments that you wouldn’t even expect in multiple award winning 5 star hotels around the world, so this is truly a gem of a find! Management of this hotel, you have a stellar team who truly know the meaning of hospitality from the heart ❤️
I recently stayed at Pullman Singapore Hill Street, and it was overall a great experience. The rooms were cozy, modern, and impeccably clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back to this place the next time I am in Singapore.
I flew over from Australia to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday and the team went over and above to make sure our stay was wonderful! Special thanks to Yuan Yuan who serviced our room to the highest standard!
Beautiful hotel design and room layout. Love the train theme. Stayed for a night with a seamless check-in and was offered late check out. Swimming pool on level 3 allowed me to do morning laps. Would love to return again.
We recently stayed at the pullman for our honeymoon. We found the staff particularly Kim and Ryan to be especially helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. They provided us delicious complimentary cake when we got to our room which was a lovely surprise. Our room was decently sized and had an amazing view. We did find the food for the breakfast to be lacking. Often times food was undercooked like the pancakes and the omelette and a lack of variety with little change ups day to day. Breakfast in maddisons was extremely busy so would recommend to add the lounge if you can. There is no exhaust in the room so steam in the shower built up and given the air con switches off when not in the room, the room can smell musty when coming back after a hot day.
Location is excellent and great walking distance to everything.
Would recommend Pullman Hill St to anyone looking for a great view, pool and location.
Great Hotel, But Disappointing Experience with Rooftop Access
I’ve stayed at the Pullman Hill Street in Singapore several times now, and it has mostly been a fantastic experience. The location is prime, and the hotel itself is generally impressive. However, there are a few things to keep in mind.
While the rooms are clean, comfortable, and presentable, the sizes are pretty much the same across different room types, so don’t expect much variety there. The definite highlight of this property is the stunning rooftop pool and the restaurant bar, which provides an excellent atmosphere and view.
However, despite the beauty of this property, my most recent stay was marred by a significant issue. During what should have been the best part of the evening, the rooftop pool and bar were booked out for a private event. I was quite upset and frustrated by this, as one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was to enjoy this particular feature. It felt unfair to spend a considerable amount of money on our stay, only to be denied access to such a key part of the property.
To make matters worse, when we approached the reception to inquire about when we could use the pool, the Duty Manager assured us that it was a public event and that we could go up and enjoy the pool and drinks immediately. Given that the Duty Manager is responsible for the entire property, I would expect them to be fully aware of everything happening within the hotel, especially when there’s an external event taking place. Trusting this information, my sister and I changed into our swimwear and headed to the rooftop, only to be met with an embarrassing and uncomfortable situation. We found ourselves amidst guests in elegant dresses and suits, and were promptly informed that we could not go swimming. It was incredibly humiliating, especially for my sister, who was dressed in a bikini.
This experience was not only embarrassing but also extremely disappointing. The rooftop pool is a key selling point of this hotel, and private events should not be able to monopolize it without prior notice to the guests. If such events are to occur, guests should be informed ahead of time and compensated for the inconvenience.
Overall, while this is a beautiful property with a lot to offer, the handling of this situation left a lot to be desired. I hope the management takes steps to ensure this does not happen to future guests, as it is situations like these that can tarnish an otherwise great experience.
Rooms and facilities were nice. Some of the Singaporean staff at the desk were quite abrupt and rude- made it known that they probably didn’t like us. There was little to no warmth from them. Also didn’t acknowledge the Accor memberships benefits and no room upgrade despite having availability. Definitely not 5 star service. Only would return for the location.
The overall stay was good, however, one day I left the room at 8.30 AM and when I came back at 4 PM the room hadn't been done, disappointed to see this. One staff member offered me to clean the room hut i declinedbit as I needed to work on my computer.
nice service and decoration. great location that close to the cathedral and gallery. better to have more options for the breakfast which is pretty good now tho
nice place to stay, close to all the 'quays'. the gym did not get my attention and i missed some fresh juices in the lounge. but over all very good.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pullman Hill Street Hotel, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the friendly staff. The check-in process was seamless and quick.
The room itself was immaculate and tastefully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in ages. The attention to detail was evident, with thoughtful amenities like plush bathrobes, high-quality toiletries, and a well-stocked minibar.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s fantastic dining option. The on-site restaurant (Madison’s) served a wide variety of fresh and tasty dishes. I also enjoyed a couple of dinners there, and each meal was a culinary delight. Had a couple of drinks at MOGA bar and the ambience was spectacular.
