Reviews of The Warehouse Hotel
I loved this hotel to stay 1,2,3 nights. The rooms are design rooms with enough space for the luggage. The design is beautiful and modern. It is located right along a river where you can go for a walk or run in the morning or night, Plenty of restaurants within a few miles. However, the best restaurant is at the hotel. My favorite restaurant in my entire stay in Singapore. The food is top notch. The servers are well trained. We had breakfast and dinner and love it. Staff super friendly and knowledgeable. We felt welcome at all times
Service here is impeccable, I was waiting for several of my colleagues who were staying here. Simian (apologies if I got the spelling wrong) offered me a coffee which was greatly appreciated. I have not had this kind of service even at the Hilton or Hyatt and it really made my day. Speaks volumes of the quality of the hotel. Thanks Simian!
Fantastic Hotel! We stayed here for three nights on the way home to Aus from Europe. It is a brilliant hotel, great vibe and a nice break from the standard cookie cutter hotel feel. Also a Marriott Bonvoy member.
Bonus points for breakfast it was amazing, we made tweaks to the menu and it was just so easy and the coffee was fantastic. The pool also was a treat overlooking the river and the music gave it a great vibe.
Beautiful lobby, delicious cocktails. Stayed for a night after an event at The Den, and really liked that they would give you a welcome drink after checking in. This is such a nice touch.
We got the loft room which had a high ceiling and that made the room so expansive with the additional height. Really like that you can open and close the skylight shutters as well.
For music lovers, there was a portable speaker provided in the room as well so that was great.
Service staff, especially this tall Indian gentleman, I think the manager, provided attentive, patient and professional service throughout the stay from welcoming the guests at the lobby, overseeing the event at The Den and even providing breakfast service the next day. Seeing a familiar face throughout the stay added that touch of home away from home experience. Compliments also to the young Chinese lady at the front desk who checked us in on 2 April who was sweet and cheerful.
Would have given 5 stars if not for the smallish pool (but it overlooks the river so the view makes up for the size I guess) and the layer of dust on the tv console and lamp in the room.
Exceptional service and memorable experience. A boutique hotel with loads of charm, amazing food & wine selection and good location. We will defiantly return.
Elegant, quiet, very comfortable with very friendly staff.
We had the room with mezzanine and the room was wonderful, absolutely stunning.
Quite spacious and comfortable.
We noticed that a lot of their products like shampoo, body wash, bath robe, coffee, tea bags were all locally made, which is nice to see.
The pool was an unique experience. It's quite open and you can see the people on the other side of the river, jogging, having breakfast and they can also see you.
The staff were very friendly. I also like how they would quickly give you a glass of water while waiting in the lobby, so you can get comfortable and able to remove your masks. Small detail, but greatly appreciated.
You can also rent a bike from the hotel for as long as you like to cycle around the area.
The included breakfast was superb. We had the curry chicken, English breakfast and the chee cheong fun with an interesting twist.
I stayed in the River View Room at The Warehouse Hotel last week and the experience was perfect! This is the first time I’ve been to a hotel that is well-planned and very cohesive in terms of the architecture, design and branding. It’s even down to the details such as the tea, coffee, ceramic ware selection and the robes in the hotel room, the music played at the bar, etc. It is obvious that a lot of thought has been put into this whole concept/experience.
Service was splendid. Even weeks before the stay, correspondences with the hotel were prompt and informative. During the stay, the staff were constantly checking in to see if we require anything. Booking of the pool was fuss-free too. I would like to specially thank Deborah (hope I caught your name correctly) for being so pleasant and attentive.
I look forward to visiting The Warehouse Hotel again. Good job to the whole team - the hospitality is appreciated and I think it sets the bar high for the whole industry.
Enjoyable staycation at the Warehouse Hotel. We had a comfortable loft room at the second floor.
The main upside for this hotel is its location - really a stones throw away from Robertson Quay and many good cafes and restaurants. We had a great time exploring the surrounding area and eating a the cafes.
The service staff were also very attentive. Wonderful stay overall
Had a truly amazing staycation experience at The Warehouse Hotel. Our warehouse loft came with immensely high ceilings, incredibly cosy lighting and a skylight, everything was in working order, with an incredibly comfortable bed and inviting furnishings. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, incorporating the history of the building into its contemporary design language - our room had the original exposed structural beams of the warehouse. A standout feature was the Lobby Bar. We were entitled to two free cocktails, and their craft creations are truly special. The service was polite, personable and efficient. We had a wonderful stay, and are looking forward to the next time.
