Was recommended by a friend which I then contacted them through WhatsApp and their replies were fast! I had to change the pick up time to an earlier time (kinda last minute) but they still accommodated me. Professional driver, no car sickness after a night of drinks. Will definitely use them in future!

My go-to valet company. Whether youre out for a night of drinking(?) or in my case, to send my car to the workshop, whilst i drive another car, they were very swift to activate a driver within the hour. Handover was clean, driver promised to not “whack” the car, and gave location, before and after photos. Daniel also went above and beyond, to wait for the workshop personnels to physically collect the car before leaving. 100% recommended, where can you find someone who takes care of your car so meticulously for such an affordable rate?

Ordering was easy. Driver early, friendly, safe driving, communicative. Driver was early, failed attempts making phone and messages contact (I wasn’t remembering ordering a valet) with no pick up, didn’t resulted in issues when I finally pick up. Willing to wait so bills can be paid before I can leave. First time user, forever user after this first great impression.

New Year’s Day booking so I guess you have to expect some delays in service. Express Valet was at least responsive when we contacted them at midnight as I hadn’t heard from our driver. The team made sure to contact us and let us know a revised ETA. It’d be 5 stars if they would proactively let us know that they would be late tho instead of me chasing them! Otherwise, all in all good service. Driver was efficient and friendly, took our recommendations of the route home and got us back safe. Thanks!

Very good valet service. Accommodating and responsible. Most of the valet company will be 30min to 1hr late. But Express Valet won't be later than 15min. They give you close to the timing that they will reach, they won't give you a fake earlier timing. Strongly recommend to every drivers.