The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. I took a prolonged swim at the rooftop pool which offers a breathtaking view of Singapore’s skylight, which made me feeling rejuvenated. The fitness center was well-equipped, and I appreciated having access to during my stay.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional level of service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were always available to answer questions, provide recommendations, and make sure I had everything I needed.
The location of the hotel was also ideal, situated conveniently close to many of the city’s attractions while still offering a peaceful and quiet retreat. Moreover it is located just a stone throw away from City Hall MRT, making travelling around Singapore a much more convenient one.
Overall, my experience at Pullman Hill Street Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. I can’t wait to return!
The room is clean but small. The lobby is quite small for 5 star hotels. Check in and check out are quick. Staff is professional and speak good English.
Our experience staying with the Pullman in Singapore was just fabulous. I think in this case less is more. There's no need to go into detail as everything was perfect from the friendly staff to the beautiful breakfasts, the rooftop bar and the fabulous views at sunset and the comfortable beds and clean rooms. We'll certainly be back.
This is such a good looking building with parking facilities in the back and high end restaurant in the front. Everywhere is walkable distance. The best location for tourists especially for the first timers.
Love the experience. My children was greeted with train plushies that they love so much during the stay. Facilities are new n clean. It was a very comfortable stay in excellent location. Close to MRT station, restaurants, supermarket, etc
Celebrated our wedding anniversary and birthday with Pullman Hill Street and had the best experience compared to other hotels. Thank you so much to everyone who made us feel very welcome during our stay.
The hotel is ideally within walking distance of all major attractions in Singapore. The staff was attentive and helpful, and the hotel was an excellent choice for my two-day transit in Singapore.
lounge was great well prepared.
breakfast was great
room was clean and swimming pool was nice
The fit out is fantastic. Rooms are clean but a bit small considering the price you pay. Not ideal for business trips as there is no proper desk to work from. Not ideal for sharing a room either as the bathroom / toilet walls are frosted glass which means if you need to go to the bathroom during the night, you cannot turn the light on in case you wake up your partner.
We had one really bad night when the room next to us had 4-5 people laughing and talking from 1.30 to 3.00am in the morning. The walls are paper thin and ended up having to call reception.
Enjoyed the complimentary overnight stay from a lucky draw earlier this year.
Despite the 25sqm room size the overall experience was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to guests who enjoy luxury, central location, a top of the line gym and clean swimming pool.
Guests should note that most of the rooms are located a distance from the lift lobby. My room was right at the end and I would have a nice leisurely stroll of about a min each way. Not a deal breaker since I need to move more.
Rooms are not completely sound proofed as you can hear furniture dragging and your Neighbour’s kids talking between walls/ceilings. Room was comfortable despite size. One complaint is that the aircon seems to become warmer at night.
Like the built in filter water feature and the range of tea bags in the room. Nice touch with the fruit juice. Really nice touch. It’s also a modern room where power sockets also have 2 usb A ports for device charging.
3rd floor Pool was clean and the outdoor jacuzzi worked well. But once there were 5 swimmers in the pool, it can feel rather cramped. Love the pool side pavilions and in-water loungers. 9th floor pool is smaller and can be more private before El Chido opens.
Breakfast buffet was nice except the kueh lapis and donut was cold and not of a high quality. Kueh lapis tasted like cheap margarine. Nespresso machine pod coffee is not nice in spite of the hotel’s intention to be greener. Stick to the tea.
Fantastic Pullman. Service as expected, great location and amenities.
Smaller property with great rooftop pool with views to MBS.
Great choice if you want a smaller boutique experience whilst in Singapore.
Located nearby downtown area, good location where you can find anything nearby.
Service is excellent, starting from the officer at the lobby, receptionist, breakfast staff and also cleaner room.
Loved this hotel was so up to date, clean and new. We got a room with Marina Bay Sands view and it was incredible . The rooftop lounge with the pool ia stunning too. Was 10/10 , loved the breakfast and really enjoyed our stay, was celebrating our anniversary and Pullman made is really special for us. Thank you to the team
Great location - walkable to China Town, Marina Bay, Little India, Clarke Quay, Haji Lane etc.
Rooms are lovely, modern and new. Not huge but well appointed.
Both pools are great and there were always beds available. The view from the rooftop pool at night is incredible!
Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.
➕All the staffs are super friendly and helpful. Great location. Hotel is very close to the MRT station. Bed is comfortable to sleep in.