This time, the things that could be improved were the small details - our bathroom mirror came with smudge marks and fingerprints, as did the bathroom tap -- something not found in most hotels. The space below the minibar was littered with small coffee grounds, and the water in the toilet when flushed, gave off an unpleasant odour. Yet another small inconvenience was that the bathroom door cannot be opened unless the mat was removed, otherwise the door would catch on the mat. These are small issues that did not spoil our stay, but were nonetheless noticeable, and would be an easy fix if addressed. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
Dear Simeon and Team Warehouse Hotel
We would like to thank Warehouse Hotel of the wonderful hospitality provided to us for our stay from Saturday, 13 August 2022 till Sunday, 14 August 2022!
It’s really heartwarming to know that the hotel kept in note of our postponed 11th marriage anniversary, where our original intended stay was back on Saturday, 11 June 2022 which was also the actual day as my wife was done with dengue.
Despite the change in date, the team really made us welcome and we truly enjoyed our stay. And we REALLY appreciated that you accommodated us in your special room and for what, we are really grateful for it.
What we loved about the hotel:
1. Amazing service
2. Fantastic food at Po. We loved every single dish especially the lunch. Breakfast too was great! I can’t even get the thought of the food off my mind at this point of writing!
3. Love the lounge area with the bar
4. Near to many eateries
5. Really loved the river view
6. Simple but great addition of the B&O wireless speaker!
7. TV which we could do apple airplay! Yay! But note, performance wasn’t as smooth as it kinda lagged a bit.
8. Love the Bloody Mary cocktail! Thank you Simeon for the recommendation!
It was quite an experience indeed having to first stayed at a Design Hotel where it provided a more closed hospitality.
Thank you once again for everything and making this stay such a memorable one for us!
Spent 2 nights in a River View Loft for an anniversary staycation and it was a great experience. The handwritten note upon check-in was a nice touch. The entire property felt very cosy, with the warm lighting and industrial design elements.
Room was spotless, bed amazing and mini-bar was well stocked. My room had a high-ceiling but tend to be a bit dark due to only having a small window out facing the Singapore River. We were also given 2 tokens to redeem for cocktails at the mini-bar and their signature BB king cocktail was amazing!
Our room came with breakfast and Po, their restaurant served up some delish local delights. We tried their rendition of the chee cheong fun, bak kut teh and porridge and they were all wonderful. The croissants were buttery and soft too.
Staff all around were all friendly, and requests were very quickly attended to. Complimentary parking on-property is extremely limited (6 lots) but we didn’t have an issue getting a space having come back from dinner on both weekend nights.
All-in-all, a great place to be to spend time away from the hustle of life, and will be happy to be back to try their other cocktails in the amazing lobby bar!
Perfect vacation spot, it's a little pricey but for where it's located, the hotel services, quality toiletries, food, drinks (really nice), it's worth the splurge!
Must try:
- cycle with their free bics around town
- cocktail / drinks from inhouse bar
- breakfast is a must!
Came here with my husband for a honeymoon-anniversary. We were given each free drink from their bar, which turns out to be one of the best mixes I've drank :) Breakfast has a local touch (collab with local chefs) and they went ala carte instead of buffet style to reduce food waste, a great effort from the team to put into thoughts while they plan. The staff were super friendly and professional, we loved the room we got and enjoyed the stay. The pool was underwhelming but everything else was a huge pass for me!
We came to the Lobby Bar for drinks and it was a pleasant and comfortable experience.
The seatings were generous and the service was prompt. The hotel associates were polite and interested.
Overall, the drinks were quite good and worth it, especially the whisky-based drinks.
Stupidly turned up on the wrong day but staff was nice enough to still check me in. Awesome design, great place to chill with the cocktails included in the package. Soundproofing is great, can’t even hear the heavy rain outside. Hotel has bathrobes from In Good Company, which is probably the best robes I’ve seen in hotels. Breakfast however is a little lackluster.
The Warehouse Hotel doesn't fully participate in the Bonvoy program, from what I understand you can earn and use points but status is not recognized. We were disappointed to discover this aspect until we arrived, this should be noted on the Marriott website as to avoid the surprise at check-in.
