Location is very convenient! Right across from VivoCity and Sentosa island. Can easily walk to Vivocity and catch the Sentosa express or walk to Harborfront to catch the cable car/MRT. Very small/tight rooms but perfect for us where we went out every day and only needed the hotel to sleep. We had the deluxe queen room and felt was just enough for me and my partner. Any smaller would be way too small. Be mindful toilets/shower share the one sliding door. My partner is tall so he just fit in the toilet with the door closed. Scheduled room service is bit confusing so ask the reception which days they clean and put your room service sign on. They don't call taxis so either use public transport or call a Grab. Overall was just what we needed, a convenient place to sleep and close to Sentosa and VivoCity mall

I came home after the trip to SG and realised I haven't posted as I was super busy. I find the experience at Travelodge Harbourfront very satisfying. When I landed at Changi airport, the Scoot flight was delayed and being so late for check in at the reception, I was really tired as it was a long flight. Being busy I have booked the hotel on Booking.com for a single room as I only glanced that 2 single beds were on offer, not realising that I have to arrange before hand. When I got there late, the staff were very patient explaining to me and Jonathan was particularly helpful as I was wondering how me or my wife would be spending the night on the floor. But he was most helpful finding a queen bed room for us for the rest of the bookings. So if you are tired and make mistakes when booking as you are super busy like me, go for Travelodge, they'll help you out . As the hotel is walking distance to Vivo City and therefore Sentosa via monorail, it is super convenient. The hotel is clean, efficient and the staff is most helpful and friendly. Location is convenient across the road from vivocity and there are luggage storage given after checkout. Room is really small and due to going green initiatives, they do not provide housekeeping daily. Only change towels every 2 days and bed linen every 5 days. Cleanliness issue as room not cleaned properly, you can see hair falls every where, debris and toilet not cleaned even after supposedly housekeeping done after 3 days. Front desk staff are not friendly. Water pressure problem and the water turns off every few mins shower, water heater issues too, inconsistent hot water, Not worth the price paid and a disappointing first time stay for us.

Good location. However it is always fully occupied + many noisy guests who will slam doors loudly or chatting loudly outside their rooms without considering about others. This hotel doesn't do early check in - as their rooms are always fully booked - as the staff said.

Room exceeded my expectations, we got upgraded for free to the twin Sentosa room, very clean and comfortable with lots of amenities that we hadn’t expected. Great location as it’s so close to the metro, short walk to Sentosa island aswell. Pool was such a great addition.

THE ROOM For you who’s looking for fieldsize room stay away. Fortunately we don’t look for big room. Our family guadruple room is simply perfect, 2 queensize bed on the 10th floor, accommodate our family just the way we expected. Allocated on the 10th floor, exactly facing sentosa express monorail. The size is just comfortable, fully functioned, and well equiped with everything we need. Hot water kettle, coffe and tea station, hair dryer, room amenities, all supplied and surprisingly sufficient for 4 adult for a couple of days. TV in betwen 2 beds entertained my kids when we chill down upon coming back from our city/island excursion. THE SERVICE Reservation are efficient, thank you to Hidayah. Room attendant auntie, we truly appreciated your work. The hotel implemented sustainability standard, where the room is clean and tidy up every 2 day, they will also refill your coffee/tea station and other amenities, change your used towels and clean your trashes. Front Desk also provide usefull information and keen to help and explain things, one only need to ask! Being also work in hotel industry, we understand. THE LOCATION Highway - Mall - Gates to Sentosa = PERFECT for what we aim. Bus stop just a breeze down the road. MRT within reach and many places to eat around vivo city B2. Many stated facing cemetary and highway noise, we never got bothered with it, not even a bit. Close the blind and sleep. I’m writing this before we checked out. Thank you for the good rest, Travelodge provide perfect lair for our family. Conveniently located opposite of VivoCity HarbourFront, simple check in process and concierge system. Cozy rooms with universal power outlets. Toilet is equipped with water spray and toilet paper. Wi-Fi is excellent

My room is queen bed Sentosa view - mostly blocked by the highway. Room is clean and small (like any other SG hotel rooms). Workstation desk is so great with decent office chair. Food options: You can go for the food court in Vivo city just right on the other side of the street. Or just go hotel front, turn right, same side of the street, there’ll be a food court near the MRT.

Super convenient and safe location, walkable distance to VivoCity (the largest shopping mall in SG) and MRT station and monorail. The room is small, but acceptable for 2 ppl. I didn't have breakfast or any other meals in hotel becos it's so easy to walk to Vivocity to enjoy a big variety of food/cuisines.