➖ Housekeeping needs to be improve. Requested for make-up room but noticed some used glasses & cups were not being replaced. Room size is not large, double room is more suitable for single person.
Stayed for two nights in the executive Bay View room. The room is not large, at 25sqm, but it is cleverly designed to maximise space and still manages to fit in a lounge chair, a small cushioned stool and a coffee table.
Bed was firm enough for my liking but I prefer (much firmer) pillows. This is not a dealbreaker as I still slept very well.
Amenities were well stocked and housekeeping did a great job at keeping the room spick and span.
Breakfast at Madison's is not the most extravagant breakfast spread but there were many items we enjoyed - in particular the smoked haddock, dairy-free muesli, pancakes and laksa.
We feel that the coffee could have been of better quality (but again no big deal as we just went out to get our favourite coffee instead) and the omelette was a little cold when served.
The executive lounge likewise, offered a small but tasty spread. While others have raved about the satay, it wasn't served during our stay. I did enjoy the kueh pie tee, salads, cheeseboard and tortilla chips. Drinks were plentiful and even the non-alcoholic selection is great, with a number of San Pellegrino options.
We used the two pools over a 3d2n stay and preferred the rooftop one due to the fact that it feels a little more private. The main pool is bigger but is right outside the lobby and lounge, and has guest rooms overlooking it. Do note that after 6pm, you need to make a purchase from El Chido at the rooftop to use the pool. I enjoyed using the pool at around 9am right after breakfast, when it was empty. The views are simply beautiful up there!
Service was warm and friendly, right from check in to the housekeeping staff, the wonderful concierge who greeted us with smiles, and especially the staff at the executive lounge. Do relay our appreciation to the whole team for the great guest experience!
All good. Just the coffee machine at Madison cafe. Many guests were struggling with it and staff had to run to help which is a waste of their time. Coffee machine with beans or ground coffee would be better. The Indian guy who attended to me was a little rude making fun of guests English infront of other guests to the other staff.. Staring at me for saying coffee with cream and sugar instead of Americano, which I eventually did. Whats the difference.and harm in exercising a little humility?. The coffee house is crowded and he was clearly audible. It is frustrating handling guests at times but if you want people to come back the its best to do it at the staff canteen not at the restaurant I in front of other guests who CAN speak English. Ryan at the lounge was just brilliant and so was the F & B Manager who appeared to be around morning, noon.and night with a smile on her face. Service at the lounge 3rd floor was impeccable. I was misinformed that we had free breakfast at the lounge and Ryan was very polite about it, instead of announcing loudly that I needed to pay. Girl at the reception who checked us in was extremely kind and apologetic about the breakfast error.
The hotel is severely understaffed and this can be seen throughout the property.
Long waiting line to check in and checkout; high probability of not getting picked up when calling the front desk; no attendants at the pool and orders by the poolside can get easily ignored. This is of no faults to the staff here who are all very nice and professional, it’s just this hotel needs way more people to properly manage.
The selection of breakfast is below par. The taste is average at best. Not what I expected from a 5 star hotel. Honestly even the Four Points have better breakfast selection.
The room is clean and nice. The property overall is nicely designed. But the gym is tiny and under equipped with no weight training machines at all. Don’t be fooled by some of the reviews here which says the gym is “big” like I did. It’s literally a 30 square meter room that is cramped with treadmills, a dumbbell rack, and one more training rack. Outside the gym there is a large empty area that is doing nothing. Might as well put some equipments over there.
There is out door locker and shower but no locker room. And there is no flip flops provided. So changing your clothes for gym and swimming pool and showering afterward is a big pain.
Honestly, lots of these small design choices I just don’t understand. JW Marriott, even though a bit dated, provides better experiences overall in my opinion.
I was happy and relaxed staying at Pullman Singapore Hill street. The hotel in the convenient location, I can go around by a short minute.
🌲Love the design and decoration, the time I was there is early December, the atmosphere was so cozy by Christmas vibes.
🏊🏽♀️Hanging out by the standard pool was quite chillin’, big pool really.
✅Besides this I enjoyed eating here both breakfast and dinner, They served definitely premium food and ingredients, also lots of cuisine choices.
✅The staffs are warm-greetings and welcoming. They are really helpful
Overall, a good choice. Rooms are small but comfortable. Good location. Friendly staff. But the music played at the rooftop nightclub on weekends is quite annoying, as it can be heard thumping throughout the hotel. Personally, I prefer that my hotel is focused on guest comfort, not being a nightclub. The other critique would be to improve the food choices in the Executive lounge, and to add protection against birds pecking at the open food in the outdoor area of the lounge. A good choice, and I would stay there again.