The king ground floor no view guest room with its chicken wire glass wall felt very depressing and institutional (not in the fun kitschy industrial way the rest of the hotel is meant to be, but in a psych ward kind of way), and although the restroom has an inconvenient curtain, there is very little privacy. If you are sharing a room you may want to consider how comfortable you are with whomever you are bunking with before booking.
The hotel heavily promotes their signature cocktails and provided us with two free signature cocktail tokens. We arrived at the bar well before last call and were told curtly that only beer, wine, or one premade cocktail was available to us. Although disenchanted we accepted what was offered and ordered the wine, to then be given a visibly dirty glass.
After experiencing the lack of status recognition, a rather depressing room, and an dissatisfactory attempt to use our complimentary signature cocktail tokens at the lobby bar we were beyond disappointed in what the hotel had to offer. We expressed our disappointment at checkout, and were pleasantly surprised a few days later when a manager of the Warehouse Hotel was able to change my impression of the property. She tracked us down at another Marriott Bonvoy property in Singapore and provided us with a make your own cocktail kit!
The Warehouse Hotel is in a great location for walking, it was a pleasant stroll along the river from Robertson Quay to Clarke Quay.
Quite an stylish hotel, service is attentive and rooms are comfortable.
One of the things I enjoyed the most in this hotel is the bar, during the night nice music is played, people usually go down to get a drink before going out, cocktails are full of flavour and ingredients taste fresh.
It is also nice that you can get into the pool with no timing restrictions.
There is a bus stop outside the hotel or you can ask the hotel to get a taxi so location is not a problem even when the hotel is not centric.
The team at the Warehouse hotel were incredibly attentive, making us feel very comfortable on our wedding night. The welcome drinks were very welcomed, the meal at Po was lovely yet expensive, but you pay for quality, right? Overall a wonderful hotel with great customer service, clean and comfortable rooms and a lovely atmosphere.
Without doubt one of my favorite places in Singapore! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager.
The staff was extremely friendly, the bar very flexible (can't. appreciate this enough!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. The team put in a lot of efforts to make the day special for our friend (it was her birthday)
Your team sets an example for what great hospitality should be like!
5/5 food. 5/5 drinks 10 out of 5 on hospitality!
Great decor and vibes. Service touchpoints are excellent befitting of a boutique hotel. Breakfast at Po's restaurant is exceptional. One small gripe would be about the rooms - as they are refurbished warehouse rooms, they have an exceptionally high ceiling and therefore propensity to generate dust - might be a concern if you have sinusitis or allergies.
Excellent hotel. Beautiful design, friendly and helpful service, wonderful food, well located. Stayed here for a short break between flights and were so impressed. Given early check in/late check out without even asking. Such a beautiful space with a calm feeling. So different to staying in a large impersonal 'international' hotel. The Warehouse is a real gem and I will definitely return next time I am in Singapore. Highly recommended.
The first rating was a result of an accidental flip of finger. I would have rated 5 Stars under all circumstances. I really like this place - the facilities, services and vibe. I was very satisfied from the moment I stepped into this hotel. The staff was very helpful in showing me around the property and would promptly assist me with anything I need. I was at the windowless sanctuary room but that didn't bother me. Room is spacious (from Asian standard) and well ventilated. In particular I liked the fact that the minibar was stocked with a selection of South East Asian treats - not the usual chocolate and chips one might expect elsewhere.
I also paid a visit to the hotel pool but didn't swim there. I have to say the management made the best of circumstances but sticking a pool on 2/f of an ex-warehouse. It looked more like an oversized tub that offers tranquility of the Singapore river and the hustling road traffic on the other end. It is an interesting experience but probably not to the taste of avid swimmers.
P.S. Did I mention the hotel also offered a welcome drink? The bar is nice and do check it out!
Spacious loft room with high quality furnishing and toiletries. Good soundproofing. The welcome drink and pineapple tarts are lovely. The deco seems to bring you for a holiday outside of Singapore. Nice boutique hotel!
If you’re looking for a getaway in the heart of the city, the warehouse hotel is the perfect place. Friendly staff, amazing service and clean rooms. Booked the River View Room (comes with a tub but call ahead to check!) and requested for an early check-in (12pm) and a late check-out (130pm).
