He was on time, had great communication and took the best care and provided a 5* cleaning service during my end of tenancy. He took great care and initiative and even went above and beyond over what his scope was in terms of cleaning. I am extremely grateful to him as he relieved me from a-lot of stress during my moving out process and he even documented everything for me once he had completed, which was super helpful especially given I was dealing with a difficult landlord. When I began explaining where and what chores needed to be done, she completed them quickly and thoroughly, finishing on time. One comment I have is that when I asked her to clean a small room, she initially didn't clean the ceiling fan. However, once I pointed it out, she cleaned it right away. I feel she could show more initiative in ensuring all areas that need cleaning are addressed or ask if specific tasks need to be done. The electronic repair job is good, fast, and friendly. The handy men prepared different model of replacement parts, so they can complete the job at once. It also shows they have seen the photos client uploaded, which is much better than other service providers. The handy men were straightforward and asked necessary questions only, unlike some others who talked so much but did not finish the job well. The price is a little bit expensive than the market average, but it still falls into a reasonable range. Overall it is a good app to bridge the gap between residents and maintaining service providers. Need improve: The online customer service did not facilitate the whole process well (did not proactively contact me for quote, said to confirm with me on schedule but did not unless I asked, mis stated the time needs to be changed but actually not), which can be improved in the future.

Best part was their initiative to check if other switches were functioning well and recommend good brand to replace it on the stop with additional service if interested. The SendHelp app is pretty handy when you need specific service on small or uncertain house issue to fix. Very prompt app service respond to clarify on issue, and the booking time is possible to move earlier if preferred. I got the issue fixed in 3 days when I requested service on a Sunday. Good job!

I had just moved in to my new house and needed someone to help with installing curtain rods and installing my ceiling fans. Their app was user friendly and I got my booking done and had the supplier contacted me within minutes with their quote. They manage to install all curtain rods and ceiling fans in my house efficiently and even cleaned the dust bits from the drilling before they left. The handyman that was assigned was professional and helpful. On a side note, I had to reschedule my booking to another date at a very last minute and the customer service representative was very helpful with the rescheduling process. I would definitely recommend their handyman services. Looking forward to booking their deep cleaning service in the future.