The hotel is not very comfortable. It is quite small, small rooms, there is no place to put your suitcase, no closet for clothes, the common areas are cramped and uncomfortable. Some of the staff are rude. For example: We came at 21:30 to have a glass of wine. Ms. Cathy started attending to us at 21:40 saying the last order was 21:30. We told her we were just going to have wine and she threw us out anyway. Absolutely absurd that we can't have a drink and sit in the hotel lobby. In the 5 star hotel. By the way, 1,25dcl glass of wine cost 28 SGD... On the other hand, bellboys are very professional. Hotel is brand new, design is nice, steampunk styled, but you don't feel 5 stars at all. Everything is small, tight and not comfortable. Beds sheets are plastic made, I sweat all the night. Ants in the room.
Singapore Pullman Hotel offers a truly exceptional experience. The elegant ambiance and attentive staff create a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive.
Especially, Mr. Zaikken (I'm not sure this is correct his name), the concierge staff was perfectly kind and helpful to us. Thank you Mr. Zaikken!!
The rooms are tastefully designed, combining modern luxury with comfort, providing a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city. Impeccable cleanliness is maintained throughout, and the breathtaking views from the higher floors enhance the overall stay. The culinary delights at their restaurants showcase a diverse range of exquisite flavors. The hotel's central location is convenient for both business and leisure travelers. With seamless service and thoughtful amenities, Singapore Pullman Hotel consistently exceeds expectations, making every stay memorable.
My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Pullman Singapore Hill Street last March, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish.
From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the attentive Front Office team who ensured our stay started off on the right foot.
Our room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and meticulously clean. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the room, from the comfortable beds to the luxurious amenities provided. We especially appreciated the breathtaking views of the city skyline from our window.
The hotel's facilities were top-notch, offering something for everyone in the family. The swimming pool provided a refreshing escape from the Singapore heat, while the fitness center was a standout feature. I must say, I am obsessed with their fitness center, which boasts state-of-the-art facilities and an outdoor area for HIIT activities. It was a joy to work out there, and the fitness center truly catered to all my fitness needs.
Moreover, the children's play area proved to be immensely popular among our little ones, particularly during the school holidays, as it provided a diverse range of entertaining activities designed specifically for young guests.
One of the highlights of our stay was the dining experience at Pullman Singapore Hill Street. We had buffet breakfast at Madison's on Level 1, which was sumptuous and offered a wide variety of delicious options to start our day. Additionally, we indulged in breakfast and dinner at the Executive Lounge on Level 3, which was quite amazing. The culinary offerings were impressive, and the ambiance was elegant and relaxing.
What truly made our stay memorable was the excellent customer service provided by the friendly F&B team, Tiffany, May, Shafiq, Mini, Arvin, Shina, Jenny and Jade. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had an enjoyable dining experience, always serving us with a smile and attending to our requests promptly. Kudos also to the Executive Lounge team, Syed, Kimi, Ryan, Farah, Puva, Kiki and Rayann, for their exceptional service and hospitality.
Last but not least, the location of Pullman Singapore Hill Street was perfect for exploring the city. We were within walking distance of many attractions, including museums, shopping districts, and cultural landmarks.
Overall, our stay at Pullman Singapore Hill Street exceeded all expectations. The combination of luxurious accommodations, impeccable service, and convenient location made it a memorable experience for the whole family. We can't wait to return in the future and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore.
We stayed four nights in November and the hotel was perfectly located central to many of the best spots in Singapore. The room was modern, and the filtered drinking water straight out of the tap was very impressive. We received an Accor status upgrade to an executive room which was great; however, we had to ask three times for the platinum welcome amenity. The pool looks fantastic but it is lacking a warm area, despite having what looks to be a spa to the side. Gym is unreal, and we would definitely stay here again.
What a fabulous experience. The decor was en pointe. The service was delightful. Treated us like stars. The view from the rooftop bar was spectacular. Had no trouble getting around from that location. Plenty walkable but also recommend using the MRT (trains) and Grab (Uber equivalent). Both super easy. Buffet breakfast was great too.
Lounge staff was very attentive & helpful, initiating conversations & suggesting drinks. Pool was very relaxing to soak in. Room ventilation could be better though, as even with aircon, it still felt a lil stuffy.