Breakfast buffet was AMAZING. I think after all the cost of the complimentary treats, amenities and breakfast buffet, the price for a night’s stay is really affordable! I can’t wait to keep exploring different boutique hotels in Singapore but warehouse hotel has my heart for sure. ⭐️
A cosy hotel by Robertson Quay. I believe it is fairly new but doesn’t give a high tech feeling by the facilities.
The lobby is big and good place for a drink.
The room is quite small imo. I would think it’s more of a couple place then family.
Service here was good, but I think front desk staff would need some training.
Surrounding has many eateries and beautiful place for a walk in the evening.
Good for a try but won’t be back any sooner.
My husband and I had such an amazing 2 nights stay here. The hotel holds very few rooms and the service we received was attentive and intimate. We could easily booked the rooftop infinite pool, and it felt like our own private pool. Breakfast at Po was delicious, we enjoyed our Chee Cheong fan and the fluffy roti prata. Lastly, the bar was amazing, the bartender has such a charming personality and he recommended Disco Sling which was so good. The bartender also recommended my husband a locally brewed beer which he was so happy to discover.
The best thing about my experience is probably finding everything in my room to be carefully curated by the best Singapore brands - from mugs to coffee, bath robe, bed spread, etc. Including the architectural, branding and design, all done by award-winning design firm in Singapore. It’s such a privilege to enjoy this distinctive local design experience staying in this hotel.
Special mentioned to Mr Tarun for providing us with top class service, we can’t be happier with our stay at Warehouse Hotel and we would love to visit again. Thank you so much!
Friendly staff, we were greeted by the staff upon entering the Lobby - they are courteous and professional.
I booked the staycation using a staycation deals promo code which allows me to entitled to auto upgrade to Warehouse Loft, late checkout at 3 pm, breakfast at Po and welcome drink from the Lobby Bar.
The entire building and room design are simple, classy and industrial-chic decor, we had a great night sleep, the bed is soft with plump pillows.
The amenities provided in the room are great, shampoo, body wash and conditioner are fixed to the wall in bigger bottles instead of single-use plastic packaging.
Overall a great stay at The Warehouse Hotel.
I am a repeat customer of The Warehouse Hotel. It provides a great location with all the amenities required. The customer service is above expectations. Fantastic lobby bar with excellent drink options. When staying here the people make it feel like your home away from home.
Super love this hotel vibes! Photos say it all. Thank you for the great service and hospitality! Did not use the pool though, as it was small and a little out of the way, accessible through level 2 and up a flight of stairs. But I was happy just chilling in the room, looking out the river view...
One of the best hotels I've stayed. Very family friendly, unique and comfortable hotel. The moment we stepped into the hotel, we were blown away by the decor and how vast the lobby was. Beautifully restored. The glass swimming pool was one of the highlights as our kids had so much fun seeing us swim through the glass. We had breakfast and dinner at Po Restaurant and the food was sumptuous, especially the popiah and chicken. Breakfast was a spread with many local delights to choose from. Special mention to Selvam Gnana and his team at Po Restaurant for the wonderful service. They are so good with kids and made us feel so comfortable and welcome, attending to the kids' requests. Would definitely visit Warehouse Hotel again because the kids and us love it!
I love the interior decoration of this hotel. The lobby itself is a showstopper much less the beautiful rooms! It is a industrial idealist dream come true.
The lobby bar is pretty popular with many guests coming to visit just for a drink or two
The staff are really professional and friendly I must add. Although, they came to chase my friends out after 12mn as they can’t have more than 4 people in the room, there were 5 of us then.
This hotel one of my favorite boutique hotel, no wonder why the price is expensive because worth it. The building and the architecture was amazing and heritage, because they kept the history. You will get free welcome drink in the bar with change the token, and they will give you any kind of beverages include alcohol. They have small pool outside, like in the roof.
My recent Staycation at The Warehouse Hotel was my first time at this Hotel. It was a very awesome place restored and converted from a historical building. Hotel rooms were huge and very unique in design as well. Hotel's service staffs were great too.
I had my Breakfast at Po Restaurant the next morning, and it was in ala carte Buffet Style, from a breakfast menu that instantly spoils you with choices! Service and Hospitality was also top notched, which makes you feel totally like a Royalty dining there!