Very convenient to vivocity , just a 2mins walk.. Love the place,.very clean, nice ambience. Only downside we had is the shower cubicle no place to hang the towels while showering n we also had minor issue w the remote control which couldn't detect properly when pressing the remote button.Overall i enjoyed the stay n the view is beautiful from our hotel. We will definitely book again this hotel.. Highly recommended.

Everything was well equipped. The view was great especially at night. There're a lot of amenities, and it's convenient to go to Vivocity. If you need to rest for the night with your loved ones I would recommend Travelodge.

I am writing to express my happiness I received during my stay last weekend between 6-7 April 2024. We arrived by MRT, walkway to the hotel are sheltered and luggage friendly. The drop of point was sleek and chill I like the fairy lights it gives a positive romantic vibe. Upon arrival 3.30pm , we were swiftly greeted and assisted to check in. It was a surprise we were upgraded. Cause we never of all our hotel stays around the world. Thank you for this kind gesture. They have a pool on level 6 , we were at level 6 but it’s not noisy at all. My partner slept well. I must mention their Sentosa view. Looking out feels like standing right smack on the road staring at resort world right infront of you. They have nice bathroom facilities, no bathtub. Water pressure water temperature is perfect. Close proximity to Sentosa , Vivo . I will stay here again. Oh Yar I almost forget , breakfast spread was good enough. Thank you for making an effort it’s homely !!!! This hotel has happy staffs around. When we were checking out we were walking to the lift and saw the housekeeping lady she was smiling and saying afternoon. It’s so good to see someone of positive energy in Singapore. When we were in the lift we met their engineer he was smiling to us greeting us too. It feels like resort kind of attitude. Thank you Travelodge. It’s truly an awesome experience we diddnt expect that. Why can’t I upload videos?

Best spot in regards accessing MRT and flyers ect. Directly opposite Vivo city. Room small but don't need anything else..for couple. Bar/snax on roof is nice but very slow service and not much variety in food Staff was a little strange but that was ok...lol. pool is good but closes at 7. Aircon very good and appreciated. Would chose to stay there again if travelling for another stay We were there only 3 nights and it was good

Repeated stayca at the hotel. Love the location! Was lucky enough to be arranged at the Sentosa view room! The hotel is good for tourists set to venture Sentosa! It’s just a few stones throw away. You can choose to walk into Sentosa via link bridge or simply take the tram service. VivoCity and Seah Imm food centre is also packed with all the needs you ever need. Making all even more convenient is the train station is 5 minutes away from the hotel if you’re ready to venture out!

Great location and overall good service. It was nice to get an upper floor, that's important since usually staying for a few days. Been staying at the same hotel at the location for a few times, nice to know the place around. It's a small single room but it's okay for a night sleep and out most of the day for work or other activities.

the amities of this hotel is not bad, it just that it very dusty(?) and also the blanket is dirty... they have smart tho, the side chair is a sofa bed i think, not bad

The cleanliness was really bad. I found so many live and dead drain flies on the bed and in the toilet. They only do a cleanup once every 2 days as well.The room is also not sound proof. I kept hearing talking and coughing from the other rooms. It will be hard to sleep for light sleepers.You get what you paid for, but it was also not that cheap to begin with. I would only stay there if there is no other options.

Great location for those who find it too costly to stay in Sentosa. Easy to get to town, and one can find an abundant selection of food just opposite in Vivo City. Standard rooms are small but cosy.

The Travelodge is the perfect hotel for staying a couple of days to turn your rounds and get to know Singapore. Location just across a metro and bus station which gets you to any place. Also one can walk to Sentosa and experience all the fum onnthe island.I had breakfast once and it was absolutely what I expected. It is no 5* luxury resort, but has all the things one needs. And a really nice rooftop bar serving some good food if you don’t feel like going out anymore.My room was on the 3rd floor almost next to the laundry room, if you are noise sensible, make sure to be on a different floor since I could hear the washer and dryers and the discussions (no content 😀) of the owners of the laundry. It didn’t bother me, but just to tell 😀I enjoyed my stay, everyone aas very helpful and friendly. And it is really, really clean.

Hotel is in a great location and the staff is very friendly. However, the rooms are tiny (I could barely fit on my bed), the breakfast isn’t all that great, the internet is very slow, and the walls are paper thin when it comes to soundproofing.