Chose the hotel specifically to be near Raffles City. Love that area of Singapore. The room was really comfortable, loved the bathroom set-up and its Grohe appliances. The staff was very helpful.
Great example of the Pullman experience with amazing rooftop pool views, modern rooms, with an executive lounge and exemplary service from the staff. A great Singapore experience.
Wasn't up to the expectations of a 5 star and Pullman chain.
Front desk behaviour isn't at all of industry standards.
They did provide an early check in though.
2nd stay @ Pullman Hill Street. May 2024
New property, modern amenities and fit-out, great WiFi, exceptional staff and management.
Great location - close to MRT, Central business district, and shopping . Secure room floors.
2 pools, 3 restaurants ( great multinational breakfast buffet) and executive lounge offering breakfast and evening food selections
Normal hotel room. Crowded in the main eating hall daily. Variety for vegetarian without onion and garlic is limited. Food variety and service for Executive lounge is mediocre except for one or 2 great staff. If u are gg for the lounge, conrad centennial is a much better choice. Ambience in hotel is nice. Overall experience, not a 5 star hotel.
I stayed at Pullman Singapore High Street on the 28 till 29 dec (rm 715)
The staff was friendly and always smiling.
I was very surprised to see decoration on the bed and a personalise card, wishing us for our 20th wedding Anniversary.
The room was clean and the bed is so comfortable.
I had an amazing stay at Pullman Singapore High street Hotel. We will be back!!
Great location. Great suite. Nice interior deisgn. And especially nice roof top pool with view. We highly recommend.
Very clean, nice staff. The hotel corresponds to the level of 5 stars.
Great hotel, can be 100% recommended. Book a room with view.Only the variety at the breakfast can be a bit more.
We got a complimentary cake for my wife’s birthday.
We were delighted.
Amazing hotel with great amenities, a lovely pool and helpful staff.
The view from the room is very good and the room is very comfortable
Great staff lovely new hotel perfect location
Great High Tea
Very nice establishment, this recent Pullman does honor to its label!!!|Professional welcome, very nice room (even if a bathroom saddle that closes would be a plus), pleasant general decoration (like the perfume diffused in the common areas).| The only complaint we have concerns the breakfast. Very high quality, with pleasant and efficient employees, but a little too westernized for our taste. So no problem.|Overall the hotel was faultless!!
We stayed three days in this hotel. It is located in a central area of the city, very convenient for getting around. The metro is no more than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The rooms are clean and very quiet. The beds were comfortable. However, they are a little small and therefore those with somewhat bulky luggage (we had two bags with scuba diving equipment with us) find it difficult to move. The bathroom has a sink that is a little sacrificed, but overall good. Excellent first breakfast: nothing is missing and able to satisfy all tastes. Trained and kind staff. A good accommodation for those who want to visit Singapore.
Arriving at the hotel, I thought the valet was going to help me with the luggage since he approached the trunk and the vehicle. Although I pushed the luggage towards him, he simply told me that the reception was on the third floor. Strange for a hotel that would have 5 stars.|| ||At reception, I was asked the same question twice even though I had answered the first time that I wanted to go to my room without going through the lounge. Although I was an hour late compared to the announced arrival, I was told there would be a 5 to 10 minute wait!|| ||Without explanation, although I had reserved a room with a view of the bay, I was given a room on the 4th floor without a view of the bay. After explanation, it was an overclassification in a studio suite. I accepted the overclassification.|| ||When you enter the room the double curtains and the curtains open even in the middle of the night. Only the double curtains should be opened, during the day, as it is possible to see the interior of the rooms from the outside.|| ||Clothing storage area is doorless! It's not very pleasant to live among clothes and it lacks privacy when visiting.||I turn off the air conditioning and the TV, they come back all the time. Afterwards, there are lots of little messages to save the planet. Look for consistency. || ||For the rest, the room is pleasant and the hotel is well located.
I liked the staff. Everyone was friendly and tried to help. Check-in and check-out were quick.
I'm not a picky eater, but the breakfast is terrible: very, very poor. There is simply nothing to eat. What was offered did not taste bad, but there was practically no choice. And this is in a 4 star hotel in a city that is famous for its varied and delicious food.
