The service from dustaway was very good! It really is different from other companies I’ve tried. The employee who did my cleaning was really hardworking. Even when the stains were hard to remove, he tried his very best and did not do bare minimum, which my husband and I really appreciate. I have not seen so much dirt being removed when other companies cleaned my sofa and carpet! I will continue to engage them every year! ☺️

I recently had the pleasure of having Zin clean my place, and I must say, she did a fantastic job. It's not every day you come across someone who is both thorough and efficient. Yes! I booked a 4-hour general cleaning service for my mother. She told me San San was fast and efficient. She cleaned thoroughly without wasting any time. Now, my mum is very keen to engage this service again. This is heartening as she has a very high standard of cleanliness. Hehe. I would also be engaging them for myself after this experience. Engaged them for the first time, very responsive and easy to book :) Nadee was pretty good! I'm not one to typically clean the house so I was impressed that, in 3 hours, she managed to iron a few clothes, change bedsheets, and sweep/vacuum and then mop the floor of the entire house (5-room hdb), oh and she helped me to clean out my cat's huge litter box! She was able to work independently after I told her what I wanted her to do, I was able to do my own thing while she worked in another part of the house. I did find multiple clumps of dust that I think she overlooked but I'm not particular about these things, she did work hard and I was also her last slot of the day, she must have been tired! Her attitude overall was good, and I would be open to having her again in future :)

Kept seeing their ads on IG targetting pet owners so I decided to take up their trial offer. Cleaning is quite a chore for me with 2 furballs at home. Managed to get a slot within 3 hrs of my enquiry and the whole experience was fuss free. They assigned Cho who was very punctual and professional. I only had to show her where the cleaning supplies were and left her to it. She did a thorough job without any supervison and completed everything in exactly 3 hrs. I was pleasantly surprised to see my old faucets looking shiny as new after she left. Customer service is really good too!

Booking was really very simple and easy via Instagram DM. The booking confirmation was sent promptly to my email after making the payment. The cleaner was meticulous and cleaned our place well. She would return the furniture and arranged the items back to the original positions. She wasn’t wasteful with our cleaning supplies either. Have tried many different cleaning companies, but Dust Away is the one that I’ve chosen to stick with! From booking to payment to customer service, it’s always been super smooth, easy and prompt! I have personally tried a few different helpers from Dust Away and I especially like Paula as she is fast, efficient and detailed. Khin was assigned to clean my place. She was early and did not hesitate to begin the work immediately. She took instructions quite well and was a fast worker. I didn’t have to monitor too closely as she knew what was needed to be done. Happy to have her back again.

Tried this company twice, and on both occasions had different cleaners. Would say overall extremely good at cleaning, mostly attentive and clean, and efficient. Some variations between the cleaners in their quality of cleaning, but still quite good overall. Would try again!

Have tried their services for 2 years. easy to book, affordable for 3 hours of cleaning, especially before CNY or a gathering im hosting for. Helpers' english are limited so have to be patient with them. I personally like that I get to use my own cleaning equipment and solutions but it's taxing to keep explaining to every new helper I get on how to use the equipment. Would recommend the 3h cleaning since i've recommended it to my friends and family too.
