J. C.Great experience, great food. Rachel (?) the waitress from Origin grill ran to the lobby pick up point to hand over stuff we left behind. We really appreciated it!
H. L.I enjoyed the friendly service and spacious area. Food is decent especially chicken rice. Prawn noodles is so so only. Cake set (one drink with a cake) is a real gem! Parking is complimentary for dinning guests 😉

A. L.The ambience and the service is fantastic. There happened to be a promotion supporting the pink movement and I brought my wife there for her biryhday celebration. The staff even offered a complimentary chocolate mousse cake. The high tea set was a little disappoint as they did not manage to balance the sweet and savoury tastes of the food items. The sweet desserts tend to be a little too sweet and artificial tasting. The overall presentation is fantastic, I would go back there just for the service and view.

Went there to celebrate Mother’s birthday. She enjoys the high tea pastries. She remarks that this is the best she had in Singapore’s hotel.
Overall, the service is acceptable as there is more than enough staff around to assist.
Glad that they offer carpark coupon as well.

M. T.ordered chicken rice and satay under kids menu. frankly speaking,the food is alright and the satay looks like some "leftover" meat thrown at one side. not in a stick or something.
just feel the prices of the food for kids menu doesnt even justify.
understand portion for kids menu is usually smaller, but in terms of presentation and price, i think it can be better. worse is, i ordered for a takeaway and it is alright that there is no room service but no utensils given too.
B. T.Authentic Renditions of local iconic dishes. Pretty good value overall with the high standards of service and environment of a Shangri-La establishment.
Semi buffet has a decent spread and quality.
Would recommend it if you’re in a luxurious mood.
Ordered the Bak Chor Mee, well prepared and flavorful, a definite winner for those who love the dried sole-fish flavor.
Reservations recommended for the weekends. All credit cards accepted.
R. T.A great place for breakfast meetings. Quiet with great service and food. I liked the tasting menu which had carrot cake, wanton noodles and porridge. Service was great. Prices are on the high side to be honest.

B. H.Nice breakfast tasting platter that comes with carrot cake, wanton mee and congee. Vibe was relaxing and service was great. Do also try their teh tarik. Though prices are what you expect to pay at a 5 star hotel. Western breakfast set was underwhelming. They offer complimentary parking coupon which was great.
d. s.Nice Cosy environment. Was there for the 3-Tier afternoon Tea, which is available between 3.00 pm to 5.30 pm. Interesting choices of Tea/Coffee and comes along with Local delicacies. The photographs here should speak for itself. The service is good and overall a great ambience to have a private time.
D. W.Very good peranakan food. The semi buffet is fantastic with unlimited amount of drinks and sides and desserts which was excellent. The main course of prawn noodle, bun with chilli crab meat sauce and bak chou mee was really fantastic too. The only thing to me was the price was on the high side for a lunch buffet, otherwise excellent.

K. K.This is the lobby of the Shangri-La hotel Orchard, located on the left when you first enter the hotel. Has a huge area at the front, but also some smaller areas around the side and back overlooking the pool, with some really cool books available to read during your visit. Staff were very friendly, with excellent Covid safety too.

J.Literally at the lobby, I always thought they could have gotten a better name for this place. It is a cozy place in the open area of the hotel. Have been at Shangri La Hotel for several company events, kudos to the staff and correspondents of the hotel to host us at this place for a drink. Tried the milo dinosaur and what seems to be milo godzilla with oreos and cream. The price do not do justice, but the lounge does well in showcasing local delights at the doorstep of the hotel.