Absolutely loved my stay at the warehouse hotel!! Beautiful interior, but more importantly great service. Was kinda shocked at the level of attention to detail by staff who aided us during our staycay. My friends and I had brought some wine to celebrate Christmas and the hotel staff noticed and readily offered to lend us glasses and open the bottle for us etc. Would like to commend him on that. Also enjoyed our dinner at PO, which took local dishes to the next level. We also had breakfast there the next morning which was a buffet spread of cheese, breads, cereals, fruits and yogurts including some on the menu hot items. Overall a cozy and special stay.
Nice restoration work ! Interior design and branding are both of high standard. Service is flexible and stafc very patience and attentive to details. The restaurant is good too and breakfast worth adding, but please don't expect a big buffet line of international cuisine. It's more continental with one choice of cook to order item. The swimming pool is a bit small though...
The decor and design in this place is ace. We only went for drinks, which were lovely. Why only 3 stars? 1 deducted because as soon as we sat down we were asked to move as where we sat was only for groups of 5 or more (the bar was practically empty). They then later placed 2 adult and a small child in the 'only 5 or up' space! The second star is deducted because then said child was running around the whole of the bar area. Kids in bars? Not for me. I'm sure the rooms are amazing. Location is great to.
Had drinks & bar snacks at the bar lounge of luxury boutique hotel from 10:30 am to 1:30 am. Great ambience 9/10.

Will be back for sure
I'm not a guest here, but I'm here to attend a event. I'm here early but the staff here have way too good services (better than most 5 or 6 stars hotel) they immediately took care of my baggage and offered my wife and I a drink. Really very impressed with the service. Not to mention this hotel looks so dope. Loved the atmosphere and vibe. Will be here again for the stay in the future.
Best hotel experience so far. Karen was one of the best staff here. Exquisite hospitality. Definitely will be backed again. The equatorial cocktail is surprisingly good.
Came here for drinks at the bar. Beautiful location with comfortable amenities. Loved the interior design.
Drinks a bit pricey but of high quality.
Had a 2D1N short staycation with my partner for our anniversary and it was such a special experience. Our room was the warehouse sanctuary, which was very spacious and the design, very minimalist and chic - worthy of a photoshoot! To our surprise, they had a "minibar" for sensual toys! It was kinky, sexy and cheeky at the same time! We had a great time and the room service food was good as well.
This property is amazing. The people working here bring it to life. I really enjoyed my stay and have already recommended it to my friends & family. Please keep it up. Singapore needs more like 'The Warehouse Hotel' as a benchmark. Fabulous stuff. I will be back.
Stayed in this hotel in Jan '17 when it first opened. Great rooms with very high ceilings, great mixed use lounge/bar with yummy cocktails. Love the warehouse feel - a novelty in Singapore. Service is excellent.
This is one of Singapore's latest boutique hotel and by far the best I have seen. The chic hotel Is located just by the riverside and a short distance from Robertson Quay. The lounge has really good ambience and spacious, a very good place to chill. Parking might be an issue, but there is valet available that could help you with the parking. Love it.
One of the most awesome hotels that I've been too. Service is better than most 5 or 6 star hotels. Immediately I arrived, they took care of my baggage and services me drinks. Really amazed by the services. And the atmosphere and cleanliness of the hotel is commendable too! I will come back as a guest one day!
So elegantly done up, the warehouse hotel combines the best from the modern mid century aesthetics. One feels immediately at ease upon entering this voluminous designer space. The dim lighting and playlist of deep house numbers add to the sophisticated and snazzy ambience.
Appreciated the spaciousness and the sense of privacy one gets apart from other patrons.
The bar delivers a well curated list of cocktails that expound on unique local flavours such as Kopi, Kaya and etc. The drink list also exhibits a decent selection of wines and hard liquor.
Staff is pleasant and attentive.
Great hotel. Very unique design and neat at the same time. The lobby is instagram worthy area. Staffs are nice and informative (of course). It is a boutique hotel but feels like 4 stars. Very beautiful and easy to access. Possible to get river view also.
Warehouse turned hip hotel, this place has an exceptionally nice lobby bar, serving creative cocktails. We had the Singapore Sazerac and Barbarella. Good place to have a drink or two then go for a walk along the river to take in the night views.