If you are planning on spending a couple of days in Sentosa to enjoy the theme parks and all . This is an excellent choice given it’s situated right across from Vivocity,, plenty of dining options at harbourfront , a supermarket is just across the road . Sentosa is one stop away etc . Rooms are new and comfortable , there’s even a small swimming pool surrounded by greeneries . An unusual find in concrete Singapore

I like to stay since it is quite near to Vivo City & Sentosa & easy access to go to NUH by MRT (yellow line from Harbour Front to Kent Ridge). It is just some rooms need a deep cleaning at the corner side,like room 814. Many ants even on the bed 😮‍💨 Other rooms are still fine, for me, the most cleanest rooms are at level 6. 3 times got rooms at level 6 and all was clean 👍 Great service by the receptionist too! Got 1 time free upgrade during my bday (Thank you so much).

Bay Hotel is in a good location right across the road from the Vivo Centre and the underground train station. The room we had was a little small but the bed was comfortable. The shower/toilet set up is a little odd and the wash basin is in the room and not in the bathroom, we found this awkward. The rooftop restaurant is good and has great views out over the city and Sentosa. We had breakfast here each day during our stay and this was plentiful and good quality.

Nice hotel , located in a nice place , close enough(5' walking)to the cable car that gets you to the Sentosa Island . Also , right across the street is a huge mall where you can get anything . Rooms with enough space(I took a double one coz the company was paying) , nice and clean , with a minibar , a TV and a safe box . Stayed there for 4 days . Amazing breakfast ! The reception is excellent too ! If there was a bad thing about this hotel , this would be the noise from the street , that is for the rooms that look towards the street .

My husband and I had a 3 days 2 nights staycation at bay hotel. Pleasant and courtesy staff at the front counters, the view in the room was fantastic. Even though our room was nearer to the road but as compared to the previous staycations I had with bay hotel, this time I could look out to sentosa and the beautiful sky. The buffet breakfast and dinner was good. Would definitely recommend to my other friends. We enjoyed our short getaway. Thanks Bay Hotel!

The hotel is overall neat n clean.Almost all the services were upto mark.Except that on first evening when we returned to hotel, damn tired.The room automatic lock could not open ,we had to go back to reception and ask them to check. The lady at reception did something on her computer and told ,now lock will open, we went back and it didn't still open. Still again we had to go back to reception, it was quite a few floors below our room. It was finally opened after 45 minutes or more.Though they did politely apologise. Need to work on lift and room key system. Location deserves five stars.Just walking distance to Sentosa. Overall , a perfect stay !

I stayed here because I wanted a quiet place a little outside of the bustling city center. The hotel itself is good, but when I first entered some of the hallways and rooms, I was a bit worried about the musty smell. However, the staff's response was excellent and it was an enjoyable stay. There is also a pool right next to the sea, so if the weather is nice you might have a lot of fun (although it was stormy during our stay!). I was a little worried about food since it was far from the city center, but there were restaurants and malls nearby so I didn't have any problems.

The room is a bit remote and the room is small. The breakfast is definitely not in line with Taiwanese tastes, but the price is reasonable and there is a shopping mall nearby that leads directly to Sentosa. It is still recommended for people with a limited budget. The socket is from IWC but it is 220V. Please check for yourself whether the plug is suitable.

This hotel is close to Sentosa and VivoCity mall, making it a great choice for those who enjoy shopping or exploring the area. However, there are no convenience stores nearby, making it difficult to buy water and snacks. Additionally, the room soundproofing is poor , and the hot water in the shower tends to fluctuate in temperature and pressure. Due to the hotel's environmental policy, bed linens and towels are not changed daily, and bottled water is only provided on the first day (the hotel's tap water is drinkable) . This hotel is close to Sentosa and vivo city shopping malls. If you like shopping or visiting nearby, you can choose to stay here. It is difficult to buy some water and snacks as there is no convenience store nearby. In addition, the sound insulation of the room is not good, and the hot water for bathing can easily become hot and small, so you need to pay attention. In addition to environmental protection, the hotel does not have the service of changing sheets and towels every day, and even bottled water is only provided on the first day (the hotel's tap water can be drunk raw).

Comfortable, clean and strategic hotel. Located close to VivoCity, HarbourFront and MRT. One of the preferred hotels near the USS. However, don't expect too much from the breakfast menu choices which include a small variety of menu choices. The hotel accepts luggage storage at the concierge before check-in. It is highly recommended to choose the Sentosa view.

The room is a bit small, no mineral water is provided, and the bathroom and toilet are very narrow, but the cleanliness is okay. If you need mineral water, you can buy it at the vending machine downstairs, and the price is reasonable.

A bit pricey but the location is awesome I stayed there to use the Aeroline in Malaysia, and it was nice because it was near the bus and subway stations.