At first glance it seems really ok, but then it doesn't reach the standards you expect. Of course, the lower price of the other 5* hotels should have made you think. Hall located on the 3rd floor. There is no air conditioning on the floors and it is not even very clean as I can document with photos. Cracked floors, etc. It is an eco-sustainable, plastic-free hotel, so no bottles of water in the room, but you can drink it filtered from the sink. Hot. Bathroom ventilation almost non-existent, like the light, I couldn't see myself in the mirror to shave well. Breakfast sufficient, some things tasteless. But let's get to the real pain points. There were many ants in my room and dirt in the nespresso tray. I document the fact with video and complain to the reception. I think this lady is inexperienced, she doesn't apologize, she doesn't suggest changing my room, I'll have to tell her, and despite this she would have changed it for me at 4/5 in the afternoon. So I decide to accept the deep cleaning of my room, trusting. I also ask you to have the shampoo dispenser changed as it doesn't work. I go out, and when I come back…Identical! The dirt was still there and so were the ants, shampoo still out of use. Well it's not a 5*. Only at this point at reception does a more structured lady finally apologize and within a few minutes change my room. Where the sheets were dirty anyway. Luckily I only stayed two nights and I would never stay there again, nor do I recommend it. The turndown service is only on request, in the rooftop pool there are only two double beds among the chairs in the room. In short, the only positive note is the location and some of the people in the executive lounge and above all its manager Ryan. Very attentive and thoughtful
I accidentally deleted my review so I'm writing it again.
I stayed in a deluxe king bay view room for 3 nights and 4 days.
The condition of the room was very comfortable. The temperature, humidity, bedding, and hygiene were very good, so even in hot and humid weather, I always felt good when I entered the room and was able to get a good night's sleep. However, the room was so small that it would be full if two trunks were opened.
It rained so we couldn't use the swimming pool, but you can see the Marina Bay Sands laser show from the rooftop pool.
There is a subway station at City Hall and bus stops on various routes, so you can easily get anywhere by public transportation.
Major tourist attractions such as Merlion Park, Fort Canning Tree Tunnel, and Raffles Hotel were within a 15-20 minute walk.
There are several shopping malls nearby, so you can enjoy a variety of meals, and there is also a market selling snacks and fruits in the basement of the mall, which is convenient.
Although I never specifically requested any service, the room was always clean and tidy when I returned from an outing. In particular, Peiwen at the counter responded brightly and cheerfully, making my wife and I happy.
A magnificent hotel in the heart of Singapore. Close to the metro if necessary.
Staff who listen to customers and are extremely kind.
Rooms large enough.
Incredible decor.
Positive stay in a beautiful central environment for visiting the city. All the staff are very kind. Very good breakfast and happy hour in the executive lounge. Only note: we chose the executive room also to use the roof top swimming pool, but it was closed 3 times in 8 days for private events.
The room on the 10th floor is a stunner.|Views of the bay, the Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay and Helix Bridge. |A sea of lights at night, simply wonderful.|Right in front of the hotel and also great to see St. Andrews Cathedral.|Access to the Executive Lounge, where there was always something cold or hot to drink. Served by a really great, lovable and friendly team.|In the evening, great snacks, desserts and a hot counter with fried food were offered.|Great infinity pool on the 11th floor with a view like from the room and the great bar El Chido.
Advantages: Good location, convenient for traveling.
Question: I experienced a fire alarm and fire evacuation at night during my stay, but I did not receive any explanation for the reason. You need to wait in line for breakfast. Even when there are many empty seats, you still have to wait and cannot be seated in time.
We spent two nights in a suite with ACCOR Diamond status. The hotel is very well located, a stone's throw from the metro and many points are within walking distance. New hotel, large swimming pool with nice shade because it's hot in Singapore! The Executive lounge is of high quality with unlimited alcohol and wine, a large selection of petits fours and other savory and sweet treats, and very attentive staff. We will happily return there during our next stay in Singapore!
The suite is large with one criticism which is the lack of storage for a week's stay for example. Very nice bathroom.
A very beautiful hotel opened just a year ago, to Pullman standard with a decoration that inspires you to travel with your suitcases.
The rooms are a decent size for Singapore, with all the necessary comfort.
The little extra of the Executive Lounge depending on the level of room you book. “Closer” breakfast advantage, less crowds, access to the outside near the swimming pool, table service. From 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. a hot/cold buffet is served with free, unlimited alcohol, wine/champagne/beer and strong alcohol.
it also has two superb swimming pools, one of which is on the Rooftop with a bar.
The location is perfect for exploring the whole city on foot and is close to very good restaurants like Duome.
In conclusion, this Hotel is perfect both alone, as a couple with friends and as a family, it will be able to meet everyone's expectations.