The Warehouse Hotel is designed so beautifully. Our room was very spacious and airy, with a very high ceiling. The lobby has a great vibe with it's industrial decor and Edison light bulbs hanging from above.
Went there for DFS annual event. Smartly designed with hotel rooms selected as venue for different international brand of liquors. It's a boutique hotel but the room size is quite small may be due to conversion from 2 storey old warehouse where space is constrained by existing structure. The hotel has no car park lot unfortunately and many rooms do not have window view. The DFS event was great and we could taste different high quality whiskey and wines, coupled with some finger food.
Newish boutique hotel by the river. The lobby lounge with its quaint illumination and fixtures look gorgeous as it turns dark outside. The cocktails are interesting but come at a price i feel is rather steep.
We had dinner at Po located next to the lounge. Ordered local dishes such as ngoh hiang, satays, hokkien mee, popiahs. They come interestingly presented, a notch classier than how these same dishes are prepared and served at the local hawker centres (i would expect no less, at the prices being charged here).
I think it is a good place for locals to bring foreign friends to, but not really a place for locals to hang out and eat local food.
Great place for cocktails and staying. This is a chic place. It is quieter than the usual Singapore scene. So, if you want to relax in a chic boutique environment highly recco.
Great looking hotel which has most of what you'll need. The rooms are very comfortable (the in-room light system being the only annoyance, but not enough to impact the overall rating). Will be staying here next time I visit.
Has a pleasant stay for one night. Room was clean and bathtub was quite big. Room was at level one so might hear some sound of people jogging in the morning.
Very trendy hotel with carefully curated, hip room decor. The sleek bar has a speakeasy vibe, however, don't expect a bartender to serve you when they open at noon.
Loved this hotel for a staycation. Nice rooms that are totally sound proof. Beds and showers are really nice and the rooftop pool overlooks the river. Very well designed.
Nice and exclusive, excellent hospitality. Kudos to Mr Selvam and his team to make it a fantastic stay during my birthday! A MUST stay, strongly recommended hotel.
Very nice boutique hotel along the river with easy access to local transport, cafes and restaurants. Nice ambience and very well kept. Food was excellent asxwell as service.
Great place to do a staycay! Super nice rooms, bar and friendly staff. A shoutout to Arief and team who personally helped with my proposal decorations and made it such a special evening!
Great little hotel, staff just so so. Some great, some incompetent.
Great, quiet hotel with amazing staff. The suite was fantastic and staff was always attentive and ready to help. Definitely will go again when I can!
This is so unique and a lovely hotel with all the history, local culture and amazing stories. Of course, never forget of their special curated cocktails!
The service is impeccable! The buffet breakfast and complimentary cocktails are wonderful and unforgettable. One of the best staycation experiences!
One the best hotel bars in Singapore. Great ambience with wonderful staff and great tasting unusual cocktails served in fabulous glasses.
Excellent service. Booked a night and it comes with a welcome drink.
Something different! Love that warehouse feel and the high ceilings.. decorations are just perfect.. definitely an eye opener! Recommended!!
Nice interior design and really good and sincere service by the hotel manager and staff.
Close to China town streets shopping transportation convenient shopping ctr close to hotel drinking clubbing near by bell captain provided good services
Very funky and relaxed atmosphere. Comfy couches!
A luxury hotel about 7 minutes walk from the nearest station, Havelock.
As the name Warehouse suggests, it appears to have been renovated from a warehouse, and the lobby and passageways leading to each room have a sophisticated and stylish atmosphere.
The room had a minimalist feel and was very nice!
It was a seamlessly connected room!
There was no bathtub, so we only had a shower in the room.
There is a sliding glass door and a roll curtain between the bedroom and the toilet and bathroom, so don't worry.
Limited to overnight stays? At the pool, you can use bath towels for free, and the water comes from a paper bag so you can drink as many bottles as you like.
You can also rent a bicycle if you ask at the lobby, so it's also nice to get around the neighborhood by bicycle! Coupled with the location of the hotel, I was able to go pretty much anywhere! (It's a little far, but you can even go to Marina Bay Sands by bicycle!)
Digression
We had planned to stay at this hotel for 2 nights, but due to a problem on our first day of arrival, we asked if it would be possible to extend our stay to 3 nights at short notice, and they provided us with a room where we could stay for consecutive nights! !
Thank you for your willingness to respond even though my English is poor.
Stayed at the Warehouse Hotel for two nights and really liked the design and atmosphere of the hotel. My guest room was converted from an old warehouse, retaining the original architectural style and historical elements while incorporating modern design and facilities, making me feel comfortable and unique. The rooms are spacious and bright. The daily necessities in the guest rooms are also of high quality and come from local specialty brands in Singapore. The service staff were also very friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home.
The only dissatisfaction is that the hotel's swimming pool is relatively small and not suitable for swimming. However, since there were not many tourists, it was quite enjoyable. The swimming pool is like a big glass box with a view of the river, which is also very interesting.
Overall, I think The Warehouse Hotel is a highly recommended boutique hotel. It not only provides a luxurious and comfortable accommodation experience, but also brings a special experience of Singapore's culture and history. If you want to stay in a hotel with a story and style, the Warehouse Hotel is a good choice.

The only thing I was not very satisfied with was the hotel's swimming pool, which was relatively small and not suitable for swimming. But because there were not many guests, it was still quite enjoyable. The swimming pool was like a large glass box, where you could see the scenery of the riverside, which was very interesting.
Overall, I think the Warehouse Hotel is a very recommendable boutique hotel, which not only provides a luxurious and comfortable accommodation experience, but also brings a special experience of Singapore's culture and history. If you want to stay in a hotel with a story and style , the Warehouse Hotel is a good choice.
Magnificent hotel located at Robertson Quay in Singapore between Clark Quay and Chinatown stations. |Well located for visiting the city.|Magnificent decoration of the lobby and rooms (design/modern). Rooms with bath and shower, super comfortable and clean.|Lobby bar nice for a drink.|We didn't try the Asian restaurant, nor the swimming pool.|In short, excellent choice (even if not cheap)! The only reason why I didn't give it excellent is the somewhat cold welcome.
On the day of check-in, the hotel gave the children an inflatable unicorn, which they had a lot of fun with. However, there was always a problem with the air conditioner in Room 101. When the second response came, maintenance staff came to repair it, but when we returned to the room at night, there was another problem with the air conditioner. Fortunately, the Taiwanese service staff at the counter, Ms. Wang, moved us to a larger room and gave us red wine. The crisis was handled very well👍~
our Singapore weekend was supposed to be in the warehouse. A small design hotel with few rooms was our wish. and it was exceeded. The rooms are really stylish, the lobby is very inviting and the employees are extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very varied and healthy
It's a hotel called Warehouse across from the Miramar Hotel. ||The transportation is not convenient and it is far from the MRT station. You can get there by bus (there is a bus stop right in front of you) or by taxi. There are many restaurants near the riverside. ||I guess it's close to a designer hotel. Recommended for young people.
A design hotel created by renovating a former warehouse building.
Since it is A Member of Design Hotels, you can also earn points as an SPG member or Marriott member.
In a century-old house, drink a glass of aged whiskey and let history settle.
Clean, stylish, good service attitude
It is perhaps better to look at this hotel from distance. It is completely different (disappointing actually) to stay at this hotel.
First of all, you have to love room without windows - most of 37 rooms are without windows.
Secondly, the reception staff needs further training about Marriott / SPG policy about membership benefit.
There is no gym inside the hotel. You can of course run along the river.
Other than that, it is nice hotel.
Great boutique hotel in convenient location. Modern and not too large (about 30 rooms), it stands out from the myriad of huge hotels that populate the city. Large, modern, spotlessly clean rooms equipped with every comfort. The hall is very nice and has an excellent cocktail bar. Highly recommended.
It should be said that people come here because of its reputation. This internet celebrity hotel was converted from a former dock warehouse. So the layout inside is a little different in size, but it's quite interesting to live in. After all, as a design hotel, there are still some designers' inspirations in it. In fact, to be fair, the hotel facilities are average, but the external scenery of the hotel cannot be said. In short, the experience is not bad!
We spent six nights at The Warehouse and are very pleased with our stay. The entire hotel is nicely decorated and pleasant, with that little extra. The staff is very nice and helpful. Good breakfast with a good selection. Beautiful infinity pool in the middle of the city. Good location near the river and several bus connections. Nice and spacious room with everything needed. Well soundproofed - we were not disturbed by the busy road outside. The only negative was the somewhat sloppy cleaning.
